    Five Star Home Services came out to replace a service valve on our tankless water heater. The tech (Jacob) was knowledgeable, respectful and capable. They were also flexible, pivoting effectively to accommodate another contractor at our house at the same time. Jacob installed the valves and corrected past work done by another contractor. All in all, a great job!

    We called Narrow Path Plumbing on Monday morning (8:30ish) and the technician arrived early within the estimated timeframe on the same day, provided a professional estimate for two repair options. Jacob was super! He was professional, personable, conscientious and efficient. In fact, calling to make the appointment was a pleasant and professional interaction, as well.Update: We chose to go with the recommended option that was more in depth and required more work. The work was accomplished quickly, efficiently and again with professionalism. Our technicians were personal and very conscientious to the point of cleaning up around the area that was repaired. They even cleaned the excess dirt on the street that fell from the trencher. Very happy with the service received! Thank you!

    Narrow Path did a great job with our renovation project. They showed up when they said they would and helped us meet every deadline needed for each phase of our project. Iā€™ve read a few negative reviews here and I can say that no company does things perfectly 100% of the time. However, some companies leave you high and dry when they donā€™t follow through and others always strive to make it right. In using Narrow Path for years, they always do their best to make things right if and when things donā€™t go as planned.The measure of a good company is not simply in everything going according to plan 100% of the time, but how they respond when things donā€™t. Narrow Path cares about their customers and does right by them.

    Quick response and owner, Chris discussed the different options with us. Called yesterday for a service diagnostic and Terry called us to see what we had, and he went ahead and brought new 50 gal. Bradford White water heater with them.Tank was leaking, and Terry and his helper (Mullet Man) drained the old water heater and installed new 50 gal tank in less than 2 hours. Would highly recommend Narrow Path Plumbing to all the local residents in the Xenia and surrounding areas.

    They were able to come out the day of our problem with our hot water tank, diagnosed what was wrong and gave us options to repair or replace. Although it would of been cheaper to take advantage of our warranty on parts and only pay for labor it would of taken longer and a full replacement with their 10 year warranty made more sense for a long term solution. They came out the next morning (Saturday) and finished in a little over an hour. Workers where nice, complete and left no mess at all. Thank you.

    We had a complicated issue with our sump pump drainage system as it exited our brick home. Kyle was outstanding!! He quickly analyzed the problem and gave us options for the repair.     Scheduled for water heater removal and install. They arrived within 2 1/2 hours of my initial phone call. John and Cody were very nice. Professional. Helpful. I asked if they also had time to cap off and remove a water softener. They checked and had no one assigned after me so they gladly quoted and did that also. I very much appreciated it. This is the second time using five star. (There was a third five star person in my home who gave a $400 estimate for a sink part replacement. Holding off on that because a video shows the part can be purchased without an entire assembly). Both were installs were good experiences though. I Would use them again and will call for next project.

    We had an old ice maker supply line that sprung a leak. The saddle valve had corroded and couldnā€™t be used to shut off the leak. I clamped the line with a vice grip. I called Narrow Path shortly after they opened and they were able to get someone scheduled for before 1 pm. Guillermo Rubke arrived at 9:17 am, and evaluated the problem. Because of the location of the saddle valve and condition of the adjacent copper tubing, he had to solder in a new valve. (We donā€™t currently have an ace maker but wanted the ability to add one again.). He was finished and on his way in an hour. He was very professional, he asked for my approval for the work and necessary change to the original plan (shark bite). I would happily recommend Narrow Path Plumbing. I canā€™t speak to the cost relative to any other companies because I didnā€™t want to call around since this company was recommended by friends.

    I contacted narrow path plumbing for my water heater and I was given a same day window from 8am-12. I was called when the technician was 20 minutes out and they arrived shortly after 8. He was very kind, got the estimate for the new water Heater quickly and was able to set up installation the same day. Before leaving he even asked if there was anything else he could look at for me while he was there. The install team also called when they were 15 minutes out and arrived shortly after 11. They were great! They tackled the tough job of getting the old one out, putting the new one in, cleaning up and even moved some very heavy packages for me since I recently had surgery and couldnt move them myself. I was so amazed they could come on such short notice and do such a great job.

    The plumber that came was very friendly, courteous and professional. We had a toilet installed that we purchased after getting new flooring put in the bathroom.     James from Narrow Path Plumbing-5 Star is a true professional. He was not rushing to move on to the next job. He stay and got everything done that needed to be done. He cleared my 4 inch drain in the basement of grease. After trying one snake that was just not long enough he got a longer bigger snake out from his van and that reached the clog and cleared it. Wait thereā€™s more!!! After that he put a camera down the drain and located a separation in the pipe. He went outside and with a locator found the end of the camera and we marked above ground the location to dig. The water is flowing great now and I will soon dig up the pipe and repair it. They cleaned up when they were done and they dug and replaced my yard for the trench. I canā€™t say I could have done this job as fast or as well as they did.     Great,our pump quit on Sunday,I called and Chris was occupied with family obligations,but as soon as he was able,he came out and got us taken care of. He was there on Monday,and I think that was very professional especially with the other things he had going on. Within a few hours we had a new pump,wires,and pressure switch. We are going to run a new water line (instead of trying to repair the bad one), and he was not able to quote that. We are without water for another week now.

    Narrow Path Plumbing has been amazing! Competent, trustworthy, dependable, professional, and reasonable pricing. First, they installed a new kitchen sink for me. I was pleased with the installation so I had them remove my water softener- the job was completed in about an hour so I was only charged the service call fee. Then I had a leak in the valve of my main water line. It had been leaking, undetected, for quite some time, so there was mold, mildew, & ruined drywall. This was a complicated job, plus living in a four unit condo I found out the water shut-off for the building was in my neighbors unit. Chris was able to fix the leak and had the water turned off for only about 10 minutes. He told me what needed to be done to dry out the room, kill the mold, and replace the drywall. Im so happy to have found such a reliable, honest, and skilled plumber!

Had lines run so I could move my laundry up out of my basement & poor Mike had to run wiring through my attic on a 90 degree day. I was so worried he would have a heat stroke but he never complained once. Also had a whole house filter replaced & a valve replaced on my hot water tank by another plumber whose name I cant remember but they all were polite and did professional work.

    Josh and Levi replaced the relief valve and pressure switch on our pressure tank for our well water. They did a great job! I recommend them and Narrow Path Plumbing.

    We have used them several times on a rental we own and they have always done a good job and are reasonably priced. I always have a hard time finding a good contractor as I live out of state, but they will be my go to from now on for any plumbing needs on our rentals.
