A big thank you to Chris and Kaleb for both explaining & and fixing mineral deposit build-up in our hot water tank. We had been experiencing issues with some of our faucets and they were quick to understand the source of the problem. Chris explained how water softeners interact with the hot water tank necessitating annual purges. We hadnt had the tank purged for five years and the mineral deposits were extreme. He explained in detail how our particular system operates. They also addressed the faucet issues we had. We highly recommend Chris and Seiter Services for plumbing needs.

Needed a plumber after hours on a Friday evening. When I called Seiter, they answered their phone right away and had a plumber to my home probably within an hour. The plumber they sent, Chris L., was very nice and polite. He gave me a quote before he started working, did a very good job, and was very conscientious to clean up after he was done. Russ came out from start to finish he was the one that did the estimate and the install he also recommended what was best that suit our family. I would like to commend Chris L for a job well done on the installation of my new water heater. The physical location is in a service closet area also housing the heat pump with humidifier, providing very little work space. Installation required removing a door and disassembling the humidifier connection before changing out the water heater. His work was efficient, he informed me where the controls were and how to operate them in an emergency. Chris also provided plumbing service several weeks ago for a clogged sink, again displaying his knowledge and going the extra mile with advice on proper maintenance. I highly recommend Chris and Seiter Services for your plumbing needs.

Just like our service experience 13 years ago when Seiter Services were just getting started, once again they provided excellent service from the scheduling to the installation, repair and clean up. Jerry and Rick did a great job installing our new softener, water heater, and pressure reducing valve, in addition to replacing failed copper pipes with pex tubing and finally chasing down a plumbing leak. I am a first time customer of Seiter Services and so happy with choosing them to be my service provider and installer of a new furnace. Sorry to say I was not prepared to have no heat Christmas Eve, but Seiter sent one of their technicians to my house with portable heaters to keep me warm until they could work on my furnace. Road conditions were deplorable and that is a step way beyond which I will never forget and am so appreciative. My furnace had been neglected and Robbie, the technician educated me on preventative maintenance measures that I could take in the future in caring properly for my furnace, which is definitely going to be taken quite seriously with the new furnace and thermostat that he installed. He is such a professional, patient in answering all the questions that I have and definitely shows pride in his work. Seiter should be very proud in having him as part of the Seiter team. I feel like the service was very good. Bill and Amanda were super helpful. Our water heater was replaced promptly and weve had no issues from it. We also had them repair our furnace and they worked hard to accommodate us on it. Bill (the tech) is so kind, my little one and puppy dog just adore him. And he always takes time to talk to my child and pet the dog. It just means a lot to have them interacted with meaningfully. The customer service team is super nice!!! They answer promptly and always return calls when they say they will and that is hard to find!

A part for the sprayer needed to be ordered and upon its arrival at my house, I called Seiters that evening and Bryan arrived the next morning to install it. I have been using Seiter Services for 12 years. They know what they are doing and keep my old furnace and middle-aged A/C going with no problems. I am enrolled in their Prime Care maintenance program so any needed tweaking happens then. As a result, I have had no emergencies. They show up when they say they will and are friendly and respectful. I feel like they are honest about what truly needs to be done and dont sell me on things I dont need. They also are very good at installing or repairing appliances.

In addition to our annual furnace inspection, he also cleaned the dryer hose and duct prior to our move and let us know that it was in good shape. Jacob is a valuable asset to your company. He was polite and friendly. He has impressive troubleshooting skills, and is able to think quickly to resolve problems. I had an unusual failure with my furnace which caused my AC to malfunction. He rewired/bypassed circuits to get it working temporarily in time for my fathers bday party. Im giving 4 stars. Wouldve been five if the part I needed was on hand. I would recommend this company to anyone. If I get the part and its permanently repaired, five stars it is.

These folks were wonderful from the word go. Hank was the one who came out and took stock of what was needed, and he went over everything with me. Then the day (98 degrees) came when the guys were ready to install the new Bryant AC unit--they got started right away and worked solid until lunch then came back and worked all afternoon. There was something done incorrectly on my furnace, so the guys changed that to make it right, then proceeded to hook up everything in the house. They had a huge amount of work and they did it with a little comic relief, and lots of explanations. I am SO happy with the service and the air conditioner, and the work that was done, I would recommend them to anyone needing repair or replacement. MY AC unit was probably 20 years old and they stripped away the old, and installed beautiful new equipment. These folks are 5 stars and more!! Im a Happy Camper and cool in this high heat,.

We actually had Seiter Services come out and look at a wash machine that was giving us problems. The washer was fixable but not worth the money (it was16 years old) so we decided to purchase a new one. However, at the time the repairman arrived, I told him I noticed the water heater was also giving us problems (leaking). He checked it out and, of course, it was leaking and was beyond repair. I asked if they sold the water heaters and they did. They came the next day (a Friday) and installed a brand new heater. Very professional, courteous, and reasonably priced, including installation. I was so glad as I didnt want to go through the weekend with a leaky water heater. Very fast, quality service.

A tech showed up to fix our AC at 8:30 PM when they could have been home with their family instead. Their dedication to their work is outstanding and our AC works wonderfully now. I have had Seiter out to my house twice. Once for AC, once for water heater. Neither time did they try to sell me on new appliances, and the one time that a new appliance could have been considered the repairman laid out all the options of potential repair attempts (complete with pricing and chances of success) before I made my decision. At no point did I ever feel pressure, and I feel they worked hard to keep the service cost friendly. In addition both service techs were extremely polite and seemed very knowledgeable. I will definitely continue to do business with them and highly recommend to anyone looking for repair services.

Seiter Services, LLC has been very responsive to us the past two tears. Tell Chris (Owner) we appreciate his technicians. Today it was our AC.Fan motor would not come on. The office said they would have a technician to our home mid-morning. It is an extreme heat day, temperatures in the mid 90s and no AC.Bobby arrived within an hour and I explained that it seemed to be a capacitor that had failed. He double checked my trouble shooting and agreed. He installed a new capacitor, and it fired right up. Thank you Bobby. You cant beat Seiter Services.

I have a tankless water heater. This is the second time I have had Seiter work on it. Both times they were able to address the problem promptly and they descaled the inside of the water heater, prolonging its life. There are not a lot of plumbers who know how to do this, and I am now convinced that I need to have an annual descaling to prolong the life of the water heater (I had been given the impression that every 3 years was the span of time, by the plumber, who now is out of business, who installed it. I was able to get next day service when I contacted Seiter over the weekend. Amazing! Thank you Jacob for the way you were able to stop the pipe vibration caused by my washer. We recently moved to the area and as we were turning on our utilities we were warned we may have a small gas leak. Being from the other side of Ohio we were clueless who to contact... especially on a Friday afternoon. We googled HVAC services in the area and Seiter popped up first and got the call. Not only was the person who answered helpful and patient but scheduled us for an emergency service the next day on a Saturday morning. The Technician (Bill) arrived before noon and checked all of our appliances and gas lines. When nothing was found he ventured into our attic to check there. Still nothing? So where most people working on a Saturday wouldve said I cant find anything? and left... Bill ran through everything again just to be sure. While checking everything he explained exactly what he was doing. Didnt try to sell us anything or take advantage of our inexperience or lack of knowledge. Once he was confident we absolutely didnt have an issue he charged us the service fee and that was it. He explained our options but assured us we were safe and in no danger of a gas leak. He was friendly and personable and just a genuine helpful professional. He took the time to welcome us to the area and tell us about himself and offered to come back if we had any further concerns. We definitely will be using Seiter next time we run into any trouble.
