    We can’t express enough positive comments about Aubrey Plumbing! We were beyond stressed when we realized there was a blockage in our plumbing system. A call to Aubrey brought a genuine sense of calm. Beginning with the office staff, everyone was understanding and kind. Tyler assessed the situation for us with the assurance that all would be well. The work crew, Lucas and Grant, were exceptional! They were professional, yet personal. We appreciated their knowledge and skill as they worked, not only to relieve the blockage, but to correct and upgrade an outdated system.     Dylan from Aubrey Plumbing fixed several items for us today - he drained and flushed our tankless hot water system, installed a new bathroom sink faucet, and installed a new flush valve on one of our toilets. He also was kind enough to help us locate our main water shut off valve before he left, since we moved into this house fairly recently and didnt know where it was. Dylan was a pleasure to work with - he was very professional and had a great demeanor, and my first experience and initial impression of Aubrey Plumbing and their operation(s) is very favorable.     Having two 12 year old gas water heaters in the attic was not something I wanted to have breakdown in the middle of winter.I decided to be proactive and have Aubrey Plumbing come and take care of us. First they sent us text messages with pictures of the persons coming and a little of their background.2) They came on time.Very courteous. 3) Did all the work within the same day. 4) Scheduled the city inspection for us.They not only installed the water heaters meeting all of Frisco’s updated code regulations but got a compliment from the city inspector on how well the job was done.By the way, my wife had just vacuumed the stair carpet so she was very glad they used shoe covers for their shoes.We’ve had Aubrey Plumbing help us with our plumbing needs for many years.-Carlos

They even spent extra time trying to figure out why my pipes were making noises at no extra charge and the pricing was all up front.     Well I was fortunate enough to meet the infamous James, whose name is mentioned in many of Aubreys Plumbing reviews, and he did not disappoint. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and worked diligently to diagnosis my plumbing issue. He gave me multiple options to fix my plumbing issue, and explained the work in lingo I could comprehend. I also met Florida Man, 😂what a hoot, and excellent assistant to James! Kathy or Katherine, who schedules the appointments communicated with me throughout the process. The team overall answered every question and concern that I had.     Aubrey Plumbing is great! They came in and detected the hot water pipe leak under the foundation. Instead of breaking up the floor in the master bedroom, they were able to route the new line in the attic and take care of our problem within 2 days.     January 2023I live in Greenway Crest and I have been here for over 25 years. During that time I have used many plumbing companies all with the same well get to you when we can attitude and prices rivaling a Mercedes dealership car repair. I decided to try a smaller company and called Aubrey Plumbing, and I am glad I did. They provided quick responses and texts letting me know when a plumber was arriving, and James, our plumber, was very professional and took great pride in the quality of his work. He removed and installed a new tankless water heater in record time, and replaced outdoor piping for a gas leak. Worried, based on their pressure test, that I might still have a small gas leak in the house the owner/manager came late one night to check it out since James had a personal emergency. You dont get that with the larger companies. They found the small leak and repaired it. My experience with Aubrey Plumbing was amazing, and I recommend that you give them a try.Jim A.

    Aubrey plumbing has worked on two plumbing projects at my house. In both cases they arrived when they said they would (the owner called me the morning of the appointment to verify the appointment and to specify when they would arrive), they did the job, and the keep the area relatively clean.I would use Aubrey Plumbing again.     I called first thing in the morning and explained my situation. I had a water line leaking and it had been for days. The appliance that used the water line was expected to be returned and installed within days. It was not. Aubrey took pity on me and came within the hour and replaced the valve and saved my sanity and my water bill. I cannot recommend them highly enough. A truly great business.

    Excellent Service. Great prices. Incredible competency. Ive used Aubrey several times now and Anthony and his crew are my go to guys for plumbing repair. They are incredibly professional, good to their word, and do a fantastic job. During one job I was literally invited down UNDER my house to inspect the newly installed plumbing. Last time they dealt with a root penetration in the main line in record time, cleared and repaired the problem, and even checked for other problems. Dont call those rooter guys. Call Aubrey Plumbing when you need serious repairs.

    We first had Aubrey Plumbing in 2009 when a pipe burst under our house. Anthony did such an excellent job that weve had him do all of our plumbing work ever since. During one repair he recommended we call the city first to see if the problem was on their side rather than our paying him to find the blockage, which turned out to be the case, and the City of Dallas Water Utilities came and fixed it at no charge to us. Was efficient and effective treated my home as if it was his own. Able to handle payment in the field, and reverted with digital invoice and all photos and data I need for a claim.     These guys are awesome. Anthony assisted us in a home inspection and found an issue that the sellers plumber could not find. He had to show the sellers plumber what was wrong. Not only did they come out to fix the blockage in our sewage line from roots in the same day, but they were here earlier than promised and finished the work in short order.     Ive always enjoyed working with Aubrey plumbing. Service has always been honest and excellent. I first heard about Tony because they did a previous sewer repair on my house before I purchased the house. When I was having other plumbing issues, when I first moved in, we found them to be extremely honest and ethical, convincing me I found my plumbing team.As I was beginning to redo my bathroom, my contractor noticed some issues he thought were caused by a sewage leak. Sure enough, when the team came out, our old cast iron was cracked. The team came out quickly and got it repaired, so we can move on to our bathroom next. We had a few other issues around the house, including needing a new water heater, that were promptly corrected.Thank you guys for the excellent and honest work you guys do. It was helpful to be in constant communication so that we understood what was going on.     We remodeled our 1950s pier and beam home a little while back and hired Aubrey plumbing to help bring it up to code and make it the perfect place for us to start our family. They did fantastic work on numerous projects including resetting a toilet, installing sediment traps on our water heater and furnace, running drains to the exterior of the house, replacing old rotted cast iron drain lines, and installing 3 new water lines for a washer, fridge, and pot filler. We were very impressed with every step of the process. They were timely in getting us an estimate and completing the project once we gave the ok. Tony and his team do great work.     We had a drainage issue the previous day. James came out within the hour of me calling. Everything was working properly (of course). He said the blockage may have worked itself out. Their estimates are free! So we had him give an estimate to change the laundry box, it was fair so we had him do the work. Everything was done on same visit! James is professional and fast, everything was done within 2 hours from the time I called the office! I absolutely recommend them to any yall that need a plumber.

    We haved hired Aubrey plumbing for 2 occasions. Both times he was great. Last Saturday, we found our water heatwr was leaking and water flooded in our garage.     My name is John Freel and I had an issue with my toilets not flushing. and in the past, it was usually at the main sewer line or the vent on top of my roof that would have tree roots growing in them. I had called Rescue Rooter, who I used in the past, but due to the Economy being so bad, that alot of companies are rooking people for all they can get. Rescue Rooter came out and did not do what I had asked and then put me off several times, then didn’t even access my issue with the roof vent. My wife who is a realtor, uses Aubrey for home inspections so we called them out! The two technicians they sent out were James Weisdorfer and Alex Sabillion. Being a little gun shy, I asked James what he could do and what it would be to fix the problem and he was super professional and politely told me two ways he could get the job done and even showed me the prices on his tablet which is a blessing compared quotes most companies just tell you verbally and expect you to go with it. His first way to save me time and money was to go through my toilet to clear out the clog. It worked and he saved me a lot of money this way!! This is righteous! In all my 50 years of dealing with plumbing issues , these guys are the best!!! My wife loves them and I am so glad we found Aubrey LLC.

They saved me a ton of money and headache by being honest and that is why I’m recommending these guys and giving a good review.I had Tyler come out for a pressure test before foundation work and he was professional gave me alot of good information.After the my foundation work was performed, the foundation company paid for a different plumber and sent them out. This other other plumber said the drain under the foundation was leaking and gave me quotes for work and would not directly answer questions. He did not seem to want to answer questions and wanted to just give me quotes for work.I sent that joker away and called Aubrey Plumbing to come out and recheck my plumbing after the foundation work. Anthony came out and rechecked the plumbing and we proved it was not leaking.
