    Tracy was courteous, answered all my questions and efficiently took the notes for my situation. I was needing an appt asap and she took the time to call and verified the inspectors schedule to get me in while I held for 2 minutes.     Called ADU and spoke with Keyana, her customer service was outstanding and was able to address my concerns and get me scheduled right away. We then met with Brian. Brian was friendly and walked us through every step of the inspection. He addressed our concerns, and his honest feedback was greatly appreciated. It’s hard to come across great customer service now a days and my experience starting with Keyana and then with Brian make me feel great with hiring this company in the future!

    I rarely hold any expectations of the first google search result to pop-up, but I have been desperate to sort out this Mold situation my landlord has been failing to acknowledge and remediate this first year of our lease…Now that we are renewing the lease, I am finally getting my own objective third-party opinion on the situation via inspection… and it’s free!Tracy was exceedingly understanding thru the call, and scheduled our inspection promptly for next Monday; even assuring me the ammo of the remediation estimate will be an effective step in pressing this property negligence out of my residence and family’s compromised immune systems.
