We had a major storm not too long ago and Gentech made sure to have a technician come to my house as soon as they possibly could. He diagnosed the issue and had my generator up and running within a very short amount of time. When i called a couple days after, the woman in the office was so nice in helping me receive my invoice and setting me up for future service. 10/10 service, very satisfied

Had a power outage and my generator failed at a critical time when I had to have power. I called Gentech, who I have a service contract with, and they said they would send someone right out—-and they did! Chris, their technician arrived and quickly found the problem. He had the replacement component on his truck, and he replaced it. Arrival time to repair completed—about 1 hr. Nice job Chris and Gentech. Thanks for the prompt response and repair.

My husband has been a Gentech customer for over 20 years. The service they provided was spectacular. I highly recommend John, Joe and Pete. It’s a quality company. I wouldn’t use anyone else but them.

I am writing this the minute I got access to the computer. We had lost power in the area, and my generator did not kick in. I immediately called Gentech, knowing that because today is Sunday, Ill just leave the message, and hope for the best. In less than 10 minutes I got a phone call back from John (a technician) who was very patient, reassuring, and empathetic. It immediately made me feel safe. He also reassured me that we will try to address the problem over the phone, and try and fix it. I am not a technical person at all! - and John again, very patiently, led me through all the steps, and we were able to resolve it over the phone and have the generator start. Thank you so much! I am very grateful.

My wife is on oxygen 24/7 so when my generac generator stopped working I called the original installer and was told that they wouldnt be able to come out for at least a week or two.I reached out to Gentech and Larry and Tiffany were able to get the part I needed and completed the repair the next day.Now thats great customer service.

Staff is very friendly and eager to help customers. Technicians are very informative, pleasant to deal with, and super knowledgeable about generators. Very happy with my decision to choose Gentech as a maintenance provider for our family. Highly recommend!!

I used Gentec for the yearly maintenance for my generator, a good at a reasonable price. My generator was not working, I called and a lovely young lady (Cristain?) talked me through the problem.. They could have come out and charged me a service charge and I would not have been the wiser. They are nice people.

I volunteer at HVSPCA in New Windsor a no kill animal shelter. After a fire 2 1/2 yrs ago Gentech Ltd donated a 17kw Generac . Monday I called them and asked if they would donate a battery for the generator, the answer was Yes , I drove over and it was ready for me. Thank you John.. Oh! they also adopted a dog from us a few years back who greets anybody that comes into the office..
