Roto-Rooter has never let us down! This time we had a completely clogged kitchen drain over the weekend, washing dishes in a bathtub isnt ideal 😳 They sent someone out as quickly as they could. Jason was really great, professional and knowledgeable, and we were very grateful to have a draining sink again. Highly recommend!

Will arrived at our house and started working to get to the source of the problem right away. He was professional and well mannered. He communicated very clearly with how he was going to fix the clogged pipe. He wore the proper pipe and shoe covers to keep our house clean also. He unclogged the drain in a timely manner and fixed our issue. I’m so glad he could fix it and am happy with my experience. I’d recommend him to anyone that has a plumbing issue.

Excellent service. Fixed rate even though it was a weekend and late in the day. Ended up with four techs here so definitely worth it to clear up my issues. I still need to have my 90+yo 3” sewer line replaced, and their camera work helped me completely understand that. I highly recommend them. What seemed like a pricey amount before they started was worth every penny!

My laundry room wasnt draining at all. The plumbing wasnt an easy situation the cap was seized and the tech that came out gave me worse and best case. Had a sewer line problem over the weekend. Roto Rooter was available to come check it out. Ran a camera through, found it blocked. Had an emergency crew come out and repaired the issue in over the course of two days. While it ended up being an expensive repair, it was a less expensive quote than I’ve had in the past for the same work to be done. I was glad they were able to get it finished as quickly as they did considering the amount of work they had to do on such short notice.Thanks to all involved!
