I had a great experience with Three Crowns. I called and was able to get an appointment within two days. I received a text and an email confirming the appointment. They called me the morning of to let me know they were able to come three hours earlier which was great. Chase was our electrician. He was very cordial and professional and he quickly diagnosed our problem and replaced the faulty outdoor fixtures. I mentioned that I was also having issues with the can lights in the kitchen so he checked our panel to make sure everything was safe and secure.I highly recommend them and will be referring them in the future.

Three Crowns is a family-owned-and-operated business, which is who we prefer to work with. Jon came out to give us a free estimate to install a dedicated 20 AMP outlet, and because they offer free estimates we were able to compare prices of three electricians. He was very professional, conscientious, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Communication has been great. We felt comfortable that Three Crowns would do the job right. Once we hired them, Jorge and AJ came out to do the work. They were both polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. We discussed options of the best location to install the outlet. They did a great job and were very happy with their work. We highly recommend Three Crowns!

The technician did an outstanding job of matching the existing lights and hooking it in to the already existing timer. The job was fantastic. I ordered the 75 foot 50 amp extension cord. It should be here next Wednesday. Jon approved this extension cord.Jorge and his helper (I can’t remember his name) were excellent as well. They tested both panels and the outside source.

We’ve had these guys out for lots of different jobs - running new wires for a hot tub and for an electric stove, and for a dead wire in our basement - and all three times they have been exceptional. They identified a safety hazard where power was being spliced by a DIY-er off of a 220 source, which they fixed, and when they ran new wires in our finished basement, they did so without making any holes in the ceiling or walls, which other electricians said they’d have to do. (We had the right setup for it, but they do everything they can to work with your existing space.) So appreciative of their expertise and professionalism, we are safer in our house because of them.

The best communication Ive had with any contractor. Due to the nature of any contracting company, juggling multiple jobs in a hot market means communication is often a challenge. Jon was always quick to response and easy to get ahold of. I felt confident my job was important to them. Everyone I interacted with was great to work with and they kept me in the loop on everything they did. The price was comparable to other quotes we received. I know everyone wants to save some $$$ by waiting for their brother-in-laws uncles best friend, but if you want things done right and quickly its worth the price. They didn’t hesitate to accept the challenge and began the diagnostic phase of the project.
