We had a electric tankless water heater combined with a whole house filter installed in our condo about 5 months ago. They always take pride in their work and want to do the job right. When a part was delayed they let me know and changed the install date accordingly. They helped me figure out what whole house filter would work and guided me away from a poor choice I almost made. When they first came I had not reserved the loading dock and they totally took it in stride and came back another day. John and his crew were extremely professional and got the job done in the expected time. A few months later we noticed the water was not as hot as we remembered. They came back and found a problem in the wiring that they admitted they just missed and fixed it right away. You rarely find such honest people today and I couldnt recommend them more!! They are fantastic!

We used 1st Stop Mechanical to replace a sewer line at a property we own. They met with me, gave us a fair price, and did the work quickly. My wife and I were impressed. We decided to consider them for our future needs.We called yesterday (during icing and snow) because our HW heater appeared to be leaking. John came out this morning and stated it was not the heater, but the humidifier. Once again 1st Stop provided prompt, accurate, and truthful service. We intend to pass this on to our friends. Excellent service and response. Our propane hot water heater finally gave up the ghost, and 1 Stop Mechanical gave us an immediate phone estimate for a replacement. A competitor of theirs had given us a significantly lower estimate, but when we investigated it the other company had low-balled it and immediately began adding “additional required work” that soon equalled 1 Stop’s original one. When we decided to go with 1 Stop, they were prompt and efficient at setting up a next-day installation. Josh was professional and helpful, explaining the warranties and recommended services. There was no attempt to upsell us, just provide us with good service. Within about 2 hours of arrival, we had a new water heater up and running, no mess, no complications, at exactly the price originally quoted. Highly recommend this company, and we will probably turn to them for our plumbing needs from now on. It is refreshing to deal with real pros, from office personnel to the technicians in the field.

One of the owners Jon has always gone above and beyond on his hospitality and explanation of services to be done. They guys working for him are always professional and quick. I highly recommend this company.

Ive never dealt with such a professional plumbing service before in my life. I called 1 Stop for a water heater replacement and they did a fantastic job. I called several different plumbers in Woodbridge before hiring 1 Stop Mechanical and they had the best price out of all of them. I would highly recommend Jon and the team at 1 Stop Mechanical for any of your plumbing related issues.

I had 2 root intrusions in the sewage pipe under my front lawn. Jon and his team assessed the situation to see if we could use the newer pipe liner solution, cleaned the roots out of the pipe for a good price (so I could use the house in the short term), and gave me a great price for the work as well! I will definitely be using them as my plumber from now on and also recommending them to my neighbors!

I called and spoke with Sam on the phone who had a plumber at my home within two hours. They were prompt, courteous, and efficient in their work! So on a Sunday night I had the main sewer line back up. Late that night I put in a service request and by 7:30am the next morning I got a call. By 8:15 the was a crew at my house to fix the problem. Price was campetative, time was fast, quality of job was very good, and the two men who came where professional and curtiouse. I would definitely recommend.

When I had to replace my collapsing “orangeburg sewer pipe in my front yard, I dreaded the cost, so I sent RFB’s to four of the most popular companies that do this. John, the main man at 1Stop Mechanical came right out to my house to size up the job and bid almost half of what the other companies were asking. On “Dig Day” they dug carefully with their backhoe and used shovels at critical points so they wouldn’t damage a nearby sidewalk nor my water line that crossed the right over my sewer line. They started at 8 AM and by 11 AM the new sewer pipe was in and connected. They really know their stuff. It took about an hour for the county inspector to come, and then they replaced the dirt, and spread seed and straw. All done in one day. They fixed what needed to be fixed and didn’t try to upsell me. Dawn, their scheduler is super responsive and understands customers’ needs. Even John’s competitors speak highly of him. “John’s good folks. He’ll take good care of you.”

1 stop is just what they say they are. I guarantee these guys will take care of you right the first time. I have had nothing but success when it came to dealing with this company. I replace my 50 year old sewer line in March of 2021. The line ran about 13 feet deep into the line of the main. This was no problem for these guys to me it seem this was going to be a big headache. They handled it with old school methods that made the job look seamless. I have no problems with any of the work they performed.

We just used 1 Stop Plumbing for our office in Arlington and the service was excellent! The plumber, Phil arrived less than an hour after my initial service request call. Phil also was able to fix the problem with our kitchen sink in less than an hour. I had previously called a few other plumbing services and 1 Stop had the best prices out of the bunch! I highly recommend.

They werent even at my house for 15 minutes when they diagnosed and fixed the problem. Plus, they had the part that was needed on their truck!
