    Our water heater kicked the bucket and flooded our basement on Saturday. Called Carpinet same day and they said they would be out first thing Monday morning. Arrived at 7:30am and were done by 8:45am. Could not be happier with their service and professionalism. I HIGHLY recommend.

    My furnace stopped working and, I was without heat on a snowy 20degree Friday. I called 2 places first thing in the morning and waited most of the day for just a return phone call. I called Carpinet and within 1 hour they had arrived and had it up and running for me. Also offered some advice on preventing further problems. He was very polite and professional. Will definitely use them anytime I have any plumbing needs from now on.

    I love this company. They are always friendly and responsive when I call for services. They schedule me as soon as possible and the employees are very good. I call them every year to clean and inspect my gas furnace. They have also replaced a gas water heater, split my system and added electronic flow control valves and digital thermostats. Quality work and very nice people. I will always recommend them, and always call for my heating and plumping needs.

    Our AC decided to break on a Sunday night. Bright and early Monday morning, we spoke to the owner. He was so helpful and wanted our problem fixed ASAP. Within the hour, Dave was here and figured out the problem immediately. He is so friendly and so knowledgeable on the subject. He was able to fix what we thought couldn’t be fixed! I would highly recommend Carpinet Plumbing/Heat. They’re very professional, prompt and friendly!

    Carpinet was outstanding with helping me when my heat went out. They opened at 7am, explained that while they had a few customers ahead of me, they would get to me in a timely fashion, and were at my house within the next hour or so. Everything was fixed and my heat was restored. I cant thank them enough for their help and for such a hassle free experience. I hope I dont have to, but would absolutely use them again!

    I called this company yesterday to set up an appointment because I didn’t have any heat coming from one of the zones in my house. They were able to schedule me the next day and gave me a 3 hour time frame of 7:30-10:30 but he got here right on the dot of 7:30. Our person was very knowledgeable and listened to our issue, quickly diagnosed it and replaced the bad circulator, bled the lines of air, and replaced the ancient thermostat within 2 hours.I’m really happy that I chose to go with them and have have no doubt that I’ll be calling them if an issue arises in the future.     Recently moved in -- needed someone to come and do annual maintenance and inspection on our furnace. Was able to get someone out within a day. A part that needed replacing was ordered and installed the next day. Alex was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful! We will have them back in spring to service the central air.

    Dave was very personable and got me heat working until he could replace the needed part. Carpinet Plumbing came promptly and when the part came, he installed it. He said if I had any issues to call and he would be back. Needless to say, I didnt need to call, because it was fixed fast and the first time. Thank you, Dave. My husband has been in the hospital for over a month and I was very distraught hoping that I had made a good decision in calling Carpinet. I did and Im glad.

    They are fantastic. called around 5:45pm. within minutes a crew was there and figured out the problem. my furnace would not kick on and it was 37 degrees in the house. the two gentlemen were very respectful and got right to work. very professional. cant thank them enough. would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone

    My furnace broke down on Saturday morning. I called several plumbers advertising 24 hour emergency service. All I got was voicemails. I called Carpinet and they had a plumber at my door within the hour. He was friendly and had my furnace up and running in less than an hour. He pointed out several things I needed done and some things I was doing wrong. Im going to give them my future plumbing business. AA++.

    This is the second time we have used Carpinet Plumbing. We had a water heater pipe burst in the middle of the night and they were there at sun up that morning. They were in and out so fast I dont even think I knew they were there. Even the girls in the office were friendly and understanding. We wouldnt hesitate to call them again.

    The young lady who answered the phone was polite and courteous. She asked questions about the problem I was having with my furnace and relayed the info to Dave the technician who came right out within an hour of calling. He didnt fool around or waste any time got right to the problem which was a check valve in and out in under an hour. I cant praise the whole company enough.
