    We were having issues with our furnace coming on but not heating. The technician Rob was very helpful and detailed on the problem with it. Unfortunately, there wasn’t a quick fix on a furnace as old as ours. For safety, he recommended we replace. Not a solution we’d like but who does 😄. He set up a technician Ryan to come the next day to give me an estimate on the replacement which I appreciate greatly. Amazing service by Rob and also the pleasant young lady that answered the phone when I called. She kept me abreast of when the technicians would show up and answered any other questions I’d have.We did replace our furnace and the guys were professional, nice, efficient, and detailed on how it and the new thermostat works. They cleaned up everything and made sure all was how it should be. We will for sure call this company for all of our HVAC needs. Thanks!

    This company is wonderful! The tech showed up when scheduled. Last company was a two time no show. The tech was very nice, took his time and explained everything. Diagnosed an ongoing problem with another appliance and saved us from throwing good money after bad!!! Very highly recommend!!!!!!

    Brandon did a great job with everything, including holding up the heavy Stovetop for 5+ minutes while my wife cleaned out a lot of mice 🐁 droppings and other debris! He was great in every way, replacing one of our 4 Burners that stopped working properly, and replacing our Oven Light.

    Ben was amazing!! First of all, my appointment was almost two weeks away. The next day after scheduling, they called me back to fit me in today. Ben was professional, patient, on time, and did I mention patient? Between my indecisive husband, my five year old autistic son running around, my landlord not answering about an issue with the vent system, and me just being sick of going to the laundry and ready to set it all on fire; 🔥 Ben-whom is filled with the milk of human kindness, held it together for us all.     I had a great experience with Big Red and cant recommend this company enough...First had an HVAC inspection, since my unit had not been serviced like ~10 years. Despite the age of the unit, everything checked out okay and no service or repairs were recommended. Woohoo!Then I had a plumber from Big red come out to discuss a new water heater as mine was on its way out. The tech was extremely patient, answered all of my silly questions, and ended up recommending a really great unit for my space.The water heater went in, they did a fabulous job on the install, and even fixed the outlet of my sump for no charge while they were at it!I would give 6 stars if I could =)

He called because there was a lot of construction in my neighborhood, and we were able to navigate through the construction, with the assistance of the construction workers so that he could get to my house.     Had a great experience with Big Red as I have always had with them since they installed the heater/air condition unit back in 2014. A friendly and knowledgeable technician(Rob) took care of our heater needs this time. He was here for a yearly check up and when he arrived the heater was making a noise, that, it should NOT be making. It didn’t take him long to find the problem and fix it. I would highly recommend Big Red. I have always been very pleased with them and their service technicians.

    Weve had Big Red Services come out for appliance repair (issues with washing machine), and annually have used Dryer Vent Guardian for cleaning the dryer vents in our homes. Every technician is friendly, knowledgeable, and on-time. Dispatch is also friendly and easy to communicate with. We will be using them for all appliance and dryer vent related jobs for our properties because they have been the best!

    Derrick come out to fix my ice maker. He was punctual, very friendly and clean and he took the time to listen to me, answer my questions and explain things to me. The icemaker was fixed right away but he wanted order a part and come back a2nd time to replace the filter housing to improve the water pressure to the fridge. I now have ice and cold water better than i have ever had with this fridge.

    Yes, Big Red has put in my new hvac system at a year 1/2 ago. I was having trouble with my drainage from the AC unit going into the ground. It was nothing that BIG RED did. They came out everytiime I called them and rendered a solution. I just got my hot water heater replaced yesterday. Issac ,the plumber was great. Professional, nice ,knowledgeable and did a great job. The other tech ,Chris was good also.

    Ben objectively shared the poor quality of the washer- dryer combination and did a work around for the unbalance feature. He explained that it is almost universal that these combo washer dryers have problems. He spent over 2.5 hours testing and trying to make it right and charged a fair fee. We would strongly recommend Ben and the company but realize we probably should have purchased another style of washer dryer.
