First time using this plumber at the recommendation of a friend. Scheduling was easy as possible with a friendly voice on the phone. I was promised that the plumber would call 30 minutes prior to coming and he did. When he arrived he apologized because it took him a little longer to get to my house due to traffic. He went straight to work on the plumbing issues I needed to get fixed. He did a great job and was probably the cleanest plumber that I’ve ever had. After he touched something, he was quick to wipe any surface down to remove and dirt. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about plumbing! I will definitely use them again when I need a plumber!

I hired Acadiana Plumbing to replace my front water faucet recently and found that Daniel was good to work with. So when my hot water tank went out Thursday night (8-22-24), I knew I was going to call them back for help. Daniel came by right at 8am, had everything he needed already on the truck, and was able to repair my tank in a very short amount of time. Their prices seem to be reasonable too. Note: I didn’t need them sooner than 8am the next morning. Thanks so much A.P. And Daniel. It’s a relief to know who I can call if a plumbing issue comes up.

I called Tuesday morning with a hot water issue. Tuesday afternoon Daniel assessed the problem. He finished at 6pm and determined I needed a new hot water heater. I got an email with an estimate and approved the for the work to be scheduled. Shortly after the work was approved I got a message that the new hot water heater could be in stalled at 8am the next morning. Dustin and Daniel arrived promptly and had completed the job around 9:30am. Thank you for always being top notch!😊

Excellent customer service. Called at 750am and left a voice mail on a Monday morning (the day after the time change). By 930 that same morning I had already received a call back, the technician was dispatched and the issue was resolved. We had toilets in two of our bathrooms that were backed up. Not only did the technician resolve the issue but he left the space cleaner than he found it. By far a very positive experience.

I had Dustin (owner) help us in the past and it was top notch. This recent visit was related to the cold spell we recently had here in Lafayette. Our outdoor kitchen faucet was a casualty of the cold and Daniel showed up within 24 hours of an appointment being set. He was polite, professional, and friendly…he was able to replace the faucet that I had on hand and then also repaired to toilets that were noisy and needed some new hardware in the tanks. Acadiana Plumbing was recommended to us by our home builder and we never use anyone else anymore. Highly recommend them!

I have to give this company and its plumbing tech who serviced our home a 5 star rating. Daniel, the plumber assigned to us, was punctual, professional and courteous throughout the entire process, and, he was FAST. It literally took him about an hour and 15 minutes to refix a toilet to the slab, install a new kitchen faucet, fix another toilet that was running, unclog a stubborn bathroom sink and diagnose a potential problem with our water heater in the attic. Our water heater of 20 years sprang a small leak that we didn’t discover until a while later. Lucky it was contained to the drain pan and no other damage was done to the house. Trusting Dustin at Acadiana Plumbing Services is the best choice I have made as a homeowner. Other plumbers charged as much to misdiagnose my problems (and offer very expensive, long, and disruptive solutions). I was expecting the wall behind my shower to be broken to replace pipes, order a new disposal to be installed, and order a new toilet to be installed. Dustin and his son came by, and in a couple hours, fixed every single problem and more! (At the same price as other plumbers had charged to misdiagnose my problem!) It was my best experience I’ve had with anyone who has worked on my house, by far. It’s also the first time I’ve felt bad when paying a plumber/electrician/etc.: when you’re expecting to spend a few thousand dollars and a few weeks fixing problems, and you’re able to fix all those problems in a few hours at a tenth of the price, I felt like *I* was ripping *them* off!I actually learned how to leave a Google review just for this company, if that gives you any indication of how great their services are! I cannot recommend them strongly enough: do yourself a favor and, like me, gain a the most competent, fair, and trustworthy plumber imaginable!

Dustin and his wife came to fix a few things around our house. They were on time and very professional. Highly recommend them if you need a plumber in the Acadians area!UPDATE: We had a few more issues come up in our house, so we called Dustin again. This time Daniel came to the house, and he was very professional and friendly. We had about 4-5 issues that we wanted him to look at. He diagnosed what was wrong with the first toilet (it was running) and he fixed it. Our bathroom faucet was loose, but the screw had been rusted out, so he recommended just getting a new fixture. In the other bathroom, the toilet was wobbly, and due to its age, it needed to have the flange replaced, which he was able to do and he added a shim and caulking and the toilet looks great now and is really sturdy. We had some questions about our hot water heater in the attic and he was able to answer them all and he serviced and check out our hot water heater. He said that it is running fine, but since we are not a family of 5, we could probably use a bigger one since the 40 gallon tanks are more for a family of 3.I highly recommend the guys at Acadiana Plumbing. They do great work, they are very responsive, and they are very up front about whats going on and how much it will cost.

These guys were amazing!Great customer service and very knowledgeable. I had a bad situation with the plumbing in my house where BOTH toilets were not flushing. It was really awful!! When I called in the woman I spoke to was so nice. I think she could tell how concerned I was, so she explained that we likely needed a clean out of the sewer lines and that this was a common problem and a service they performed every day. It was after hours when I called like at 9:30pm. I was thrilled to find they were a 24-Hour Plumbing Service Company. Of course, we have to pay more for after hours, but it is totally worth it when you have a plumbing emergency. I highly recommend this company!!
