A friend of mine referred me to Smartron Electric because i never had a positive experience with an electrician in the past and Im glad he did! The communication on the front end was fantastic. Pricing was very fair as well. Colin was my tech for the day. He was very easy to talk to and he listened intently to my issues. Once he understood the problem, he did a thorough investigation and then laid out a bevy of different options for repair (I thought this was amazing because most contractors just try to sell the most expensive solution they can think of). Once i selected the service i wanted Colin got right to work. His knowledge and experience was very evident. The work was clean and professional. To top it off, after he left i had some issues that i couldnt figure out so i contacted the company after hours in order to get a call back the following day. Instead, Colin called me from his personal phone at 7pm at night and troubleshot the problem with me over the phone for 15 minutes! Needless to say, i now have an electrician that i will be using and recommending moving forward. Only gave 5 stars because there werent more options.

We had a great, professional experience with Ryan for the install of our AC disconnect switch and electric panel breaker install. Ryan was timely, very efficient in communication, and took a professional and knowledgeable approach to the job. While Smartron is not the cheapest out there (which is not always a good thing), their work quality is exceptional. Working with Ryan gave us peace of mind that we would have the job done right. Then Colin and Marco came today and completed the project: whole house surge protection, exterior plug, hardwiring in new smoke alarm installation, and interior fixtures changeout. At the end of the project, they took me on a walkthrough to see the completed the work and tested everything. They even vacuumed before they left. Super guys. Job was efficiently performed by Colin, who changed all the fixtures, which were more than 40 years old, after thorougly trouble-shooting the system and keeping me updated about the issues found. Everything was updated with new switches and state of the art led tube lighting. Job was done on time, neat and professionally and now the store looks great. Would strongly recommend for any residential or commercial project.

I have worked with Ryan at Smartron Electric for several years now. He is one of the contractors that I’ve found that I can always rely on for excellent service. His work has always been meticulous. He has done so many things for me including installing a whole house generator, whole house surge protection, added a 220 outlet in the garage for charging an electric vehicle, changed out lighting fixtures, added electrical outlets inside the house and outside, added landscape lighting in the gardens and in the screened patio, and now he’s replacing the noisy contractor bathroom fans with quieter, better performance fans. I highly recommend him for any electrical help you may need.

I called Smartron after reading stellar reviews. I must say that I’m so happy to have used this company. They are punctual, reliable, professional, and offer competitive pricing. Ryan met me at my home on the scheduled date for estimate and arrived right on time. We discussed what I needed to have done to my home. He sent an estimate the same day. I paid my deposit and he began the process of pulling permits for the work. Once the permit was obtained, he scheduled me for immediate work the same week. He came to do the installation along with Abner. Again, they were right on time and began the work right away. I had him replace the service panel outside and the main breaker panel inside and he did a nice clean job with both at a reasonable rate. I would and have already recommended him for other work!

We had recessed lighting installed throughout our house along with new sockets, switches and fans . All work wonderfully . Ryan also did two custom jobs that I believe almost no other electrical contractor could do. He hung three strands of outdoor lights connected to switches in our house that were already there . That saved us money in the short and long term. Finally he put a socketbehind our LED Smart TV 📺 above our fireplace . I called Smartron Electric and we scheduled an appt. for 5/11/18 and Ryan called back later the same day to say he finished a job sooner than expected and could make it a day earlier. We agreed on a time and he was prompt and courteous. He diagnosed the problem that two other electric companies failed to diagnose and repaired it in less than an hour. He asked if there were any other needs and we agreed to replace a sub-panel box to the pool equipment. I have used Smartron on several occasions. The first was due to some shorts caused by a lightning strike. They were prompt and efficient, and able to repair all damage to internal and external lighting. I have since had them come back to add an outlet, add a circuit to the circuit board, and other adjustments. Always friendly and efficient, and concientious. I feel lucky to have found them.
