We have been long time customers of Hole In One Plumbing, so when we discovered that we had a sewer back up on New Years Eve, we did not ask, nor expect service the same day. But that’s exactly what they did. And they came back New Years Day to complete the job. We appreciate the excellent work that is always performed by Hole In One and their dedication to customers. We reached out to Hole in One Plumbing to help our clients who were listing their home for sale. Oscar with Hole in One was very professional and managed the job like a champ! We have used several plumbing contractors for slab leak and sewer line replacements but Hole in One was by far the most up front, personable and professional plumbing company we have dealt with. Ashle in their back office staff was also incredible with follow up and customer service.

Had a gas leak in the pipes to my house and so had the gas shut off. They came and gave me a quote the same day and finished the job the next day including certification and turning the gas back on in one day. Quality work and TJ takes pride in the work he does. He was awesome.

Hole in One came highly recommended by neighbors and family, and I can see why! They offered the best value for replacing our cast iron sewer line, and also did another pipe repair flawlessly. Clint and his partner were incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and trustworthy! They truly care about doing a great job, and they even scheduled another plumber to come and unblock the city line at no charge to us after they noticed some backup happening. We were also impressed with the digging crew - we thought we were going to have to do major landscaping to repair where they dug, but they were great at preserving our grass and putting everything back like they were never there. I got my cast iron sewer pipes replaced with PVC. So far, Im very happy with the work that they did. We started out with a miscommunication, and after talking back and forth, the company actually changed what they had previously done and worked with me to get exactly what I wanted. Im so happy to work with such a professional company!The work even took less time than they had quoted. Im a very happy customer.

Hole In One Plumbing found two leaks in my sewer line and had to dig a tunnel under my house to access them. There was a LOT of dirt that had to be removed and temporarily stored in my yard. This was particularly difficult for them because they had to move the dirt through a landscaped garden area that had pavers. Although I expected at least some damage to my plants (it simply isn’t reasonable to expect NO damage), not a single plant was damaged. After the repairs were completed and the yard cleaned up, there was not a visible trace that they had even been there. Perfect execution of a clean-up!However, the next day I found a small issue with the compaction of the soil under the house (story for another day on how I discovered this). I called Hole In One and described my concern, but they tried to assure me that what I was questioning was unavoidable, was normal, and wouldn’t be a problem. I asked for an opportunity to show someone what I was concerned with and got no resistance from them at all. A rep came back to my house and when I answered the door, I was surprised to see an entire work crew standing there ready to get to work in case I was right. I showed the crew chief my concern and he agreed with me. The crew got right to work to and fixed the issue in a few short hours. The cleanup, as before, was impeccable. To top it off, this work was done on a cold drizzly day. I offered to let them come back on a nicer day, but the crew chief was nice and said they do this all the time, sometimes in worse weather that that day.Any average person or company can do good work, and we all make the occasional mistake. However, it takes an EXCELLENT company to own that mistake and happily make it right. Thank you to the management and excellent work crews at Hole in One. I hope I never need to call a plumber, but if I do, you’ll be the ones I call first.

Had to have all the drain piping under the house repaired. This required a tunnel to be dug under the house from front to back to access the piping, two days digging the tunnel, two days replacing piping, and two days filling in the tunnel. Hole in One got the job done on time inspite of rain every day. When they were finished everything was clean. After the toilets were reseated, the floors were clean too.

Hole in One was the post inspection team for foundation repair. A leak was found and, due to Oscars great knowledge, professionalism and willingness to explain every detail of what was needed, we hired them for the repair. Max and Ryan did the repairs and went well above expectations on all aspects of the job. The entire crew was tremendous to work with from the customer service to clean up crew. The work completely was high quality and completed in a timely manner and all steps were explained as they proceeded. A great value and fair price. I would highly recommend Hole in One plumbing and, if needs arise, I certainly will be calling them first.

Hole in One fixed an issue in 2 hours that other plumbers said required tunneling (this didnt even make sense) or a hole in the tile and floor (actually made sense if thats where the leak was there). Hole in one found the leak the others didnt and it was accessible through drywall!

Thank you TJ @ Hole In One Plumbing for coming to our rescue. Our fresh water main line had started to leak and we had to cut off our water late in the day. TJ arrived within the hour and quick (and thoroughly) fixed our issue. Keep in mind, that his day had already ended, and he had to drive an hour to get to our home. TJ is extremely knowledgeable and cares about his customers. Highly recommend.

Received multiple quotes to replace my outdoor intake line. Hole In One Plumbing had not only a high reputation, but the best fixed fee quote. The service itself was simply amazing. The work was done in a single day with minimal water interruption. The crew was polite and very respectful of the lawn and flowerbed. In fact, I can barely even tell they dug up a 9+ foot trench. I highly recommend their work.

When I called Hole In One Plumbing last month to schedule someone to come out to repair our sewer lines, there was a long queue--and I realized it was for good reason. The estimate they gave us for the job was less than half of what I was quoted from another company (this company came out the same day I called and gave what I thought was a ridiculously high estimate). The final cost was the same as what we were originally quoted, even though they ended up doing a LOT more work than what was outlined in the quote (our house is really old). They really go above and beyond to make sure the job is completed successfully, and with extremely fair pricing as well. From the minute they pick up the phone to when the job is done, they truly make sure youre taken care of. Thank you for your professionalism and fairness.

After the Great Freezing of 2021, our plumbing developed a weird slow leak on a hot water line. (It had a way worse leak and flood before that, but that is another story.)Before we used Hole in One Plumbing, we hired a different company, which shall remain nameless. That fellow said that the reason we had a leak was because of an unused water filtration unit under the kitchen sink. After charging us $150, he left, and the weird, slow, leak continued. The water dribbling out into the garage was so hot, that on the drywall in front of the leak, we started to have black mold or mildew growing!We hired Hole In One, and the plumber they sent correctly diagnosed the problem. They gave a reasonable estimate for the repair. He also suggested we think about the water heater at the same time, as ours was at or past the normal life expectancy, having been installed in the early 2000s. We had them come to the repair work, and the install, as well as put a recirculator pump in on the hotwater so we wouldnt have to wait four minutes for the water to get hot in the master bathroom shower. They came and did the work, cleaned up appropriately. There was a slight problem with the recirculator pump, and the dishwasher a tad imbalanced. We notifed them, and within a day or so, Eric was back out and fixed the minor issue quickly. (I probably could have fixed it myself if I hadnt gone to college to be an English Major!)Anyway, its really satisfying to encounter a company that is professional.

I had two plumbers before them come out to try to find a leak, and they couldnt and hole in one came and found the leak, I highly recommend this company to anyone.

I definitely have a new go to plumbing company now. They came out after another company was unable to find the leak that was ruining our floors. They ran multiple tests and were determined to find the cause while the prior company suggested it might be a sewer leak they couldnt detect and left. After a few hours they found the leak in one of our walls. They gave me a very fair quote and got into the wall to do the repairs. After they were in there they found several more joints as part of the water softner tie-in they said didnt look great and went ahead and replaced those as well. The team that came out, Clint and Ty, were great, explained everything really well, and were very personable. I would recommend them to anyone with a leak.

I just bought a house, and I called Hole in one plumbing to fix what the previous owner wouldnt. They met me at Home Depot to get my order, which was new toilets. They installed the toilets and garage dispenser. As well as drain the pipes. They went above and beyond and gave me a fair price. I will always go to Hole in one for my plumbing needs. This is a well-established, reputable, and trusted company. The hydrostatic test was professionally performed using better equipment to determine leeks. They did excellent work with replacing our entire cast iron pipes for our sewage system/line that had a leek and rerouted our kitchen line. The price ranges are better than others comparable. As a client I will keep this company on my resource list to use and recommend to friends and family. I called my AHS 1st they came out twice unprepared to do any work no equipment the first time, rescheduled came back next day said I had a main line busted, not true he needed a camera to use that he didnt have with him. AHS doesnt cover it. This is where I called Hole in one Plumbing they came right out got me back up and running. Megan was very pleasant and understanding to my needs of being without 👍👍thumbs up well pleased Richard was very nice and explaining to me what I was up against. Thanks

They did good work, but was frustrated when they left dirt in random places in my yard. After fixing a broken pipe on the side of our house they asked if they could put some dirt around our foundation. I said yes, but after they left I noticed they put dirt in a lot of other places too.They put dirt in my front yard, nowhere near the house killing grass. They also put dirt in my neighbors yard for some reason. I called about it but never got a call back. Took me an hour to remove all the dirt and now I have a giant spot in my yard with dead grass.

These guys were great! The owner came out and inspected the sewer with a scope. He was nice enough to let me watch while he did it because I was curious. He found the problem while I was there, so I know he wasnt trying to sell me on a service. He let me know how much it would cost to repair and didnt even charge me for coming out! Pretty honest if you ask me. I researched other companies and he seemed to be the best, so I hired them. Clint came out and was very professional and showed me everything he was doing. Really honest people and I would recommend these guys to anyone. They did a fantastic job all the way around!

If I could give more stars I would. My old pier and beam house in Dallas has one bathroom and one shower. One night the toilet backed up into the shower and it was chaos because I have a wife and twin daughters who were without a bathroom. I tried for 3 days to fix on my own renting equipment from Home Depot. Finally I broke down and called a professional before world war 3 broke out at home. Ashley who answered my call was super sweet and very knowledgeable. She listened to me rant about the situation and had someone scheduled to come within a few hours. The technician showed up right on time with a smile and very friendly attitude. I apologize I forgot his name, but he was great. He accessed the problem and had it fixed in a couple hours. Apparently those old cast iron pipes are a nightmare, but he got it done. My 3 ladies are super happy now, but not as happy as I am. I expected to pay a fortune, but this company didn’t kill me on price just because they knew I was desperate to get it fixed. Very transparent and honest company. Even the technician kept mentioning what an amazing work environment they have and how the owner of the company takes care of his employees and customers. I can’t say enough about how impressed I am with this company. He even took the trash he pulled from drain with him in a bag and cleaned up the bathroom. I literally had to make him leave and tell him I would clean because he had worked hard enough. I will use this company from now on and recommend to any friends or family.
