Exceptional job 👍🏽 Customer service was awesome. Justin an Gage both come to my home different times an completely explained to me everything that needed done. I needed a new furnace an ac unit. Gage helped me get financed. They have many options even with not so good credit. The guys that came to put in the furnace were super friendly an even made my ac unit outside more stable. I highly recommend this company. They really will try to get you a great price an help with anything you need. Extremely satisfied with their work.

I had a broken sewer line that needed repair. On Sunday afternoon I filled out the online request with attached photos. Within 30 minutes, I received a call back to schedule an appointment. 9 AM the next morning, Josh was at my house to evaluate the repair and give me an estimate. I signed the contract on the spot. On Wednesday, Joe and Jess arrived to repair the broken line. The repair was completed that same day. They were very professional and did excellent work. The man who worked on my heater was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. My heater would never get my house above 68 for the 3 years since install. Now it stays right at the pleasant 72 I set it for. Great job, give your guy a raise!

Great company! Very nice, friendly, professional workers. They go above and beyond. Im very happy with their services. They installed my furnace 2 years ago and did a great job. My furnace is unfortunately in my attic. It is a very tight cramped space. I was getting routine service done this year. The first person they sent out couldnt service it do to the cramped conditions. They rescheduled my service. The next technician couldnt service it either. They immediately sent another technician over, and between the two, they were able to service the furnace. Would definitely recommend them. They live up to their name, 5 stars all the way.

I wasnt here when Guillermo got started so he when on an explained to me what he was doing and said he didnt have all the needed parts, which I expected with the age of our appliances. We happened to have a part he needed which should save a little time and money. We worked out a good time for both of us and we assured him we could live without the one shower since we have two others to use. So he has about 2/3 of the job done and if he is able to find the Kohler parts for a 59/60 model tub faucet he should be done quickly on Friday.

Previously had a great experience with electrician from Five Star. Decided to try them out for a couple of plumbing issues. Sent out Jacob. He was very knowledgeable and patient with my never-ending questions. I will definitely use Five Star in the future. Very glad to have discovered them through a recommendation from a friend. Overall, a great company from setting the appointment to communication from the office and follow up recommendations from the electricians/plumbers.

Thank you to, first of all, the excellent dispatcher and scheduler at Bellbrook Plumbing/Five Star Home Services for their efficiency in calling me back to schedule, and the excellent customer service. The plumber/repairman who was sent to my address is ROODY G. He is a true asset to the company. He shows up on time, is careful to explain the job that has to be done, is personable and does superb work. The first time out he replaced a an old leaky drain and explained the need for replacement of my corroded copper hot water lines and valves and the garbage disposal. He presented an invoice so I could consider the cost for the additional work, afterwhich I contacted the scheduler to have Roody come back to replace those items. His work was so excellent and he cleaned up all debris when the work was completed. Besides being knowledgeable and professional, he was genuine and seems to truly enjoy his work. Thank you so much for caring about your customers enough to train them to be the best.

Project from quote to job completion was quick and highly effective. Options were provided and explained prior to unit selection. Team members arrived on time the day after obtaining quote. Furnace was up and running 6 hours after their arrival. The old furnace, A/C, humidifier and thermostat were removed and area of work was cleaned prior to departure. James was above and beyond my expectations. In a world of inaction, over promising and under delivering James took action and he didn’t make promises he couldn’t keep. James quickly identified the problem and fixed it but he didn’t stop there he went above and beyond to make sure I wouldn’t continue having the problems where most others would have stopped and left he continued to troubleshoot making sure I was taken care of.5 Star - Make sure you take care of employees like James, trust me they are not easy to replace if at all. I don’t know what you’re paying him but it’s not enough.

This business still believes in customer service. Real customer service. When you call you get a real person. They came within twelve hours of my call. They were professional and fast. I was very satisfied with them and signed up for their five star protection program. I’ve found no other business in this area with this kind of service. Had to call them with a drain issue unrelated to our other issue. Kyle assured me that he will fix my drains in one day. Seeing that five star hasn’t let me down yet I am confident he will do just that.

I’ve had two experiences with Five Star; one was not so great, the other was fantastic. The plumbing call was not great, but everything was eventually resolved, and they generously discounted a critical issue that was discovered in the middle of the job. That being said, everyone gets a second chance. The second call was for HVAC maintenance and Hassan Hashem was great! He’s very knowledgeable, professional and respectful, he identified a problem that my previous service company missed and quickly fixed it. He truly embodies their Profit on Purpose initiative and is an outstanding technician.

He then gave me advice to caulk my aged shower drain gasket to stop dripping outside the pipe onto my kitchen ceiling below. He also discussed the benefits of annually flushing my hot water heater, which I will soon schedule.

Yesterday I woke up to cold water in my shower. I thought great, not only is it Sunday but also New Years Eve, good luck trying to find someone to come to my house. I had purchased my water heater from Five Star Heating and Cooling, so I started there. I called Five Star and they picked up right away, it was maybe around 10:30am. I was told someone would be out to my house anywhere from noon to 5pm. A few minutes to noon, I got a text saying my tech was on his way. Turns out, he had been here before. Luckily, the pilot had. gone out and it was an easy fix. He also showed me how to relight the pilot if it should happen again.
