    Brandon Pierce at Harvey West plumbing was a real professional and good at his craft. He didn’t believe me when I said that my kitchen faucet was a real pain to take off. Well, he found out real quick after 45 minutes and 3 power tools later hahaha! I recommend this business to everyone!!

    The service was pricey but overall Im satisfied. I had Stephen as my plumber to fix a low water pressure faucet. Turns out there was sediment lodged along one of the parts in the water line. My plumber was a great guy; super professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and fast. Dispatcher was also great, she was able to have the technician come out within a few hours. Thank you!!

    Every repair person who has come to our house has been wonderful. Yesterday, Leo fixed my toilet and was friendly, taught me some new ‘tricks’, and was very thoughtful about keeping the water from flowing onto my floor. I will definitely keep using Harvey West Plumbing! Great company!!!

    I am sorry that others had bad experiences but I have had several jobs done by this company and they have been excellent. Work is done well, options are fully explained and prices are competitive. I have had them replace two outside faucets and repair a leaking main line in the front yard over the past four years.UPDATE 5-13-2020Just had another job done by Harvey West Plumbing. Quick response, cost explained in advance, work done effectively and efficiently. Had leaking pipe connections under a bathroom vanity sink. Larry Fulton replaced a joint and switched out some old PVC pipe for flexible plastic hose to improve the flow. The total cost was quite reasonable.

    Harvey/West Plumbing is the greatest. We had major failure of our toilet system and they came right away and took care of the problem in short order. The Plumbers were very polite, kind and courteous. Mindful of the home floors (protecting their feet with booties). The price was high, but reasonable for the amount of work performed. We would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing repair done. The work was very good.

    The technician arrived on time. Leo was professional and courteous. I showed him what I needed to be replaced, burst pipe outside and new shutoff valve under kitchen sink.     Plumbers (2) arrived at my house within 2 hours of me calling. They were thorough and replaced by leaky expansion tank quickly, and at a great price. Had I waited another day, this tank located in the attic, could have cost me thousands in repair bills. Great job!!

    Im very satisfied with Harvey West Plumbing! Even though it was so close to Christmas Day, they accommodated and fixed my leaks in my bathroom and properly replaced the shutoff valve to toilet.     Excellent plumbing service! They fixed a tight plumbing break connecting to the water meter and sprinkler pipes ...too many pipes in a small area. Other plumbers failed to fix properly or either quoted me 3 times the cost. West plumbing did the job well and 8 months later, not a single drop off water. Excellent work and highly recommend!

    I have used Harvey West Plumbing quite a few times over the last three years and they have always been very friendly, polite, punctual, on time and a great group to work with! I recently had Leo and Ray from Harvey West come out as I had a water leak in my living room. They checked to see if there was a plumbing leak and told me I dont but they gave me suggestions as to where the water might be coming from. Ive always had a great experience using this company and I highly recommend them!

    Our outside faucet broke and was gushing water. We called Harvey West Plumbing and they arrived in less than 10 minutes. The plumber was very professional and personable.     The job was done and professionally. My water heater was still under warranty ( 6 years on most )and they marked on the outside of the heater the expiration date, yea. It did cost more than I expected but he was here for a good couple of hours. All the worked was done in the HOT ( July 100 degrees )attic, didnt come down and complain. I will call them again if need be.

    Harvey West Plumbing did a great deal of work for me. Install garbage disposal with all new under sink plumbing. New water heater with overflow protection. Two new toilet flanges. All new bathroom wall fixtures. New shutoff valve for the outside. They did an awesome job for a good price.

    They were able to provide me a quote over the phone and did not change it after getting onsite (your experience may differ if they discover extra work needs to be done that wasn’t mentioned during the call). There quote was reasonable and much less then others that quoted me. Quality work was done and they even hauled away the old unit so I did not have to deal with it. I will continue doing business with them.

    We were worried about a possible slab leak, and the plumbers from Harvey West were able to locate the leaking pipe section and repair in way that saved us over $1,000. It was nice feeling like they only wanted to correct the problem and not just focusing on how they could make the most money. Even better is that once they were onsite, they did not leave until they are corrected the problem.

    While Harvey West Plumbing isnt the least expensive plumber in the area, they were the ones that could do the work on the day I requested. The team members that visited my house were professional, knowledgeable, and quickly identified and resolved the issue. While they were not able to put in a permanent fix, they did put a temporary fix in place and they outlined the next steps that needed to be taken. Would hire again.

    Awesome company! Ownership stands by their work and units. They performed two full air conditioner installs for us in Houston and had to come back for some adjustments. No questions asked and the owner accompanied his crew. One of the best companies we have ever dealt with!! We just wish they were in Houston with us!

    I had 2 groups come out. One was a Refrigerator Repair and the other was a different Plumber. Each said it was the others problem. I sent them packing.THEN, I remembered I had Harvey West Plumbings Advertising Magnet on my Refrigerator. I had forgotten they were the ones who helped me before, some time ago. So I gave them a call. The repairman came out pretty quickly and it was a pipe in the wall to the refrigerator. He fixed it in record time. Ill never forget that Harvey West Plumbing knew what to do with no wasted time.

    Did a very nice job! Coordinated the removal, repair and replacement of under-mounted kitchen Sink. The sink had come loose from the Granite kitchen island and had to be re-braced and glued back in place. A complicated task requiring a plumber and a granite specialist. Harvey West coordinated with the granite specialist and got it done on time and on budget estimate. Little pricey but , but did a first class job! I am very pleased! Jim M.

    Stephen came out because we had a clog in our main sewer line. He ran his snake and we thought he had fixed the problem but it reoccurred in 4 days. We called back and they said he would be there the same day between 2-4. Stephen showed up and was friendly but genuinely upset that he didnt fix the problem the first time. He noticed a piece of metal in my main cleanout and gave me the option of digging it out or possibly pulling it out with his snake. He said I can save you money if I try to pull it out (the bill would have gone up $900 if they were to dig it out). I said lets give it a try, Stephen pulled it out on the first try, saving me $900 when he could have just come back another day and made more money! Its hard to fine someone who takes pride in their work like this man, and genuinely cares about the customer! I will be calling Harvey West with any more plumbing issues and asking for Stephen, well done sir!
