    Nick and Grant came out to our house on Christmas Eve due to a clogged kitchen sink. They were amazing, very knowledgeable and courteous! They got our sink fixed and back running quickly. They even took a couple extra minutes to fix a toilet that kept running. Thanks for your prompt service and professionalism!

    I am so happy with NSP and how quickly they were able to come out and replace my shower cartridges. Josh was professiona, quick and very personable. He went above and beyond and even installed my new shower head. (I was so relieved that it was NSP to respond through my home warranty insurance and not a previous company I had.)I would definitely recommend this company. )

    We had issues with our water heater so we called the NSP Plumbing and they sent Nick and Grant. They were very polite, helpful and knowledgeable! Not only did they fixed our problem but also gave us very helpful advice and information! Would definitely call them again with any questions and issues and recommend to everybody!!!

    I put in a request through my home warranty company, American Home Shield, and I was really happy to see that they finally got a new plumbing company and that it was NSP! I got a call the next day to set up an appointment and they gave me an hour window. On the day of our appointment, I got a text when they were on their way. Nate and Grant came out and were able to fix everything within an hour. Their supplier was close which made it so nice to not have to wait for parts to ship. Nate went over all costs - what I had to pay vs the company (I did some upgrades my warranty company didn’t cover). Overall great experience!

    Grant was awesome! He helped my wife try to figure out why our hot water wasnt staying hot he showed her what to do to save some $. When that didnt work they were here the next day installing a new water heater! So glad the warranty company switched to these guys so much better.

    Nate came in as a caring and concerned person, with humanity after having some major issues with stoppage. He hasn’t even done the work yet, but I am quite certain he will exceed my expectations when the job is complete.     I found NSP Plumbing online after reading their reviews. I echo most of what everyone says. NSP made me feel better after a call after hours during the weekend, and was able to get me in right away on Monday. Turns out, I had a blockage of roots that caused my sewer to back up. Nathan was great and even accommodated the time I was able to meet him.

    Josh and Seth came out to unclog my kitchen sink. It took them less than 10 mins. They were fantastic! Very friendly and honest, not pushy at all. As a first time home owner, I had lots of questions and they even looked at a few other things for free while they were here. So helpful!

    Just moved into my new apartment this past weekend. Woke up to pond and hot spring in my kitchen with a waterfall in my basement. Called NSP and was told would be 45min and maybe 20min later Grant and Nick came through and saved the day. The guys were very professional, friendly and came in on a mission. Showed me my issues and got straight to work. Let me tell you not all heroes wear capes, some wear jeans a t-shirt and a NSP plumbers hat! Thank you guys truly appreciate the urgency! Grant and Nick were amazing!

    Nate was kind on the phone, he got me in the morning of the next business day. Seth was prompt and knowledgeable. He helped me make a decision that was best for me and my family. In under 3 hours of arrival I had a brand new water heater at a great price! Seth walked me through the correct steps to maintain my unit, and he was patient with me and all of my questions. I have had bad experiences in the past with other well-known plumbers, so this experience was a breath of fresh air. I did not once feel pressured or overwhelmed by price or timeframe. The work area was left as clean as it was when he arrived. He was even mindful of my cat who likes to escape!     My daughter had a sewer drain back up. Needed this taken care of right away due to the kids in the home. The estimates were so ridiculous, my daughter was overwhelmed. I seen the ad for NSP, called told them the problem. They gave an estimate, we approved, and came right away. Wow, great customer service, great techs, and very reasonable compared to other estimates my daughter received. We will for sure call them again. I would recommend them to anyone.

    NSP sent Grant and Nick out you our place to diagnose and repair my water heater. I’ll just say they did a high quality job replacing the water heater and giving me tips for the future. I had hot water within an hour of them showing up!
