We had what we thought was just a clogged toilet. We have used OS Dunigan before. I called this morning around 10 they actually came here before 130. Thank God they did .Jose me asked to flush the other toilet I did and the other one over flowed. They immediately knew the sewer was clogged. Jose and his helper opened it up and worked their magic! To whom ever owns OS Dunigan we are grateful for your workers. Ryan got us heat a few years back when we were getting a blizzard no one would come out but Dunigan did. Just as Ryan walked out the door the blizzard started he gave us heat though! Thank you O S Dunigan and all their competent employees including the ladies who answer the phone ! Dunigan Plumbing has been our plumber for years now. They have consistently provided us excellent service.I have called them numerous times and I have always been happy with the results. They are consistently on time, very neat and professional. Their office staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. Their prices have been competitive and they use quality parts and fixtures.I have recommended Dunigans to many associates and friends, without any issues. I would not hesitate to recommend them again.

I cannot compliment Dunigan & Co enough. I called to inquire about a leak in our kitchen ceiling expecting them to say they can come tomorrow, next week, etc. The receptionist said she would give me a call back and when she did it was to say they were on the way! Vinny arrived at the house and was done in about an hour! He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He was able to fix the issue quickly and hung around for a few to make sure it had stopped leaking. Plus, The cost was more than reasonable, especially for same day service! I will continue to use this company if we have any other issues and I would highly recommend them to anyone else!

Our CO2 alarm went off late on a January night which forced us to leave our house. It was identified that the boiler was causing the release and could not be repaired. O S Dunigan was able to get us a representative out to the house the next morning and our new boiler installed the following day. O S Dunigan gave us a quick response time beyond our expectations and, on top of that, provided great professional work of Ryan and his team. They have a great team, provide great service, and are there to help people get through emergency situations like the one we faced. I would recommend them to anyone looking for heating and plumbing services.

I got a chance to use OS Dunigan for the first time as I had an issue with a very old furnace. Jim had a tech to check it out in about 30 minutes time! Honest pricing. Luckily it turned out to be a minor fix this time. I highly recommend OS Dunigan. Great service, responsive, and fair.

We needed to have 2 sinks repiped to correct venting to existing 2 vent lines. Dunigan sent Ryan, who was OUTSTANDING! He cut into 2 cast iron vent and corrected drain for correct operation of vent line. He cleaned up after he was finished, and asked us to check everything to make sure it was what we wanted. Cant say enough about Ryan - thank you - everything works well now.

I cant say whether or not they are a good value because i have not compared plumbers in years. Compared to my old plumber, their prices seem very reasonable. They are very courteous on the phone and my service gentleman Vincent was professional, quick, thorough and extremely professional. They are now my go to plumbers.

I have had a stopped up kitchen sink off and on for years, and have called other plumbing businesses to try to resolve the problem. They would run their snake through the sink, temporarily unclog it, but months later the same problem arose. We werent pouring grease down the drain as they were suggesting. When I told them about the length of the kitchen line, they insisted their snake was long enough to hit any clog. When they then couldnt resolve the problem, they would leave without coming back to investigate further, or want tocharge me hundreds of dollars to come back because it was a chronic problem.Finally we called O S Dunigan. They ran through the same process as the others, but then when I showed them the basement and the crawlspace where the kitchen line ran, they were the only ones to get into the crawlspace, unscrew a cap that was on the pipe, and run their snake through there, completely clearing the clog out. I havent had a problem since. Highly recommended.

I have used this service many times when I had no heat. The technician have always been very knowledgeable and thorough. The service fee is decent and is applied to the cost of the job which is usually reasonable. I have never used them for a big project.

Just had a 12+ year shower drain issue taken care of in an hour. TJ was our plumber and he was a total pro. He explained what he was going to do and why, the pros and cons of the job and what the next step would be if what he was about to do fail. Well, he fixed the drain! Fast, clean, dependable, professional and affordable. No point in ever looking for another plumbing service, EVER.

After a no call no show from one plumber & no answer from another I reached out to OS Dunigan. The appoint meant was set for sometime after 8am the next day. At 8:10, I was called & told the plumber would be on his way. 10 minutes later he was there and about an hour later he was done. The fee was appropriate to the work and the plumber, “Vinny,” was extremely professional! I hope to never need their services again, but should I, OS Dunigan will be who I call!

After noticing a leak in my basement ceiling, I contacted a frequently advertised plumbing chain to come and take a look. After telling me that I had a major issue that would require a contractor and cost about $4,000, I reached out to O.S. for a second opinion. Jim emailed me late at night to tell me not to panic and said that he would take a look free of charge and let me know what I was dealing with. Within 2 minutes of his arrival, he figured out that the problem was a bolt in the toilet that needed to be replaced. Yesterday, Ryan came out and made the repair. Hes a great guy and did a fantastic job. He also pointed out a couple of things that I may want to watch out for in the future. The cost was under $200. Dunigan will always be my first call from now on.
