Yeah just really happy with my service. The electrician came on schedule, promptly began investigating my issue, and even though it was indeed a confusing scenario, he worked through it and found the answer. He resolved it in no time after that. All the while he answered my questions and let me know what he was doing. He also noticed a switch he was looking at wasnt grounded, so he went ahead and grounded it for me.I recommend Pieper Electric to others, and Ill be giving them a call if I need electrical work in the future.

Brandon from Pieper was sent to my home by my home warranty company for an issue I thought was small, but turned out to be much larger. He is the most kind, professional, knowledgeable and skilled service provider Ive ever had come to my home for anything. Pieper, you have a gem of an employee here, and hes helped me decide to be a customer for life! Thomas who helped me schedule things was also very kind and patient despite my anxiety about the situation.I hope I dont need to see any of you often, but I know who to call if a need arises. Thank you for everything, especially my peace of mind.
