NJ Pipe Dr was amazing. First Kevin Lopez was awesome coming out at 930pm and did everything he could to help fix the problem. He answered all our questions and was so nice and friendly. Unfortunately it wouldnt work so he got us an appointment the next day and Brian came out and was great. He cleared the clog quickly.

John and Storm arrived on time and were both very friendly and presented a professional appearance and subsequently an exceptional work ethic. They explained the process of cleaning the drain and went right to work cleaning my septic system. I believe Storm pulled out about 1 1/2 lbs. of roots, wipes and toilet paper. These guys are definitely not afraid to work!!

Andrew helped me with an emergency and did an excellent job! I called because of a small leak. Andrew identified that this was a larger issue behind the walls and connected me with a remediation company. Unfortunately the small leak caused a lot of damage but NJ Pipe doctor has been a great partner helping me get my home repaired step by step. Reading the other comments about price all plumbers are expensive but at least you are paying for quality. Andrew answered all questions and offered options. My experience with them has been fantastic. They have completed four jobs for me so far and I will definitely use them again.

One of the most professional and well-organized companies Ive ever dealt with. Starting from the extremely pleasant lady who answers their phones and schedules their appointments, to the guys that show up and wont leave until everything is working the way it needs to be. Kevin & Shawn were at my home from the early morning and not only did a great installation, but also took the time to explain how everything works. Pipe broke in my basement I called NJ Pipe Doctor and they sent a plumber out the same day within the time frame promised. His name was Charlie A. and he fixed the imediate active leak so that I could have running water in my home and was kind enough to return the very next morning to replace the other rusted pipes so that I didnt have to have deal with another pipe break. He arrived on time cleaned up the space and everything is in working order. I am very happy with the service received!

Absolutely amazing service. They worked with me and came down on the price to help me out.The 2 technicians that came out, Charlie and Eli, were extremely professional, friendly, and experienced. They explained the whole process of using the hydro jet and they included a complimentary camera service. The camera showed that the sewer pipes looked very clear and clean after they used the hydro jet. Would definitely use NJ Pipe Doctor again in the future.Highly recommend!

Eli saves the day! I purchased a range stove. However, the delivery person was not able to detach the old gas pipe as it was too tightly connected. Eli used his skill and tried several ways, and even went down to the basement to adjust the gas pipe. As I was afraid that wed be stuck with the old stove forever, Eli disconnected it!! He then spent extra time and patiently explained to me about the parts and how they are connected. He also made sure the gas valve has no leakage. I am thrilled that wed finally be able to get the new stove connected. Eli is courteous, professional and highly skilled! Thank you!

I have my water heater leaking last Friday. I sent online request for inspection visit . Within an hour I received call from NJ Pipe Doctor, they set up an inspection next day as per my request. Ryan came to inspect and provided me an estimate for water heater replacement and explained membership option. They replaced the water heater almost next day after I decided for it. Today, my water heater replaced by Eli and Kevin. Excellent job done by both of them. Specifically, Eli did wonderful work. They are very quick. I say they are experts. They knew what they are doing. When my boiler stopped working and I lost heat, I reached out to NJ pipe doctor after having bad experiences with other plumbers. They were extremely responsive and were able to get to my house within a few hours of me calling them without charging some astronomical emergency fee. NJ Pipe Doctor saved us from a heatless night and I cant thank them enough. Our steam boiler stopped working suddenly and after trying to find a solution myself all day, the temperature of the house started to sink going into the night. We started making calls, and NJ Pipe Doctor was the only one willing to come out within the same night. Kristen working in their office was extremely accommodating and communicative, even at 7pm on a Sunday. One of their supervisors, Lee, showed up earlier than what they anticipated, diagnosed the problem and fixed it (shorted connection at the boiler) all in around 30 minutes. We were beyond impressed and signed up for their membership on the spot. We will never use another plumber. NJ Pipe Doctor is the best in the area!

Part 2 from my earlier review. This was a huge job to replace the entire sewer line and NJ Pipe doctor got it done in just a few days. It was a ton of work and these guys worked SO hard. Bryan came to assess the issue and got a plan together and within a week of deciding to proceed we were done! Bryan was here a few times to make sure everything was going according to plan. Bryan was great with answering all of my ( many ) questions. Tom, Greg, Charles and the dig team were amazing and despite all of the issues they encountered with my old house. Problems kept occurring and they just kept handling it. Tom is the nicest guy and the amount of things he had to manage and deal with was enough of give anyone a headache but he kept his cool and was so nice the whole time. Mr. Finley displayed a high degree of professionalism, tact and good nature; that is so sorely missing in our world today.I share this house with a younger disabled Brother for whom I do 24/7 care. Robert took time to include my Brother in the process. When he took his lunch, he was kind enough to bring back a morsel or two to share with my Brother...A man with intelligence, physical competency and good heart is a rarity indeed.

Thank you Pipe Dr and Dell for being as awesome as always! My husband had calls out to 6 HVAC companies when our boiler had no heat. (Hes a dummy) I called Dell Direct at the office, who unfortunately had a full service schedule. He gave enough of a damn to shimmy some things around and get us Stephen and Collin out ASAP. Not only did they get me back up and running with heat inside of as hour, they saved me $250 by being a member of their Benefits Package. In all we had a blast with these two technicians like dinner and a show!Thank you again guys for making me feel like I count and not just another pretty face and great set of legs with a broken boiler

Pipe Doctor is number one in my book. During one of our many storms, I had my sump pump fail and my basement flooded.I needed two hot water heaters for my tenants ASAP.They responded that day and came in a short period of time and replaced both of them. We had a huge plumbing issue here this weekend and I was trying to find someone to assist on local social media pages. Jordan responded so quickly and took the initiative to have his company call me on Monday. Jordan was so nice and took the time to listen to my problem and propose a solution even though he was just being neighborly! He took time out of his Sunday morning to talk to me and get me a call back. Dell reached out to me today and was so kind and so patient and set me up with an appointment so quickly- for tomorrow!I am hoping everyone else I will deal with are class acts like these two. So friendly, and professional. Plumbing problems are nervewracking, especially when other “ emergency companies” really just want to hold you over a barrel to spend a fortune to bandaid a solution.So far my experience with this company has been amazing, stay tuned for a next review!

We had a sewage backup on a Saturday. We called NJ Pipe Doctor and they dispatched Cody within a few hours. Cody was able to clear the backup to get us back up and running, but called Bryan to more thoroughly evaluate what was going on and needed long-term. Bryan and Cody determined that we had a very old sewer line that had collapsed and needed to be entirely replaced. An NJ Pipe Doctor crew was at our house first thing Monday morning, and we had a fully functional new sewer line that night. After the work was done, Bryan helped us navigate the claims process to help us recover the cost incurred from the line replacement. I would recommend NJ Pipe Doctor for any plumbing needs!

This is one of the few home service companies that I trust to do a good job at a fair price. Weve used them to install a water softener, replace a water heater and a bunch of other odd jobs. Their pricing has been transparent and competitive and they take pride in their quality of work. As a relatively new homeowner, I really appreciate how much these guys care about making sure I make an informed decision and have explained all the options for how much money to spend. The scheduling team is also very responsive and professional. They make sure to update you on when the guys are coming and are always trying to make sure you can get help as soon as possible.P.S. The sewer Hunter is amazing!!! Thank you NJ Pipe Dr!I had massive flooding downstairs, soaking everything. I was freaking out like never before. I called NJ Pipe Doctor in the middle of the night and Johnny answered the phone and assured me that he would send out The Expert and would handle the situation no matter what. I was skeptical, but once they got here I felt instantly relieved… sewer Hunter was quite the character lol but he quickly diagnosed the problem and had restoration company out there immediately. Once they were done, he came in the line and found out my sewer was collapsed and needed to be replaced. He said would start immediately and I would have my sewer running by the following evening. First thing the next morning I got a call from him saying the guys were on way. He showed up with Greg Roberto, Paulino, Antonio, and David with huge dump truck, pick up truck with a big excavator and 3 other trucks. The guys worked all day into the evening and restored my sewer.. they wouldn’t leave until it was working.They handled financing and helped me deal with the insurance until the claim was settled.. I can’t thank them enough I recommend them to everyone.
