Excellent, prompt service from this company. Called for a toilet installation in the morning, and it was fixed by that same afternoon. Very reasonable prices, esp. in comparison with another plumbing company that tried to gouge us for $1800. Cody was a very nice and efficient worker, and we are relieved we called 4 Halos.

They waterproofed my basement and did an awesome job. They are professional and all around really nice. Chris the owner is knowledgeable and very nice to deal with. Cody also did pluming for an upstairs laundry. He did an awesome job. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing and waterproofing needs.

Im the maintenance director for an assisted living facility in Youngstown. Chris(our technician)called and asked if arriving a little earlier for our scheduled appointment was okay. It was. BONUS POINTS! He was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable, as we talked various work and life experiences, while getting to the matter at hand. BONUS POINTS! I presented the problem. He presented questions. I presented any answers, reinforcement and documentation. He quickly fleshed out what could potentially be THE, or merely ANOTHER source of our problem. BONUS POINTS! Left me to deal with it myself, as he and I knew I was capable. BONUS POINTS! I assured him, if this not the solution, 4 HALOS will be called back in. And Im sure THEY WILL GET IT RIGHT!Melissas professionalism in the office and Chriss professionalism in the field,(BONUS POINTS!) Words cannot express how thankful I am for this company. I found my water heater leaking this week and got a quote from another company that my water heater was broken. I am a single mom and did not have the $1400 they were trying to quote me to install a new tank. I found 4 Halos Plumbing online and took a leap. Come to find out it was the best choice I could have made. He contacted my within HOURS and talked to me about my problem. He quoted me HALF of what the other company was trying to charge me. Not only that, he fit me in within a day and installed my tank late at night. On top of that he did it the day before a holiday. I am so thankful for this company and the service that they provided me and my family. If you are looking for a kind, professional, punctual, and caring company 4 Halos has it all. I called 4 Halos in the morning and by early afternoon, someone was able to come out, quote, and complete the job. The quote came in at a fraction of other companies and Cody did an excellent job!! Quick and very knowledgeable . 10/10 will use 4 Halos in the future!! Thanks guys!!

They have done 3 sperate plumbing jobs for us. Each time they did an awesome job. Pricing is fair their employees are kind and professional. They only do what actually needs done and dont try to add extra costs on. My mom used another company for the same problem and paid 10x the amount we did. Highly recommend them

On 3/12/20 I called after calling 3 other plumbing companies, were unable to help for over a week. I had a leak that needed a rapid response. 4 Halo plumbing service came out within 30 minutes. They did a excellent job at repairing the leak, they also cleared 2 drains that needed service.The price was very economical, especially since I’m a disabled senior . I would definitely highly recommend their plumbing service. If I have anymore plumbing problems I will definitely call only their servicr
