Had a great experience with this company thanks to employee Enrique Hernandez. We have a brand of mini split in our garage that is notorious for being complicated to properly diagnose and fix. Two prior companies had tried without success to fix it. This guy was determined not to leave our house until he fixed it right. He painstakingly went through the system and spent an incredible amount of time fixing one issue after another, when most would have stopped after the first issue and deemed it fixed. His tenacity was so appreciated and refreshing. Thanks to Enrique, our system has run perfectly and without fail since repaired over a month ago. Thank you Enrique!!

This was service done the right way and Strada tech David Monter was professional, knowledgeable and a real gentleman, too. He took the time to explain the problem and what needed to be done and then made everything right! I was so impressed that I even purchased their annual Strada Service contract. I am a tough reviewer. I start with “3” and go up or down from there. This review was headed for a “2”. But… not now. What a team!Read all of this. This is the definition of INTEGRITY!While we were out of town, the crew had to make decisions with my adult daughter on site for us. Upon completion, I instructed our daughter to pay them “in good faith”. That faith was confirmed!!Upon my return I saw the initial job completion needed some work. There was no reluctance. This team and this company simply set a time and showed up and completed the work to my satisfaction without question. That was AFTER they were fully paid.- no partial payment up front, paid on delivery- immediate response for customer satisfaction- no questions asked- conservation of my time with fast serviceAll service companies and contractors have to balance delivery, reputation and cost. It was a difficult delivery because I was not immediately available. But that didn’t matter to this team. What mattered was their delivery.Yijath and Ling on site, Tony and Pedro coordinated. My experience began with Moe who guided me through the entire process.

Eric did a great job of taking care of my problems with my Air/Heat unit. Went out of his way to get it done. The office however could use some improvement. I have tried for over 2 years to get the air filter moved inside my house as I am handicapped and it was very hard/impossible to change the filter in the unit in my garage. Asked twice to make the change 1st never happened 2nd time got estimate and approved it but no one came back to do it as I had been told they would. This 3rd time when the technician (Eric) came and I asked if he was going to deal with moving the filter I don’t believe he had been told about my request from his reaction. However he quickly looked over situation and got parts and made change and the did his check of my system under my contract. I have over past four years had 3 Strada Technicians and everyone of them has been professional and extra helpful. A clean filter is essential to the proper operation of the system and its length of service. I almost switched to another company but really like the professional Technicians so am staying with Strada for now.

Wonderful to work with! We had an issue with our HVAC unit making a weird noise. Strada sent us a tech out same day. Enrique was so helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything thoroughly, and fixed the issue within a couple of hours plus installed a UV light to help with dust/ mold. Since we had a maintenance plan, all labor costs were included (we only paid for the visit, plus parts) and we get 15% off all future visits. Highly recommend!

Came home tonight to my A/C at 82 degrees. Not ideal with two little kids at home. Called Strada and scheduled an emergency service. They came within 2 hour. Jorge was our service tech and he was absolutely amazing! He took the time explaining what he was doing, after fixing my AC he showed me exactly what he did and why. After he was done, I asked if he could look at my filters to make sure I was doing it right. Thank goodness he did, because the way the previous company told me to do it was wrong. Jorge was such an amazing technician and made the experience easy that I signed up for a service plan right then. So thankful for Strada and Jorge for coming out. My AC is now working!

Rafael Reyes was awesome! He gave us all the information that we needed to know about our HVAC system. When we called they came the same day! We were so impressed because it was after hours and the pricing was good as well. We got told we would need a new AC but Rafael fixed the problem in less than 3 hours! Would highly recommend!

Ricardo was very thorough and knowledgeable, i am experiencing an overnight heat issue in my room and he suggested speaking with the property to see if they can pull data throughout the house for a day or 2 to get a clearer picture of what is going. He even understood me when i was trying to describe this annoying noise that i kept hearing in my bathroom vent . He is the second to come to my house to assess my issue, but now i feel like with this data report they will now be able diagnose the issue correctly.

We moved into our newly built home a little over a week ago. It’s been cooler out so the AC hasn’t run. Today was the first day it ran since moving in. We noticed it was feeling warm and humid while the unit was running for about an hour. I called Strada and within 30 minutes a tech was here. The tech, Enrique Hernandez was very helpful and got us up and running. He was very informative some packages Strada offers. He even discussed maintenance with me, which I appreciate as a first time home owner. Enrique was awesome!

One time, polite and willing to listen to my needs and budget. New A/C was delivered as scheduled and Installed by 2 awesome guys, Richard and Marcos. They explained what they were doing and completed the install in a timely manner. Job site was clean and tidy, with all old A/C unit and parts removed and taken away. I highly recommend Strada for your future A/C replacement and service.

Wow! I just had Kevin and Alberto show up to service my Generac Home Generator and they did an unbelievable job. It was obvious they were trained by Generac as they knew everything about the generator. They were super professional and they took the time to explain everything to me. This company provides great service and has extremely knowledgeable staff like Richard who was entrigule in helping me fix my air circulation issues in my home. Before One Stop I had over a 5° difference between the area where my thermostat is located and my master bedroom. Now the difference is only around 1° in the summer during the middle of the day. Richard did not seem like your average sales person, but more like an expert on HVAC systems. I highly recommend One Stop services.

Techs (Rafael Reyes) that came out were professional and informative with explaining what was being done or answering my questions. Reyes customer service represented Strada well. Strada prices are similar to the other A/C companies on the high end for prices and services. I called around checking other companies prices...were about the same and some were higher. So top-notch though...Strada is. Thanks!

We had our annual maintenance service today with Technician Chris Kelly. Chris was professional and friendly. Typically my husband handles these services, however, he was not available today so I had to handle the service call. Chris was so patient with all my questions, and taught me a lot about our AC, keeping it serviced and clean in-between annual service calls. I cant say enough about how amazing and patient Chris was. I would ask that Chris Kelly be the technician assigned to our account. Thank you Chris for the excellent service. 5-Star Service!!

We love One Stop Cooling and Heating of Winter Park. Danny has always been our go-to technician. We use him for all of our maintenance visits and consult with him when we have issues. He’s thorough and clear, personable and a hard worker. He’s come to us late nights, holidays, etc. and never a complaint about it. Unfortunately this last time, we needed to replace the whole unit. Danny helped set us up for a consult appointment with Steve, who was easy to talk to, professional, clear in his explanations and we never felt like he was trying to oversell or overcharge us. He helped us find the best and most affordable unit for our home and got us on the schedule quickly. On install day, Adam and Tyler came to the house. They worked so hard to complete our install, they were polite and professional. They did a thorough job and worked straight until it was done. I know the conditions weren’t great here (having no a/c in the Florida summer heat!), but they did what they needed to do in a timely and hard working manner to get us back with a/c as quickly as possible. Thanks for everyone who made this process as seamless as possible. It’s much appreciated!!

The company called the morning of and let me know that we were the next stop after the current one. Tech called on his way with a time estimate. The tech was very professional and kind, helpful, and knowledgeable in the field. Originally scheduled a routine check-up for our unit since we just purchased the home in February. During our inspection of the home, the inspector noted a humming noise when the heater turned on. We advised the tech of that at the beginning of the appointment and he was able to pinpoint the problem and fix it quickly same day! He even showed us the difference between the bad part and the new part he was putting in. We were extremely impressed with this company and will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

I have a maintenance agreement with One Stop. Its great because I rest easy knowing that an air conditioning professional will be looking over our unit every 3-5 months. When our unit was serviced in the beginning of March, the readings from our unit were reviewed by the Service Manager at One Stop (pretty impressive someone else is reviewing the results). The service manager saw something that concerned him and sent out a senior technician (Anthony B) to take another look (free of charge). Very impressive.!!! Anthony found a minor issue and reassured me that all was well.I was very impressed with the care and follow up professionalism from One Stop.

Ken McKnight was the technician that came out to fix my A/C unit. The unit had been rattling incessantly for a couple months and two other technicians had come out previously unable to rectify the problem. Ken listened to and looked at the unit, diagnosed it as a bent fan mount bracket and had it fixed in 30 minutes. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable!! Any future A/C maintenance or repair I need I will request Ken specifically to come out. Thanks Ken!!

I want to say thank you to Mike, the technician that resolved my AC problem today in the Lake Nona area. Not only did he resolve my initial concern, but also caught another problem that he was able to take care of with this one visit. I can see how easy it would be for possibly someone to have just fixed a customer’s concern only and go their way. Mike went above and beyond and was very professional, on time, very knowledgeable and willing to share any tips for me to have a better AC experience and prevent future issues. He shared with me the options I had for additional service warranty that I’m strongly considering as One Stop made the initial phone call to the resolution seem so easy.

We have had them come out for emergency repairs and for evaporator coil cleaning. Very knowledgeable gave great recommendations how to maintain my unit. Fair in pricing, I highly recommend to have them come out for regular maintenance. I like their Extended privilege agreement, it gives you a great deal, ask them about it when they come to your house. Moe was our technician twice, very professional and will ask for him for future visits. Tony came for our emergency service and was excellent as well. Highly recommend this company.

I’ve edited my previous review of only one star. While I’m still not happy about having to wait two hours for the plumber to show up, I’m happy with the service. I don’t remember the gentleman’s name who came, but he was very helpful. My service was for a warranty repair for plumbing that One Stop is contracted for through my home builder. The gentleman who came was honest and explained everything that he was doing and what the problem was. He also added a pipe onto my hot water heater that should have been there since it was installed and wasn’t. He explained how it was a safety hazard and took care of it in less than 5 minutes (who knows why the original company that installed it never did it). From what I understand, all of this work was done incorrectly and now it’s a more complicated issue. This gentleman assures me that it will be repaired and work the way it should but will take a while because they now have to open up a wall to fix it. I appreciate how this gentleman was honest and explained everything to me so I could understand what needed to be done. This is a perfect example of why a licensed professional should be hired in the first place to ensure the job is done correctly! I’m confident it will be repaired and work the way it should have from the beginning when the home was built. You don’t expect so many issues with a new construction home, but this just goes to show how they still cut corners when building!

Scheduled an appointment with One Stop weeks ago. I had a last minute conflict and had to call last minute to reschedule. The customer service agent was.very helpful and worked me in later that same day. I was surprised to receive a call ahead of my scheduled time to ask if it was okay for the technician to come a bit early. Joshua also called today as he was just a few minutes out. Joshua was very thorough and took the time to go over some preventative maintenance issues that he believed would be an issue down the road. He also recommended and installed a new Uv light system in my air handler. Prompt, professional, and courteous! I would highly recommend One Stop for any of your cooling/heating needs.

He answered all of my questions and even went the extra mile when I mentioned one of the rooms in the house was warmer than the rest. He took the time to take a look, got his ladder and bent the metal vents to be open wider and at a different angle, and adjusted the damper. The airflow was improved right away.Id also like to mention that Karen in the office was very helpful when setting my appointment and explaining my options. After an initial hiccup with their answering service I spoke to their dispatch the following morning. A technician was scheduled to come out between 12 and 2pm that day. He arrived around 11am not knowing I was at work. He stayed parked in front of our house instead of going to another appointment so he wouldnt miss our service window. Mike from the Leesburg office diagnosed and replaced a capacitor in 9 minutes. He then looked over the rest of the AC and was on his way. The house was cool within 30 minutes. The following day a manager (Alicia Campbell? Very nice but Im terrible with names) called to follow up on my experience with their answering. Accidents happen sometimes but the took an annoyed customer and turned me into someone that will recommend their services. Thank you, One Stop Cooling.

We had a great experience with One Stop last year when our 15 year old AC unit went out. It was quickly determined that a new system was needed. I worked up bids for multiple companies in the area and One Stop not only had the best product, but also the best pricing. Our Comfort Advisor Edwin Cabrera went above and beyond to make sure we picked out the correct unit for our home, but also help out with maximizing the discounts through Costco’s Lennox program. Edwin was always available for late night calls, or to answer texts as we picked out the perfect system.When it came to installation time, a very professional team arrived and installed the new AC unit in a day. Luis, Marcus and Steve were able to work through any challenge that was in front of them to make sure things were done right, and even left the worksite cleaner than when they showed up.Finally, the duct team Brandon and Rico helped fixed a negative pressure issue by installing more returns in the house. They worked quickly and again were very clean. Cutting holes in drywall typically gets dust everywhere, but these guys had a way to make sure things were spotless, even more so in our offices and bedrooms.We are now more comfortable and can rest easy that the Lennox system One Stop installed will be good for years.Thanks everyone at One Stop!-The Halls

I had a warranty service call today in regards to uneven cooling in one of my bedrooms in my new home and the technician who came out today, OMarcus, was one of the utmost professional and courteous GENTLEMEN that I had ever had come service an AC unit. Living in Florida that says a lot due to the multitude of service calls that occur in our hot, humid climate. Not only was he extremely professional, he came inside, got the information he needed from me and immediately went to work. He efficiently and thoroughly diagnosed the problem within minutes and was done with this work before I knew it. Along the way, he made sure to educate me on certain features and aspects of my particular system that I was unaware of or had forgotten about and he educated me in a way that was understandable but not belittling either. Once he was finished with his work, I was extremely pleased with the immediate difference and would have been more than content but it seemed that a light bulb went off in his head and he made one more suggestion that made the outcome of his work that much better. Once he was fully complete, he made sure that all of my questions were answered and remained just as professional and courteous throughout the duration of his visit as he was when he first walked in. One Stop Cooling has an invaluable asset in Technician OMarcus and I only imagine that this is not the first time that he has left a customer more than content with his work. I was contacted because there was never a final inspection done.Natasha Rolon, the Retail Permit Coordinator, contacted me to set up a time for the inspector to have access to the house. I was a bit put out by an inspection window of 8 to 5 as I actually live in Altamonte Springs. This required me to leave my home in Altamonte by 7 to be here by 8. I voiced my concerns to Natasha and she jumped into action!She contacted the inspector on my behalf and was able to secure me a time of 10:30 to 12:30.I was unable to print out the permits and signoff papers, so she handled that also. Natasha was very efficient, cheerful, knowledgeable and professional. She has brought customer service to a level I have not seen in a long time. She is truly an asset to your company and seems to enjoy taking charge of difficult situations and smoothing them out. She also coordinated with another department to have someone contact me for a new install in my Altamonte Springs home. I had reached out through Costco and had never gotten anyone to come give me an estimate.Problem solved! We have been using One Stop since 2005 and had to switch to their firm after a bad install from another Orlando company. One Stops service has been outstanding. We finally replaced that 15 year old system. After a catastrophic failure, One Stop gave us one day delivery. Their technicians did an outstanding job. You can see the pride in their work by how neat the installation is and the attention to detail that they gave our installation. We always carry an annual maintenance contract with them too.

My air conditioner went out and I called One Stop in Jacksonville for a service call. Jeffrey Gwaltn was our service technician and arrived within a reasonable time to start our service.Once Jeffrey arrived at our house he immediately began investigation of our problem and found it quickly. He was able to fix everything within the same service call. Jeffrey was 100% professional and knowledgeable in his line of work. I highly recommend Jeffrey Gwaltn and One Stop Cooling & Heating in Jacksonville for any AC/Heating needs. We will ask for Jeffrey if we need service for our AC again. Carlos T. the Technician for One Stop Cooling and Heating was very professional. From the time he entered our home putting on his shoe covers to when he left our home he was nothing but courteous and respectful. If we had a question he answered it. When speaking about the products that the company had to offer he was not a pushy salesman and he knew how to explain each product. We did not purchase any products, but we are considering the Ultra Violet light for the A/C unit. We definitely recommend this company for anyones A/C Service.

He provided us with tips to save on energy costs and repaired the capacitor for us. Big Man is very polite and professional, and he represents One Stop in a positive manner.

After 23 years my AC unit was going out. So we decided to get quotes and decided on One Stop AC of Winter Park.We really like the sales man J.D. he answered all are questions and we were very happy. On Tues 2 installer came to the house to install the unit. Cant say enough about these two men. Kalvin and C.J were the nicest guys and did a great job and were very professional. I would highly recommend them on any job. They cleaned up when and have to run back for one little. So all in all for buying my first AC unit ever I am very happy with this experience. Thank you ONE STOP for having great employees.

Sean from One Stop came out to fix our Lennox AC under warranty. He quickly found the problem and replaced the defective part on the outside unit. Definitely an expert in his field and great customer service. I will be requesting him for any future AC needs. For starters, Nick was congenial, courteous and as we would eventually learn, very competent. He was performing scheduled maintenance on three units and I observed him removing motors to clean fan blades - weve not had that level service before. We mentioned wanted to add Nest Gen 3 thermostats - before we knew it, he was on his way to Clermont to retrieve the Nest units. And he identified an ailing module - and replaced it. He masked his understandable annoyance with my curiosities and questions. He very patiently explained the basics.True professional! A major One-Stop asset!

My AC went out on 7/3 and One Stop was there on July 4th to fix it. Mo, the tech who came out was awesome! He fixed the problem fast and was very nice and helpful by discussing maintenance tips. He was there within the time frame I was given and the cost was reasonable. I would recommend One Stop!

Had a new unit installed. Nice and clean work. Guys went over and beyond. Worked and got my new system installed in the time frame promised. They even brought my trash cans in from the curb after the trash truck came by. Took time explaining my warranty. Great value for my money. I will use them again.

Ken M. and Kyle B. at One Stop did a good job replacing my whole HVAC system. It was challenging getting the Handler into the small closet space but they successfully troubleshot it and made it a reality. They also were very good at communicating and setting expectations. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good HVAC install.

Our A/C stopped working two nights ago. Called One Stop yesterday morning and Ricardo was out to our house in just a couple of hours. Unfortunately we had a blown compressor, so he had to order the part and come back today. But after just a few hours, the heart of our A/C is beating again! Ricardo was so thoughtful and kind, taught us some DIY tips on maintaining our system, and explained everything he was doing (to my inquiring mind). If you have trouble with your air... this is the place to call!Also, highly recommend having a once or twice a year inspection of your system ... and purchasing one of their warranty plans. Worth every penny!
