Mr. Todd and his team were always there through the arduous process that was getting my gas repaired and activated and the flip home that I bought for me and family. Mr Todd is a very nice and friendly man with lots of patients. I have no knowledge of how drainage pipes work. He explained everything to me in a way I could understand. We are in the process of remodeling our house and a few weeks ago had a clog where everything backed up in our house. We were very scared to continue with the remodel of our flooring in fear we would back up again, and our floors would get ruined. Mr. Todd came out and ran a camera to Inspect our pipes. He explained to us our pipes were not great but he has seen a lot worse and we should be ok. As long as we are not backing up twice in 6 months we have nothing to worry about. Saving us $14,000 on a pipe reline we thought we had to do. I highly recommend Mr Todd for all plumbing issues.
