Luke came out and priced us a new system. We had an oil heat unit that was no longer functioning and wanted to convert to electric heat. He was very knowledgeable and gave us many options and prices for a new unit to fit our needs. The electrician came did a great job, (didn’t get his name I apologize ), Luis and his helper came and installed our new system. They showed up when promised and worked until the job was done and were neat and clean. The bonus is we have a ten year parts and labor on our new unit huge bonus . Thank all of you for the great service from start to finish.

We had two vessel sinks replaced and three faucets for the vessel sinks. Delaney called because he was free earlier than the appointment and was able to give a fair and quick estimate of the cost. We decided to go with Frank Gay Services and are super glad we did.Delaney did the installs and removed the old sinks and faucets keeping us updated as he progressed. Very knowledgeable and skilled.We decide then and there that we should also go with the maintenance plan for our AC, plumbing and electric as it gives a 10% off cost across the board as well. We have dealt with other plumbing companies and Frank Gays is our choice going forward. We will also make sure to request Delaney for all our plumbing needs.

My water heater stopped working abruptly last night. Technician, Brad Davidson diagnosed the problem and was completely transparent throughout the process of replacing the water heater, including uninstalling the fried one, picking up the new replacement, and installing it all on same day. I also requested service on the same day and it took approx. 2 hours after my call. Customer service & Brad were professional & friendly. I would definitely use again.

Even on 1/2/25 AM, right after I noticed water dripping from my washing machine hose, Frank Gay was able to send an expert tech within 2 hrs. Luis was excellent, gave me the choice of fixing the existing water pipe or replacing them with newer, flexible hoses giving me peace of mind. Had him replace with new hoses and he made sure they were the right length (not too long and coiled up like the original installer did) and even made sure the water box was resealed with silicone for a complete above and beyond repair. Very reasonable pricing especially since he did the additional finishing work and the quick timeframe to repair.

Our water heater stopped working and we called Frank Gay. We got an appointment scheduled for the next morning, Thomas came and was able to quickly let us know what was wrong. We had to get a new unit and he set it up for the next day for us. We was so nice and thorough. Then AJ came today to install the new unit. He let us know what was going on throughout the entire process. He was very friendly and did a great job!

When a technician who is knowledgeable and honest is hard to come by in today’s world - but I have to say Gabriel was not only kind and courteous but knowledgeable and very honest. When making a big purchase like a new HVAC system customers will spend the money if they know they are being taking care of, and Gabriel and did just that - he answered all of my questions and was a joy to chat with! You have not only a great technician- but a great person working for you! Thank you !My experience with Frank Gay did not end there - the two technicians ( who came within 2 hours of my deciding to purchase the new HVAC unit) Aaron Knight and Tony showed me everything they were going to do and got to work immediately. Aaron being super knowledgeable in his field also answered all of my questions and did not hesitate to show me how the unit worked gave me great advice on how to maintain it. Tony worked diligently on installing the outdoor also answered any of my 1000 questions throughout their long day. Again you have amazing conscientious employees who obviously love what they do. The customer service was top-notch, I highly recommend Frank Gay ! Thank you!

We had a blockage somewhere between our washer and kitchen sink that was causing the sink not to drain and the washer drain pipe to overflow.Matthew R. came out, assessed the issue, & gave us our options along with pricing. He made sure we understood everything and answered our questions. We never felt like our questions were bothering him and he was very patient in explaining everything so we understood.He also took his time fixing the issue. We started with the most cost effective option first (clear through sink trap $536) and then moved on as that didnt work, but I sincerly appreciated his effort and time to try and save us money. Sometimes companies rush through to make the repairs but Matthew made sure to take his time to fix everything in the most cost effective way possible.Because of the age and set up of our home, the drain clearing had to happen from the roof vent which cost $947 & included a camera inspection. We only had to pay for the roof vent clearing, not sink trap and roof combined (even though he tried the trap first). Matthew was here for about 3hrs in total. When done, he made sure everything was working properly and talked to us about future things that may need repair, without any pressure to up-sell or repair them now. This was appreciated as we are currently on a holiday budget. He also took care to clean up after himself.I would use Frank Gay again and would 100% request Matthew for any future service.

Had a great experience. We had an issue with our outside hose faucet. I called and was connected with a live person who answered my questions and gave me times for an appointment that same day. Very good communication about when our plumber was on the way. We worked with Ralph who was great. He reviewed the issue, explained options for a permanent fix and temporary ones. We also discussed some other items that we will need to address in the near future, but Ralph was never pushy and we felt that he cared about what needed to be done. Ralph was able to address our issue that day and we will be looking to work with him and Frank Gay in the future.

Alex was polite and articulate and very thorough with his inspection. He identified multiple areas of concern that were affecting my breathing in addition to the unit needing repair. He set up a yearly service and is coming back personally to install all the new items we that would help theair quality of my home. I have experience with ac systems and am knowledgeable about how they work and everything he stated was correct and honest and he did not attempt to oversell me on anything. He broke all the options down well for me so I could make the best overall choice for my situation. Clogged kitchen sink. They came immediately at 7 pm on a Friday, and cleared the clog. It took approximately ninety minutes. Zachary was knowledgeable, neat and clean despite what an awful mess the job creates, and professionally friendly. I would use them again except for the price. They charged me $539 to snake out a 27 foot pipe all the way to the sewer line and then sent down with a camera to check the line. I thought the price was way high. However, the other two plumbers I called didn’t work nights and weekends, but they did charge by the hour. I could have paid Frank Gay the $39 diagnostic fee and waited for one of the other companies that were pay-by-the-hour plumbers, but he came quickly and I took a chance. The work comes with 30 day warranty and in the end I am not unhappy with my decision. But their price did sting a little.

I honestly don’t even know the words to use and probably do not have enough space to express my absolute gratitude for the ABOVE and BEYOND that Rick went to make sure my water boiler was installed and working before leaving on New Years Eve. Every natural disaster that could have happened, happened for this man and he not only endured, but maintained patience, optimism, and determination against every hiccup the universe sent his way. In the end, Rick was forced to spend more than 8 hours helping me, including going to purchase a new boiler for me because the one Lowes delivered was damaged in the box. This is by far the best customer service I’ve seen in my 46 years! Some folks may lay claim that organizations large like Frank Gay are over priced, but I happily paid that “over priced” company because they sure as heck earned it!!! I’d scream it from the tv if they let me.

Luis took it as a challenge and was able to completely replace the faucet fixtures to ensure easier future cartridge replacements; unfortunately the replacement cartridges for the original fixtures were unavailable.He also fixed a shower that suddenly stopped providing hot water.Luis kept the areas neat and clean between work as it took several visits to evaluate, order and/or locate and receive parts, as some were not common and had to be special ordered.

When it comes to a broken AC in Florida, don’t even think about it twice and call!!Carlos Narvaez came to my house to diagnose my 14-year-old AC unit, which had been damaged by lightning on a hot central Florida night on 7/29/2024 (sleeping without AC in Florida is the worst!). As a tech-savvy person, I did my research and troubleshooting to understand the issue and get a sense of costs. When I searched for a service provider, I found that Frank Gay Services was competitively priced and had excellent reviews. I was already familiar with their name, having seen their vans around central Florida. They even offer 24/7 service, but I decided to wait until the next day to see if I could fix it myself using YouTube videos. It turned out to be a problem with the condenser’s fan motor, which was beyond my expertise. Not wanting to delay any further, I called Frank Gay Services on 7/30/2024 at 3:22 PM, and they immediately dispatched Carlos, who arrived at 4:30 PM.Carlos provided excellent service and diagnostics, clearly explaining the issue and all my options—from the cheapest option of repairing the old unit myself by buying a $300 part and attempting the fix, to upgrading to their top-of-the-line new system. My prior research confirmed that Carlos was trustworthy and detailed with the information he provided. He made it clear that investing in a new system was the best choice. He explained all the benefits, including excellent warranties, low financing options, a 40% reduction in my electric bill, and even tax breaks. Carlos facilitated every step of the purchasing process, giving me long-term peace of mind. I ultimately decided to go with their premium 3.0-ton system, which they are installing first thing on 7/31/2024. Their service was fast and reliable. This is the second Heat Pump we had to install in the last week. One had quit working and we were having to deal with American Home Shield for a couple of weeks. We went ahead and replaced the broken one and also replaced the second one, since both were 14 years old. We contracted with Frank Gay for the units. Robert Pardo was the rep who sold the Deluxe package after explaining all the benefits of having 10 years of part and labor included, in addition to the warranty of their response within 24 hours if anything went wrong in the first year.The first unit was installed a couple of days ago. It took over 12 hours for the installers to finish. They had a couple of hiccups but the broken AC Heat Pump has been replaced.This last installer from Frank Gay was very efficient and finished the job well within working hours. He was very neat, clean and professional. We are happy that we can relax and enjoy cool air in this weather.I recommend Frank Gay for your AC Heat Pump needs.
