    I was referred to Daves Plumbing by a neighbor. He advised that he had used Daves several times before and had always been satisfied with the work. On the day of the appointment he called to let me know when he was on his way and approximately when he would be arriving. He came in, assesed the leak and made a recommendation for repair. He completed the repair and checked to make sure there were no leaks. Very satisfied and will use again.

    Tommy, from Daves Plumbing Repair, was very professional and had tremendous knowledge of the issue I had with my Commode. He diagnosed the problem and repaired it in a timely manner. He also stayed on the on-site long enough to make sure there were no further leaks.Did I mention that the repair was scheduled in a very timely manner from the time I called for service? Also, Tommy arrived at my home within the 2 hour window that he said he would be there and texted me to alert me when he was leaving his previous appointment and advised the time for arrival at my home.You cant get much better than that!

    Was in need of a plumber to address a small leak that was discovered when having work done in my crawl space. They were able to get me on the schedule the following day (it wasnā€™t an emergency). Jarred showed up earlier than expected and got right to locating the leak. He was great!     If I could give 10 Stars it still wouldnā€™t be enough. An upstairs toilet was leaking to the point where water was coming through the ceiling. The plumber from Daveā€™s Plumbing (Sorry, I forget his name but he was awesome) arrived exactly when they said he would. He fixed the disaster in no time, explained what had happened and how he fixed it. Super polite and helpful, he actually left the ā€œthe scene of the crimeā€ neater than how he found it. I am super impressed with Daveā€™s Plumbing and the quality of their work. Highly recommend!

    We had a cracked seal on a pipe coming from the ground into our basement. It was leaking water and creating a home for drain flies. Troy was very friendly, explained our issue and resolved our leak within 30 minutes! He also advised me on how to dry out the area and what to do to kill the rest of the flies and larvae. They were sent through our home warranty, if we have other plumbing issues, we hope they send Daveā€™s again!

I used them through my HSA after being told by another company (am I allowed to say the name here?) that it would cost over $1500 to repair the problem, and event then potentially would need an entirely new water heater (tankless), about $5,000... so I thought, why not try this first? and wouldnt you know it - a simple cleaning of the flame rods, and were back in business!!! Extremely pleased!

    (Unfortunately, I cannot readily recall the plumberā€™s name who repaired three of our bathroom faucet sinks on May 14, 2024. All of the repairs involved leaks. Hopefully, the company can identify the plumberā€™s name.)The plumber did an excellent job in completing all repairs very thoroughly and efficiently. Some of the leaks were more difficult than others to repair, but the plumber was resilient in successfully completing the tasks. He also explained what the issues were and was extremely cordial during the entire process.

    On the first visit the technician knew he put on the wrong part and didnt tell me. So I had them come back because the problem wasnt fixed right and thats when the technician told me he knew he had put on the wrong part. They did fix it but I think it was wrong of the technician to knowingly put on the wrong part in the first place.

    This is an update from my previous review, but not much has changed. Tommy came out last week to fix some leaks I had, etc. As always, he was on time, polite, friendly, and knows his stuff! He always explain what is wrong and how he is going to fix it. I feel like hes very honest, too, and not just trying to charge as much as he can, and I appreciate that very much. You cant go wrong with Tommy and I wouldnt want anyone else as my plumber. Oh yeah, my dog STILL loves him, lol! I would also like to mention Amanda, in the office. She calls almost immediately to acknowledge your issue and set up a prompt service call. Shes also very friendly!I have had Tommy come out a few times now and each time he has been fantastic! He explains what he is doing, is on time, accurate in his repairs, and just a nice guy all around. My dog loves him too! Couldnt ask for better service. I am a happy customer!

    Best plumbing service Iā€™ve ever dealt with ! In and out quickly, neatly, and respectively. I have struggled with leakes from the kitchen sink piping, two bathroom sinks leaking, and low water pressure in upstairs bathroom, the crew from Daveā€™s plumbing came by and had everything done in two hours. I have used other plumbing services in the area in the past and i will be calling Daveā€™s when I have another problem. They even left me a tool to use if one of the pipes leaked again.

    Company is very responsive. They were there when they said they would be and did the job correctly. Dave and his son arrived and installed a new garbage disposal for me the same visit. Dave was also kind enough to shore up my outside faucets while he was there even though it was not on the work order. He has been in business for 24 years and is very personable. Would recommend them and will use him in the future for all my plumbing needs.
