Within minutes of sending the pictures, he responded giving me advice on possible fixes in order to avoid charging me for unnecessary services. He guided my husband and I through the process to solve our issue without charging a dime! You do not find companies anywhere that will offer free advice in order to not only save money but to not take advantage of people if there is a problem the customer can fix themselves.     Mark and Jamie blew my mind as far as knowledge and total professionalism. They found a potential fire hazard caused by my neglect and fixed it taking much more time and effort than they had planned on. Also, removed old disposal and kitchen faucet. Installed new ones and all done at what I consider a fair price. Definitely will use them again and recommend to others. Also, the kitchen was a mess and they made sure, without me asking, that all was spotless when they left. And finally, they didn’t try to upsell me on unneeded things as another plumber did and that’s why he lost this job to the Long family.

    Excellent service! Kind, clean, and knowledgeable. These guys came in after we had a quote for a complete re-pipe of our house. They found the problem—no cold water and significantly low water pressure in the head of household bathroom—without annihilating the walls. They were also able to redo the drywall after. Total time was two days (probably a total of five hours, so very quick), one for inspection, one for installation of a new valve. They even had to explore our attic to figure out the piping—they were willing and glad to do it to get the job done. Trust me! Best value for your dollar.

    ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC WORK! THE MOST HARDWORKING, HONEST, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND DEPENDABLE PLUMBERS IN TOWN! I hired Mark Long and his team to do major emergency repairs and remodeling of both of my bathrooms. I have an older home and the plumbing problems were a nightmare! After getting multiple estimates from several unscrupulous plumbers, I found Longs Plumbing. Mark was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done to fix my problems permanently! I told him I was a single parent on a limited budget and he did everything he could to keep my costs down, even passing on his own suppliers discounts to me for my fixtures! He was very honest and never tried to cheat me or take advantage of my lack of experience with these type of repairs. He has a family business and his mother, Denise is the go-to person! She is amazing too! My bathrooms are all done now and they look fabulous! I want to thank Mark and his family again for all their help!     This is a family business that does a great job. I have used them a few times now for different jobs - they have done a small re-pipe in my attic, installed a new p-trap, and rebuilt my leaking shower valves; and I have been very satisfied. These jobs were done right the first time and I have had zero issues with their workmanship. They also have been able to get out to my house faster than the big companies. I will continue to call them every time I have plumbing need, and recommend them 100%.

    Great family business! Denise was extremely responsive. She took some basic info and said she’d check with her husband to confirm pricing and availability. She quoted me a fair fee to come out and fix a hose bib leak. They got me in same day and gave me a call when they were heading over so I wasn’t waiting around or surprised by their arrival. They guys were quick, polite, professional, and explained everything. They were able to replace the hose bib without having to make any holes in my walls and even offered an unexpected courtesy discount. Honest and trustworthy and there right when I needed them.     I have used many plumbers over the years and my experience with the Long family surpasses all others. Starting with Denise who took my first call and who made sure I received prompt attention... to Mark Sr. who responded promptly... to Mark Jr and David who came out to take care of my slab leak along with Mark Sr. All were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They came out on 4th of July after a late day call from me on July 3rd! Unheard of in the industry... and I and my wife are very appreciative that they were able to accommodate us on such short notice. They worked in the rain and heat until the job was done and then they made sure everything was cleaned up perfectly. I was very impressed. He located the source of the leak behind the shower stall wall in my mothers home, which was causing dampening of the floor in her bedroom carpet and bathroom carpet.     I am pleased to highly recommend Longs Certified Plumbing Service. They did excellent work and were prompt, clean, and fair. 11 months after they installed a water heater, we had a problem. Longs responded quickly, arranged to have the water heater replaced under warranty, and had us back with hot water within about 5 hours of our call. Initially, I thought the problem may have been caused by Longs work. However, it turned out that the problem was caused by another plumber that re-piped our house. Nonetheless, Mr. Long was very helpful, prompt, courteous and more than fair in getting the problem resolved for us.Based on my experience, you can trust Longs to address your plumbing needs.

    Mark and his son agreed to meet me at my mother-in-laws house to provide some guidance for problem she was having with her bathtub drain. It was not draining. She had not been able to use it for several days. although it was late in the day they agreed to take on the project. Very difficult area to work, and it would have been easier for them to wait until the next day, but they felt bad that she was without use of her tub and decided to work that afternoon. They worked very hard and were able to replace the drain. Never tried to up-sell, fair price for such tough work. Nice guys with great skills and experience.     For anyone that has well water you know that if something goes wrong with the external plumbing for the tanks that it means no water to the house. I called Longs and left a message on a Friday evening and received a call back within 30 minutes. They were at my home first thing Monday morning, did the repair very effectively and efficiently and were able to explain to me what they were doing in laymans terms. The owner even called to follow-up to assure that all was working well. Longs was recommended to me by my neighbor and I will continue to use their services and recommend them as well!     I called them to have an old and leaky outdoor faucet (technically a hose bibb) replaced. They came the next day, cut off the old one, installed a better one and patched up the stucco. It was all done quickly and well and at a reasonable cost.

    Ive been using Mark for quite sometime now with any plumbing problems. Our home was built in 1952, so we have had a few. He has saved our necks when we were broke too. He charged sometimes half what others quotes were, and he has always rushed out to do jobs if it meant a big mess for us. We really need to get a new septic (ours is the original from the 50s), but thats a $4500 job (not bad, considering that includes the drain field too). Mark doesnt do septics, so we would have to go through someone else, but he saved us just a few weeks back when the old septic had a problem that we feared the worst of. Any other plumber would have just said ehhhh replace the septic, but Mark and his Son got us up and running. Were just buying time, which we know, but when youre broke thats all you can ask for.

    Had a valve that needed replacing along with a wobble toilet and a drain valve in the tub needing repair.They did a great job on all the repairs and went above and beyond in cleaning the entire outside of the toilet and floor before reinstalling. The tub drain was repaired without having to cut a hole in the drywall. Took a little extra time but they completed the task. Great communications from water being turned off to back on and besides the great job on the repairs, they took the time to cleanup before leaving.

    Expected a costly repair but they were able to salvage existing work and finish quickly at a third of the potential cost! When I know a crew could have easily did the big job and charged me much more, it is a sign of integrity to only perform work that is necessary. Shows me they care about their reputation.     A very good friend of mine found himself in a desperate situation with a major plumbing issue recently. There was a leak in his water main, and he was unable to pay for services. Both of his parents had passed away over the past 3 months, and he is unemployed and about to have his childhood family home taken away from him. Denise and Mark were contacted to see if they could offer some assistance. Mark and his team arrived at my friends house in an hour and assisted him, even giving him parts that he would need, all free of charge, all from the goodness in their hearts. They saw a man in need and they responded, without question or hesitation. We are forever grateful. Forever.

    Mr. Long was able to help my disabled father readdress an issue in which the toilet flange was installed improperly when so called contractors redesigned his bathroom for his handicap. The flange was inset into the concrete incorrectly in which the toilet would be turned towards the wall. It required some foundation work in which Mr. Long was able to do in a relatively short time. Its been about two weeks with no issues and my father is pleased with the result.

    When I contacted Longs Certified Plumbing Services to report a manufacturers defect in a hot water heater they installed in November 2016, they came out and replaced the hot water heater the very same day! What great service! The technicians were polite and professional. I highly recommend this company!

    Ive had this family-owned business out twice now to install new water heaters at 2 places. Both times they got the job done within a day upon my initial call. Extremely quick, efficient, knowledgeable and communicate about whats going on. This last time I had them out they actually had to fix an issue that apparently was illegal from a well-known builder. Owner said he was surprised that they passed inspection. A locally-based small family business around Casselberry/ Winter Park area. They will get the job done right at a reasonable price.
