    The entire Blue star Team really helped us out in a pinch when our last water heater died during the deep freeze last week. Although Blue Star was swamped with emergencies, they were able to fit us into their schedule within 2 days. Shout out to Alan and Sky who did an amazing job replacing our 2 electric tank water heaters with 1 tankless propane unit. They already had everything needed in stock and the install was flawless with no hiccups. They even ran new vents to the roof. We are so pleased with our new energy efficient setup. Although tankless is more expensive to install (+$2k in our case), they last 2-3x longer, save a ton of money, and free up lots of space.In addition, they offered financing through Green Sky at 0% for 12 months with the automatic transition to a 9.99% over 104 months if needed. That’s going to make this really affordable for a lot of people in a jam.Super professional, Passed city inspection with flying colors, prompt, friendly, informative, affordable. We wouldn’t hesitate to do it again. Excellent work Blue Star! We’ll be calling you for our future plumbing needs.

    Blue Star Plumbing is the BEST, hands down. Were in the process of selling our home and a sewer leak came up on inspection. BSP came and did their own assessment and gave us multiple options to address the issue (something Baker Brothers didnt do and would have charged an arm and a leg for their one option). The Manager, Allen, is incredibly kind and responsive and walked us through all the various steps of the project. We felt like we were looped in at all the right times and they answered any question we had in a moments notice. Tyler, the technician, was the nicest person to work with. He walked us through the issues in a very respectful way, gave his opinion when we asked, and came back to visit the property multiple times throughout the entire process. Something even as small as cutting a clean hole in the drywall (again, something BB didnt do the one time I used them) made it so much easier when I went back to replace and patch the drywall on my own. Its the little things. Thank you, BSP! We really appreciate you!

    We had an excellent experience using Blue Star for an emergency job yesterday evening. Ayaz came out to check our wastewater line as we were getting water backing up into our master bathroom and began seeing the same signs in our other bathroom. Ayaz was prompt and professional in locating the blockage from our cleanout and walked me through everything he was doing as he scoped it. He was able to remove the blockage quickly which fully resolved our issues and was also nice enough to turn the water back on into the house (we had it shut it off prior to be safe). Id recommend Blue Star to anyone with any sort of emergency.

    We called at 9:00 am with a leaking bathtub/shower faucet. Jacob came at 11:40 am, fixed the problem and left by 12:30 pm. I feared we would need to replace the valve assembly and remove tile but he had a replacement valve cartridge in his truck. I can’t say say enough good things about his professionalism and courtesy.

    Blue Star Plumbing is competent, responsive, and reliable. Service technician Jay Marin replaced 2 exterior spigots connected behind the wall that had been freeze damaged last winter but the problem was not apparent until yesterday. My call for service was fulfilled this morning. Jay made minimal openings in the wall and took extra measures to minimize future issues. He also made sure no debris remained when his work was completed. Overall, this was a highly positive experience.

    Mr. Diaz came to fix a valve that was ~ 20 years old. This is the second time that they have been out for separate issues and both times they were upfront about the costs, gave me ways to cut down costs (sink upgrades), showed me the problem, warned me of possible damages to the old valves and the old piping before messing with it, and were incredibly fast. They were in and out in ~30 minutes from start to finish. 10/10 they are amazing for fixes and upgrades.

    Nathan installed a new sink and faucet and updated the shut off valves under the sink. He was prompt, professional and very friendly. The work was top notch and the install looks amazing.. Although the price was high, I felt the work was worth it and we have a two year guarantee. It was a very old sink and I knew the job would be hard. I would definitely use them again. We originally used Blue Star through our warranty company and were so satisfied, we held on to their information for jobs that arent covered by our homeowners warranty. Nathan even called on the way to ask if I needed a coffee or anything else . That was a first! They are a top notch company and we would definitely call them again!

    I’ve had these guys out twice now, once to repair a slab leak and the next time to repair a leak in my vent stack. They have been friendly, knowledgeable, and fair every time.     Louis came to our rescue to quickly repair a leak under the kitchen sink after hours. As amazing as that was, the best part came when Alan Seiter responded when we discovered that the technician forgot to check if we have a circulating pump. Alan scheduled us the same day I called to check out the problem. He led the team to thoroughly inspect and even dissected the pump. He wanted to see if the installation of a check valve in the line would solve the problem. He returned to install the valve with no improvement and then installed a brand new circulating pump. That solved the problem. I was not charged for either of his calls and am completely satisfied with the service I received. This company and Alan stand behind their work 100%. I highly recommend Blue Star Plumbing.

    Poor Ski it was such a miserable day but he did a wonderful job fixing my broken pipe. In addition he got here relatively fast considering all the pipes that were broken around town and I was able to get water restored just in time for my company who came in for the weekend.     Awesome customer service from the first phone call to the office they were informative and very helpful with scheduling. Are technician jay called and arrived earlier then scheduled, I did not have a 6 hour window waiting for them to show up. Jay went to work immediately keeping me informed of all work being done to find the slab leak. After the leak was detected with minimum dry wall cutting to pressure check lines(this was important to us as home owners everything was professionally done so repair was minimal to drywall). Jay explained are options of how to repair the line he suggested running a new line through the attic or capping off the line because it was a out side line we did not use. After discussing price differences we chose to cap the line off at this time. At this time Allen arrived I believe he was Jays manager to give a hand and speed up repairs. They replaced 4 shut off valves under the sinks that were old and in need of repair while here saving me future trouble.I was quoted $10.000 by another company that wanted to tunnel under the garage not knowing where the leak was. blue star saved me so much time and money I could not thank them enough. Jay also told me if water bill went up from leak i can call water company and show where work was done maybe helping out with bill...again helping me save. Jay, Allen, and the office were awesome if you have a Plumbing issue please call them first, save yourself time and money.

    I can’t speak highly enough about Blue Star! I called on Tuesday when I discovered there was no hot water coming out of my faucet. Stephanie advised me to turn off the water at the main and wait until the temps warmed up before turning back on. She called me back the next day to check in and I told her I was waiting until it was a bit warmer to turn the water on but would call if I had problems. When I did turn the water back on, I heard dripping coming from the attic, so called Stephanie and she was able to get Kevin out within two hours. Kevin did a thorough check, gave me advice for the next cold freeze, and was overall extremely helpful. Blue Star will definitely be my plumbers going forward!!

Ayaz diagnosed the gas leak properly and guided me regarding sheet rock removal and gas pipe replacement options every step of the way. After I agreed to the quoted amount he completed the needed work. Josh was polite, professional, and friendly. After he completed the work and I made payment, he asked if the guys that dropped off my new washing machine were coming back, when I told him they were not, he promptly asked if I would like his help to place and hook up the washer.     Kevin was amazing! It truly takes an Exceptionally Great experience for me to write a review. I can not say enough about Kevin - by FAR the best plumbing experience I have ever had! He raved about his company and how blessed he is to work there.     Josh came out and initially helped us out and then Mathew came and helped installed our unit.These guys along with the people who came with them (I’m sorry I forget their name) were reliable, confident in their expertise, friendly and communicated at the right level and I never felt pressured to purchase anything unnecessary.They installed the unit promptly and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend them over some of these other companies who come out who force you into a bunch of charges.

    Matthew and Landan came out late Friday night because we had our main drain line overflowing into our front yard. They cleared the line and Matthew told us the problem immediately. Matthew came back on Sunday to camera the line for us to make sure and gave us an answer to our problem! Professional, prompt, and felt zero pressure (no pun intended).     We had a leak in the bathroom faucet and Blue Star Plumbing sent a young man named Tyler to the house. Not only did he do a great great job but he was highly professional and courteous. I needed to order a part through Delta and he did all of the work for me. We have use Blue Star in the past and without exception, each time they came out the job was done correctly the first time. They are a great company and I highly recommend them!

    I would recommend this company. I have their membership so I will definitely be using them in future.I had a slab leak. They came in and fixed it nicely. They gave me three options- bypassing the water line to avoid digging through the slab - 4700$ , breaking the slab and digging through tiles - 5300$ , tunneling from outside - 5700$.They have 15% discount on all prices when you buy their membership.First option was recommended so I went with that. The sheet rock dry wall repair is not done by them. It adds another 1000$ to the total cost.They vacuumed and cleaned the place after job was done. They did not bring plastic covering sheet so if you can buy that plastic sheet to cover your carpet and bed while sheet rock is being cut : it would be useful.

    We had Baker Brothers come out first where they only spent 5 minutes giving us an outrageous quote. Dane spent the first day in our attack doing a thorough inspection and gave us a detail explanation on what was wrong. The day they installed our water heater they were quick and did a great job! Highly impressed with their professionalism and work. I am so happy with their services and would recommend Dane to anyone!!!

    They were able to install today. Others said next week. Called 7:30, Cody arrived at 8:30, gave estimate and got to work.     Pit a claim in with my home warranty company. Got a call the Monday after the weekend from blue star plumbing and they showed up at my house about 30 minutes later. The tech Tyler was very polite and appeared to enjoy what he was doing. He explained the problem and had it fixed in about 30 minutes. Companies we have used before for warranty work were a huge headache and took a couple of weeks to complete the jobs. These guys already had the part on their truck and ready. From the rep from blue star calling to the tech that came out and the installation was a great experience. I highly recommend blue star for anyone with plumbing issues. I was in a bind because another plumber did not show and my garbage disposal was not functioning properly causing water to back up in my sink. I called and spoke with the most kind hearted lady named Jenny(sp). In addition to her kindnes she knows her stuff. She was very knowledgeable in explaining what my issue was and how it was going to get resolved. She was patient and emphathetic to my situation. Its also worth notating I called on a Saturday morning and within 3 hours my service technician Matthew was at my home repairing my disposal unit.     I am very impressed with Blue Star Plumbing, LLC and Kevin and Zach. I called this morning with an issue, they were able to fit me in this afternoon. Not only did they arrive within the window, but they called ahead of time to give a 20 minute heads up. When Kevin and Zach arrived they quickly got to the bottom of the problems, explained the job that needed to be done and the costs associated, fixed the problem, showed me what they did, and then explained how I could avoid the issue in the future.     Tyler is an awesome plumber. He takes the time to explain things to me and talks me through what he’s doingHe also explains cost vs benefit in a way that is very easy to understand.The past few times he’s been out to our church, he’s had different people with him, who I assume are apprentices or journeymen. I often overhear him explaining to them exactly what he is doing, why he’s doing it, why he’s not doing something else, and the benefits of what he’s doing.Overall, we’re very happy with Blue Star, and more specifically with Tyler.

    Blue Star Plumbing has been out to fix out water heater twice and they have given us excellent service each time. We came about their service from American Home Shield but after we used them the first time we requested them the second. They are very professional and we loved the fact that they send a text with the picture of the technician coming to your home so you know who to expect. Great service!
