    We had an amazing experience with HWC!!! Our initial visits with Kurtis were fun and exciting!! George was our Carpenter. He did fantastic work along with the Plumber and Electrician. A wall was knocked down, a wall was built, walk in shower installed, garden tub and small shower removed. All new flooring, lights, counter tops, grab bars, etc. They tried their best to keep all dust to a minimum. They were all VERY professional and communicated well with us. We knew who to expect and on what day. We loved working with them!! THANK YOU for our beautiful bathroom!!! Marilyn & Jim

    HWC ofOn October 1, 2024 HWC of Wyoming MI replaced an old tub with a new shower with handicap hand holds in my tenants bathroom which she needed due to her balance problems. The project was a challenge because the house was built in 1920 and the installation required plumbing and structural upgrades to do the job. When it was completed my tenant and I were amazed at the great transformation we saw! The quality was excellent. The installer and the plumber did superb work and were always polite and friendly. What impressed me the most was how professional everyone was at HWC. I was kept accurately informed about the process from the beginning to the end of the project and was treated with courtesy and competence.     Mark was great to work with and was very helpful in helping design a moisture proof place for our indoor hot tub. His crew members were all excellent, as were his sub-contractors, with one exception (who did a nice job but would have deviated from an important requirement if not carefully monitored - giving me a bit of pause on the 5-stars). They earned my recommendation.

    I will recommend HWC to anyone that inquires about my bath remodel. The staff and workers were very helpful. Hiram and Chad did a great job, making sure everything was finished the way I wanted.     I can’t say enough good about the entire experience!! (Old tub out, new walk-in shower in). I got FOUR different estimates. HWC was right about in the middle with cost. Took two days. They worked HARD every minute. Were very careful to cover everything (like carpet to get to bathroom) Very professional and sensitive to all my little concerns. Tex, Braden, George were all the best !!! I could tell this wasn’t their “first rodeo”! When I decide to do my basement shower, I won’t have to go thru the whole estimate process again 👏👏. Will have HWC do it for sure!! 👵. From their first visit (free estimate) to tear-out day was 4 months, but was well worth the wait!!!

    We couldn’t be happier with how our full-kitchen and connected areas project turned out. HWC carpenter - Jim - is a true craftsman and artisan, and one focused on what the customer wants. We knew what we wanted, and Jim made the reality occur. Julien worked on our project as well, and did excellent work also. They were excellent at communicating, transparent on project concerns or potential delays, and reliable. Most importantly - they did great work. When one spends this type of investment, one expects a great output (I do, anyways), and that’s what HWC delivered. If we did another large remodel project, we’d go back to HWC and we’d specifically request Jim and Julien.

    From start to finish was a pleasant experience with HWC. The carpenters, painters, plumbers, electricians, baseboard trim and tile installers took pride in their work. Our designer Marv was very knowledgeable in the products and came up a new kitchen design layout which was awesome. We also had new bathroom installed in our basement which turned out great.Also the office staff were great in keeping us updated by text or phone. I would highly recommend them for your remodeling needs.

    We could not be happier with the HWC contractors. The shower installers did an amazing job and were courteous and very neat clean up. Justin and helper were very nice too. Hemir? (Not sure the name is right but he and Nate did an excellent job installing vanity, vinyl flooring, linen closet doors and trim work. These two were very nice , courteous , and great clean up. Then John Gardner finished the whole project with a beautiful paint job. He did excellent work. He was also pleasant , courteous, very nice guy. We love our new bathroom.

    HWC just finished our complete bathroom remodel and full basement finish, which they did together at the same time. Both came out great. The tiled shower is beautiful with excellent craftsmanship. Their lead carpenter , Mason did a beautiful job was there every day on time, from start to finish.     Tech (Tex) showed up at appointed time dis removal and install of new tub and surround and associated plumbing. Was a day long job. He was polite neat and clean in appearance. Was neat and cleaned up area he worked on. I was impressed. He went over paperwork and payment at the end. (Had to return next morn because needed a pipe he didn’t have with him because drain wasn’t as tight as should have been. He made the repair and was done in less than an hour. I discussed the security handicap handles that Mark and I discussed but we forgot to write on work order. Tex said he would see if in stock and talk to clerk and be back when they were available. Enjoyed dealing with him very personable and good worker. I’m very pleased.

    HWC was great to work with from the beginning. Their designers helped me redo both my kitchen and master bathroom. Together we created the perfect look for my house and tastes. Kevin was lead on my construction and he was on time, friendly, courteous and he did a phenomenal job. They provided ane stimate below their competitors. Their office and field staff were professionals that listened well to us regarding our remodeling job.     Friendly and professional. Always cleaned up and made the area they were working on reusable when possible. Provided good choices for the remodel of our kitchen, master bedroom and bathroom. It was not easy for us to come up with ideas of our own. Good at returning phone calls if we had any questions. The amount of time it took to complete the project was reasonable in spite of the pandemic. Cost was in the ballpark of what we expected it to be. Love the finished product.     Working with Josh, Jason, Justin, Grant and Lance on a significant master bathroom renovation was enjoyable from start to finish. HWC used top-flight materials and each of the craftsmen were experts in their field. The coordination between the all of the staff was excellent. I have worked with many contractors over the years and I would certainly recommend HWC to others. They do not use high-pressure sales techniques, their showroom is extensive, and their price was very competitive.

    We have had HWC do three major remodeling (down to the studs) projects for us, two different bathroom projects and a full kitchen remodel. We initially engaged them on the advice of friends and could not be happier. Their design team helped us find furnishings, fixtures, and flooring that matched our taste, budget and design intentions. Their employees and sub-contractors (electrical, plumbing) were top-notch. They were excellent craftsmen and attentive to every detail. They stayed on the project until every detail and item met all of our expectations. They were even meticulous about cleaning up everyday and communications with the office team and the on-site work team was excellent -- the kitchen lead would even text me when I was out of town for work to keep me informed and answer any questions. All in all, HWC is a GREAT team to work with.

    We worked with the Wyoming, MI HWC location. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. All of the workers that have worked on our bathroom remodel were friendly, professional and cleaned up after themselves every day before leaving and kept us informed of every step. There were some mishaps that occurred early on in the install process due to no fault of anyone and they notified us and put plans in place to handle the situation which was agreeable to us. It is not complete yet, but is looking great and we are excited about the finished product.

    The gentlemen arrived on time for my one day shower install. I found them to be knowledgeable and courteous. They were careful to protect the flooring throughout the areas they were working and traversing from the bathroom to outside.     We had a total bathroom remodeling done. Remove the soaking tub which no one could get in or out of. Remove the original shower. Replaced shower where the tub was. Added two new sinks and drawers and cuboards and enlarged my storage spaces. New tile on the floor and in the shower. Cambria on the counter tops and in the shower seat and step over that the glass door is on and also on the cuboard next to the toilet. It is very handy for hold tissues and toilet paper and other storage. Love the job. The workmen were always on time. They cleaned up after they were done for the day.     We have used HWC twice for bathroom projects - a complete redo of the master bath and installation of a new tub and tile in a secondary bathroom. HWC completed both jobs in the time frame quoted, in the budget quoted and always left the job site clean at the end of each day and the end of the job.     Back in February of 2016 our washing machine water hose burst in the middle of the night and we woke up to a mess. The staff at HWC worked with us to not only fix the water damage, but also create an updated main floor of our home. We are very happy with everything...refacing of cupboards, floors, countertops, lighting, painting and plumbing. In June of 2017 we contracted with them again for 3 new exterior doors. Mark worked with us on our initial choices. Thank you for your guidance and patience! Chris was our main carpenter and was excellent to work with, both times! I highly recommend HWC!
