If you are looking for a great service, CA plumbing is the way to go! I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs. I will recommend Chris because he was 10/10 with helping us in our emergency situation. Chris went above and beyond to fix our water. We have been without water for 2 days which was incredibly inconvenient for us as it would for anyone. We had the water technician from Fairfax water come out TWICE and stated that they MADE SURE that everything was on properly. After testing the water…. Still no water. So they said, “welp you’re going to have to call a plumber or notify your landlord”. So we did. The warranty company scheduled a “24/7” plumbing called A+ home remodeling and plumbing. My landlord called about a 100 times… no answer and left a voicemail. I called a handful times and left a voicemail… NO ANSWER!! So the warranty company got another pluming company with CA plumbing and scheduled us the SAME DAY, I called as soon as I heard the news and guess what??!! Chris answered promptly and helped us out. He wore blue shoe coverings so he wouldn’t track any dust or debris in the house, he looked at my water heater, water valve (to make sure that everything was on the way it should be, and checked our water heater. He found the main the source which was in fact our water meter, turns out that the water technician from Fairfax water was working with our neighbors water meter the whole time… He had the wrong water meter!!!! It was all a blessing in disguise though because after flushing 2 of our toilets, he made sure that ensured that it filled up and noticed that our meter was still running. Puzzled, he asked followup questions regarding our water bill. Turns out that we might be overpaying so he had me check for any leaky faucets ( which there was). Chris was thorough, prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, and he’s about to save me a lot of money. Thank you Chris!!!

Chris from CA PLUMBING is the best plumber I’ve worked with. They replaced my old cast iron sewage pipe in my basement with pvc and installed a backflow preventer. Also replaced my sump pump. Great work, friendly, and honest! I will never call any other plumber to work on my house.

CA Plumbing replaced my water heater in 2021. The installation was flawless, and the service was impeccable. Last week, when my elderly relative detected a small leak in her heater, I didnt hesitate to call CA. Via phone, we discussed the symptoms and negotiated the cost of a replacement, and within 30 hours, Auntie had a new unit, up and running. Important to note that Chris of CA quoted a complete project price that came in significantly lower than that of several commendable competitors, yet there was no compromise in the quality of the replacement equipment. I also wish to point out that early this year, Chris visited my home to consult on a project involving the troublesome removal of old bathroom hardware. He gave nearly a good hour of his time and advice, yet he didnt charge for the visit! Chris provides excellent service that all homeowners would be fortunate to receive, and I give CA Plumbing my highest recommendation.

Now, we have no leaks thanks for CA Plumbing. Chris was very professional and pleasant to deal with. The other day I did something I didn’t think was possible: I flushed a whole full sized stick of deodorant down the toilet. I know. After I realized my mistake I went straight to Reddit, as one would. Reddit told me to try and shimmy it out with something that can reach up far enough where the deodorant was lodged, and then it would fall back into the bowl. After a crash course in toilet anatomy and unsuccessful deodorant fishing expedition, I gave up and called a plumber. They couldn’t come until the next day. Neither could the next plumber I called. But then I called here, and a lovely guy named Chris came out same day and successfully found what turned out to be parts of the broken deodorant stick, without having to take my toilet off! He was so nice and loved my dogs, who supervised. Was in and out in just an hour or so. Im so thankful to have found this company. I’m a fairly new Woodbridge resident and finding a reliable plumber is clutch. Thank you so much Chris and I’m sorry you had to do this 😒

I was referred to CA plumbing through my home warranty company. We where having issues with our water heater leaking and it was not hearing the water. Christopher came out late on Sunday night to inspect the water heater and he informed me it needed to be replaced. He said he would call the warranty company and let them know. He said that they would order the hot water heater and let him know where to pick it up. He had it late Monday and we made arrangements to have installed Tuesday. Chris came out maybe an hour or two after I detected a leak in my home. I thought the issue was pipes, but he discovered the problem was due to the water heater itself. He was able to diagnose this problem, pick up a replacement water heater, uninstall and dispose of the damaged unit, install the new one, and verify everything was working, all within the SAME day. I had been worried this process might take several days, so I was relieved and impressed.He also improved my peace of mind by adding a water basin and a moisture detector so if this happens again years down the line, itll be caught before it seeps through walls. Unfortunately this time my baseboards were damaged, but Chris recommended someone who also came out the same day to treat the water damage.Everything was performed in a timely and professional manner. I was able to get several questions answered, and it was a great reassurance to be taken care of so thoroughly.
