After a VERY late call and emergency repair on our AC, they were quick to respond, understanding of the necessity of the repair, knowledgeable about the origins of the problem, efficient in the repair of the issue,and patient in our need for flexibility in spreading out the ultimate repairs and costs of those repairs. The technician, Curtis Jackson, was a superstar! He went above and beyond the call of duty in a VERY hot house (during a VA heat wave) and sweat his way through a successful fix. Great company. I’ve used them for years and they never fail to provide outstanding sales and service. They replaced my aging A/C units several years ago with a top of the line American Standard - Platinum Series. I have since purchased a maintenance agreement to keep them in pristine condition. My super service tech, Felix, comes out twice a year to replace filters and ensure they are operating at peak efficiency. I am very happy with his outstanding work ethic and pleasant personality.

Last week during the seasonal maintenance visit the technician, Curtis, after his inspection and findings recommended a furnace replacement. The same day Dan, the protect manager, came for consultation and gave us a proposal. Today the installation was completed by Arturo and Emanuel. Writing to express the highest praise for IAQ Medics employees, Oscar Diaz and Sandeep. After several recurring problems with our thermostat, Oscar efficiently diagnosed and repaired the issue. I was further impressed that he planned to highlight this issue and help train and educate his technician colleagues as to our problem, so other customers with similar problems can get quicker resolution in the future. As I was under time pressure due to overseas travel, Sandeep was our point of contact who expressed empathy for our situation and helped resolve it. High praise to both employees. I’ve used IAQ for a few years now to service our HVAC. The team at IAQ has been more professional and knowledgeable than my prior companys. Felix just completed my heater check and he was very thorough and very capable. They are usually easy to schedule and keep their appointments. They do occasionally recommend upgrades but do so very low key unlike the high pressure salesmanship that I’ve experienced elsewhere.

Highly recommend!!? I spent hours on YouTube trying to figure out why my AC quit working before finally calling for help. Brandon squeezed me into his schedule the same day while he was driving home from another job at the end of the day. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem, including swapping out the defunct part within 30 minutes of arriving. After spending three days with it over 90*F in my house, I’m now enjoying a low-70s temperature within five hours of Brandon completing the job.

I was having an issue with my water heater, which he inspected thoroughly and deduced the likely culprit and provided a quote for a replacement. I felt the quoted prices were a bit elevated for some of the recommendations, but he’s not at fault for that; the prices are set by the standard rate of the company.

This company is fantastic. Most recently, Lincoln and Brandon came to look at the automatic dampers that were installed a couple years ago. They were able to properly diagnose the issue and explain the issue with the wonky duct system we have in the house. Not only do we have a stop gap solution, we will be using them for permanently solving this issue when the basement renovation gets on the calendar.They also come twice a year to look at/service our HVAC and plumbing. Will recommend to anyone.

My A/C unit stopped working on one of the hottest summer days - OF COURSE - and I was in desperate need for service, BUT I was highly concerned dealing with a company with techs not knowledgeable enough or a company that just wants to squeeze as much money out of you as possible - which is very common in the industry. However, Brandon arrived on schedule and was very knowledgeable, professional, and took care to explain the issue in detail. Calling the company was also a good experience as the receptionist was polite and professional. I was so impressed that I decided to go with their yearly maintenance plan which was by no means pressured by the company, it was truly my choosing; and I have added them to my permanent list of companies to call for service. LASTLY, their pricing is very competitive and the cost of their maintenance plan is one of the lowest I have found. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the company. - Satisfied customerUPDATE: Felix was our tech and was fantastic! Hes honest, knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. I had my first maintenance plan service appointment after the company installed a new Amarican Standard communication system in March 2024. Albeit the unit works great, I am experiencing some issues that Felix has identified possible causes which the company is working to correct for proper operation. The guys (Jose Rodriguez) that came over to install a full system unit were simply amazing to deal with. They showed up on time and gave me a game plan on what they were exactly doing for the day and immediately after started setting up. They laid down blankets from entrance to the basement so they don’t dirtier up the rugs. They gave a total job completion time of 8 hours and it was pretty accurate when they finished. They swept vacuumed all debris and trash and hauled everything away. Not a scratch on the walls or doors during all the movements through the day. The office calls us the day before and lets us know when the tech is coming within a two hour window. However, our system has failed a few times and we have had to make repairs or parts maintenance. It is expensive, but I really dont know if this is better value than another company. It was Brandons last day with company and he will be greatly missed. He has been our tech for years. Knows our home and our system which made it great because he would leave us with our heat or air setting perfect to keep our family comfortable in whatever season we were in. We wish him the best in his future endeavors.

In April 2023, it was recommended that my cooling be changed because it was on its last legs. Today, my old cooling system was replaced with a new one. IAQ Medics spent 2 hours and forty minutes removing the old system and installing the new one. The workers were friendly and polite. They left my home as they found it. There was no clean up after them. At the start of the work, I replaced their smelly dropped cloths with tarps that did not smell. I liked the fair price I was charged for the new cooling system. Going forward, I will use the company to service my HVAC system in the future. Also, I recommend this company for all heating and cooling issues.

You can tell he loved what he does which reflects how well the company treats him as well. They are also very on top of the service contracts calling and reminding you to set appointments regularly. We had a great experience with Joe the AC technician. we set up a service for AC and then the week before they were to show up it stopped working. when Joe got here on time we got a text and an email showing us when he was on the way, he diagnosed the issue which was a capacitor grabbed one from the truck fixed it and we had air conditioning within 30 minutes of his arrival. high quality people with a well-run team. we are very happy.

Our AC drain line backed up and shorted out our circuit board and motor. Adam came out quickly and was thorough with his diagnosis (he even braved our creepy crawlspace). He was knowledgeable, personable and respectful, and was patient talking through options for replacement. Diagnostic fee was much more reasonable than other HVAC companies (like 5 times cheaper than 4 service pros). They fixed it quickly and professionally and added a safety feature to avoid this happening again. I was also particularly happy they didnt try to push any other services or products like other companies I have dealt with. Would recommend.

Our newer unit failed and we had a technician come out to diagnose. It was a tricky diagnosis so we agreed to have the Service Manager come out. The Service Manager arrived Monday morning and quickly found the problem. I am always very curious at how things work so I watched him work. He explained everything and didnt appear annoyed that I had so many questions, LOL. He explained what needed to be done, how long parts order would take etc.I have always been very pleased with IAQ and recommend them to others.I have dealt with 3 previous HVAC companies, other than IAQ, with out other property and IAQ stands above them. Highly recomend!

Time has passed, and I posted a negative review, now deleted, that was totally rude and mean. I can only blame it on a difficult time that I was going thru. Believe me, they were not the only ones I lost my cool with. IAQ did do a great installation job and quickly resolved any hiccups. So, time has passed and its never too late to offer regrets and wish them continued success and good health and prosperity.
