Lesters Plumbing has always been exceptional. Theyve helped us a few times with the terrible plumbing we inherited when we bought our house. This week we had a new toilet installed. Its a beautiful toilet (I know, weird to say about a toilet) and they were great installing it and making sure everything was working correctly for us. Brandon was so friendly, professional, and polite. They are also very reasonably priced. Our area is very lucky to have them!

Moving from out of state, we did our online homework to find a good Plumber for future maintenance. We have a brand new house but we wanted someone to come out to check our tankless H2O and basement pump, “are they quality/in good operating condition, how often do they need maintenance”, etc???Brandon arrived on time, he removed his shoes without asking, he was professional, friendly and neat. He showed me the operations of each, answered all of my questions, everything I needed to know and more, almost like a mini plumbing home inspection of what to look for. I wanted him to look at my toilets because I was interested in getting more “deluxe” toilets. He gave me a written quote the next day.He recommended a specific Kohler toilet with specific lid. We went with it. 2 weeks later he installed 4 toilets, he and 1 other guy in less than 2 hours. Neat, clean, perfectly square, works great. Priced right. 1 year guarantee. We are now having him back to install the other toilets.If your a single woman or you just take on the responsibility like I do while your husband is at work… Lester’s treated me with full respect even though I know zero about plumbing.We could have went to Lowe’s, my husband could have installed himself… but I’m so glad we didn’t. Too much work, TIME, and possible mess, no way. We will gladly recommend Lester’s Plumbing and we love doing business with a family owned company. Brandon was great!

I have relied on Lesters plumbing since moving to Youngsville 20+ years ago. Most recently I contacted them to have my water heater replaced. Their response was prompt and within 2 days I had a new water heater installed at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Lesters for all your plumbing needs - they are efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. Two thumbs up!

Great local guys. Reasonable prices. We had them come out to replace lines to all our faucets due to faulty original plumbing work from the builder. Less than $400 to do hot and cold for all four sinks (8 lines), plus checking all the connectors, toilet connections, and main line valve. Very happy with Brett - professional and friendly. Will use them again if we need to!

I contacted Lesters Plumbing and asked about installing a new water heater late last year. I was given some advice on my current 20+ year old water heater that would help us until the day of my appointment. On the day of my appointment, I received a call from Lesters letting me know what time to expect them to be at my house and Brett showed up when he said he would. He got started on uninstalling my old water heater and by the time he was finished with that, Brandon showed up with my new water heater. Those guys were in and out, start to finish, in an hour and a half. Very professional and the customer service was outstanding. Its been a couple of weeks now with the new water heater and it works flawlessly. If youre looking into replacing your water heater, you should definitely give these guys a call.

Plumbing issues make people pretty desperate, and some companies take full advantage, but I didnt feel taken advantage of by Lester Plumbing. Only happy with the results and price. Excellent service and fair pricing. The owner (Brandon) was personally involved in my project. He was very informative and professional. Brett did the install and was also very professional. After they had left my home, I thought I had a water pressure issue and they came back very promptly to help figure out my issue. The issue was with one particular faucet that had some debris stuck in it. Even though this was clearly something unrelated to the work, Brandon and team did not hesitate to come back and help me out. This is a business that is run by the owner and it shows. I would highly recommend them for any sort of plumbing issue and will always call them in the future should I have a need.

This is the second time we have used Lesters Plumbing. The first time our water heater sprung a leak 1:30 PM Friday before Memorial Day weekend. Tried three plumbers who didnt seem interested in helping us (couldnt turn water off because of cheap valves from builder). Was given fair quote over phone and we had a new water heater up and running by 5:00PM. Their technician Brett, did a great job. Final price matched the original quote. On the morning of 11/16/2018, I noticed water running down our driveway. Thought it was rain water from the last few days but turned out to be a major leak in our underground pressure regulator piping due to the wrong materials used by the builder 12 years ago ( galvanized nipple between two bronze fittings with ground contact). Turned off house water and called Lesters. They were here in less than two(2) hours and made the necessary repairs and changes. Once again Brett was the technician and he did a great job. Took about two(2) hours to repair. He informed of the cost of parts as the repair progressed and they moved the underground parts from underground to our crawlspace where they should have been to begin with. Wont have to worry about that again.He also advised me to call Franklin County Utilities to see if we can get a rate adjustment due to the major leakage. Quality work from a local company with fair prices.

I own an older home with an ancient faucet system in the shower. I had a terrible leak and was having to turn the water off at the street to keep from losing water. Brandon was very professional and quick to schedule an appointment. He showed up on time and was very helpful in fixing the issue. I have had plumbers in the past who have not had experience with older systems, but Lesters plumbing is a family business and experience has been passed down. Brandon fixed the problem, No issue, and showed me what to do if it happens again. I will definitely use Lesters plumbing again and I appreciate them!

Needed to troubleshoot some plumbing issues in our house that we purchased in 2018 (wobbly toilet, leaking bathtub faucet, shower leaking into downstairs kitchen ceiling) and contacted Lester’s on the recommendation of a family member. Brandon contacted me as early as next day to discuss the items we were looking to have fixed. Each correspondence was personable, professional, prompt, and flexible as there were many times I could not speak on the phone so texting was offered as backup option. I appreciated the regular communication and even the ETA notifications prior to each arrival. Each step of the process was thoroughly discussed in detail and further clarification was quickly provided when requested. Even while working in the house on our plumbing issues, their work was not a distraction and was barely noticed. This was appreciated by me as I work 40 hours a week at home! I am incredibly impressed by the service provided by Lester’s and would recommend them highly to friends and family!

We spoke with Michelle, who was a pleasure to speak with, and she scheduled our appointment for the next day. He resolved our problem quickly and professionally. I hope we dont have any more problems, but if we do, we will not hesitate to call Lesters.

Called Lesters because they had good Google reviews and they did not dissapoint. I needed a new garbage disposer installed. Called on a Friday, had an appoint ment for Tuesday. They showed up on time. The work was done professionally and gave me tips on how to use even tho I did not buy the unit from them just the labor.Yes they are slightly more expensive than others, but I am a firm beliver you get what you pay for. They will get my business any time I have a plumbing need

I’ve had a terrible time finding a plumber that will call back or follow through with what they told me they would do. Today I finally found a great plumber. I called this morning hoping they could come out before the weekend to fix a leak near the water meter. They said they would call me back within 45 minutes to let me know if they could work me in. Sure enough 30 minutes later they called me back and said they could work me in. When they came out, they fixed the leak in no time and provided a quote to replace the whole line. It also ended up costing less than what they had quoted me over the phone. They were very personable and professional. We will definitely us them again.
