But if something is not done right or fair, the owner will do whatever is needed to correct it and keep customer happy.

They came in pulled a bunch of leads and are professional and professionalism was lacking their technicians just did the minimum amount and didnt fulfill the entire agreement that we worked on and then they had to come back and finish the job Im going to say that the company as a whole especially the office help is fantastic they get in touch with you and tell you whats going on but the technician on the ground is in too much hurry to get to the next job to go back and got the Is and cross all the ts
