Tina and Bama were very courteous and easy to deal with. My only problem was not with them, but the 2 weeks it took to get the work done. This problem was caused by Choice Home Services not ordering the parts in a timely fashion.

We had a broken water heater that leaked really badly and caused damage to the flooring underneath. Serenity Home Service jumped right in and not only replaced our old tank unit with a tankless unit, they repaired the flooring to make it safe at no additional cost out of the kindness of their hearts. These are the types of people you want to call on when you need something done and you want it done right. A company with empathy for the customer. I would recommend them to anyone and I already have! We are already going to use them to put in a garbage disposal, furnace maintenance, and to tear down and build a new deck. They do it all and it’s quality work! A++++
