    Bath Fitters are the way to go if you are in need of changing/remodeling your shower stall. Their price was the Best and Chris R the installer was wonderful. He did a great job and was very neat and professional.He is very knowledgeable and I’d Recommend asking for him as your installer if he’s available! Tony came out to our house initially to give us the quote and he was wonderful! He went above and beyond for us and was very understanding with our health issues. Their prices are better than Yankee Home and plumbers too!

    We could not be more pleased with our experience with bath fitters. They were extremely patient as we worked through the trouble of replacing a block window and when the time came to do their work, they were efficient and professional. As you can see from the pictures which show the nasty grout and the jetted tub, our bath area was pretty disgusting.Our installer, Jesus, was friendly and professional from the moment he arrived and went out of his way to keep us informed of what was going on. His work was flawless and they finished on time. This involved having a plumber and electrician come to deal with the jetted tub, but they still did everything in one day. When the time came for me to review their work, I realized Jesus had gone way above and beyond our expectations. Due to the width of the jetted tub, we were expecting to have a small gap between the tile and the new tub. We intended to replace the tile to deal with this, but when I looked there was no Gap. It turns out he moved the back wall out slightly so that the tub would fit perfectly into the space. You can see how well it lines up to the tile in the after pictures (identifiable by how clean and finished everything looks compared to the disgusting before pictures.)Everyone at bath fitters made what we thought would be a very complicated mess into an incredibly easy procedure (at least on our end.) I would recommend bath fitters to anyone who asked without reservation.

Paul and Holly’s customer from service from the start was impeccable.  I kept in touch to let them know although I wasn’t quite ready to move forward with remodeling my shower, I was still interested in doing business with them. When I received the call from Paul G. that I had been selected to have a free remodeling of my shower at no cost to me I was in complete shock! I NEVER thought something so life changing could happen to me. I have had some medical challenges that have develop since getting older and the blessing of a Walkin shower helps tremendously especially with my knees. This shower was designed with all the needs I have now and will need in the future to sustain an independent lifestyle.     A job very well done by all involved at Bath Fitter. From the initial visit by Tony tol the installation headed by Jesus. This was one very smooth operation. All showed up when scheduled, and the job was done by 3 as promised. Tony was super helpful with choosing patterns, etc. We are very happy with the completed job!!!

    I just had my shower and bathtub replace , wow !!!!!! What a difference, it’s beautiful. It took about 5 hours to complete and I can’t be happier .Dan D was my the installer,he is great .What a great job he did.They protected my floors and carpets and no mess to clean , awesome.This is my second time with Bath Fitter and I highly recommend them to anyone.Great job Dan .     We are VERY happy with our Bath Fitter install. Ralph (I think that was his name, Im sorry if I messed that up) was the installer. He was very professional and shockingly clean for a project like this. If I had tried this type of thing, thered be a day of clean up alone! He arrived early and worked through the day to finish, and it looks great.If theres any issue, its that the brand new white surround makes the old white tiles, toilet, and sink look bad in comparison! Thanks!

    We had a repair on our existing Bath Fitter enclosure. Chris W. was our technician. Chris was professional and polite. He explained step by step what he was doing. He was very meticulous and the quality of his work is evident. He also laid out blue walking mats to the bathroom to limit dirt and debris. We could not be happier with his work! Highly recommend.     I had shopped around for a while and met with six different companies before I weighed the pros and cons and read many many reviews until I had decided to go with bathfitter to work on my renovation project. The salesman that came to my house was great. He was very knowledgeable and compassionate like most salesman but he was a genuinely nice man. After we spent an hour going through everything and finally gave me my price, I had decided to go with them. It took a while to get everything in most likely due to the holidays. My install started yesterday and believe me Pandora’s box was opened after they took out the existing tub and I had to make necessary repairs to the concrete floor and they promised they would be be at my house the following morning. I can honestly say that the office staff was very attentive in reaching out every step of the way, and treated me like a valued customer. One thing I really appreciate is communication and transparency due to some issues that they were on top of and I sincerely appreciated the openness and honesty. The Technician that was here (Chris R) was extraordinary. He was extremely knowledgeable and informative and was awesone with answering any questions and explaining everything as the project progressed. He asked my opinion about where to place the grab bars so that they were installed at the perfect height and placement for me. I highly suggest if you go with bathfitter in CT to request him. Not only was he spot on and meticulous throughout the entire installation, he was actually genuinely concerned about the cleanliness of the bathroom and the path from the front door to the bathroom he placed mats down and kept everything clean as he worked, another excellent work ethic. Again Chris R is definitely a major asset to this company and I really hope he is commended and rewarded for his skill and work ethic. I really appreciated him and his work. I would highly recommend bathfitter, even know they are on the pricey side, the only thing that would have made this entire project better if it would have been more affordable to me.

The installation day when without a hitch. A plumber came and worked for a few hours with the bathfitter installer. They were thorough and competent. I have no complaints at all.     We had our bathtub converted to a shower only. The installers were Dan D. and Chris L. They did an excellent job. They were on time, efficient, pleasant and answered the questions we had. They cleaned up when they were done and finished the job quicker than was expected. All in all it was a very terrific experience.I would recomment this company and product in the future.

    Replaced existing standing shower with a new bigger base and walls from Bath Fitters. Everything from start to finish was seem less. Paul explained the product in detail and made recommendations based on our need. Approximately took 6 weeks for product to be ready. Chris L and Chris R came in and did an excellent and professional job to finish the installation in a day . Actually in 6 hours or so. Recommended use was after 24 hours . Used after 40 hours and everything worked out perfectly.

    Bathfitters installed a New Tub shower unit 2 years ago. A crack had developed in the floor of the tub. Bathfitters reacted very quickly, ordered a new tub and new shower walls and came out to install the new pieces within 2 weeks of the complaint. Chris R and Jesus were very professional and great at there jobs. They were extremely efficient, clean and conscientious. We are very happy with the work they had done and the support we received from Bathfitters.

    We had a pretty good idea of what we wanted to do with removing our tub and installing a standing shower. Paul was our initial consultation contact. He arrived on time, was extremely thorough with his presentation and very professional. We were on a tight timeline to get the job done and Paul promised that the job will be done by the due date we had requested. On the day of, Dan was our installer, along with ED from their 3rd party plumbing company. Dan arrived right on time, completed the demo and new shower on time. He was professional and courteous the entire time. 10 days in, the shower is working well and we have no complaints about the quality and workmanship of the total process. At this point in time, I can recommend Bathfitter@Windsor to others 100%.

    Had my tub and surround replaced along with plumbing by Jesus S. and he and the other installers did a great job! there was a small problem with the manufacturing of the tub but Jesus made it much better and Mike the manager was willing to work with us making us very happy rather than having it ripped out and reinstalled which they were willing to do. We are happy we hired them and the bathroom shower/tub looks amazing!

    I had a bathtub installation performed by Chris R of Bath Fitters in Windsor CT. EVERYTHING WENT PERFECT! My appointment was scheduled for between 7:30 & 9:30 & Chris arrived at 7:28 (he is based out of Windsor which is at least 50 minutes away). When he arrived he brought in mats and placed the from the front door to the bathroom so he didn’t track mud in the house after the snowstorm yesterday. The job he did is flawless! We are very pleased.

    I recently had a jacuzzi tub removed and replaced with a Bath Fitter walk-in shower. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, professional and responsive. Bill Miller was my initial contact and he was a pleasure to work with. On the installation day, Dan arrived promptly and did an exceptional job. Not only did the shower exceed my expectations, but Dan was so neat that you would never have known he was there. My only very small criticism was that no one from Bath Fitters contacted me afterwards to make sure I was completely satisfied. My feedback would have been totally positive, it just would have been nice to be contacted. I highly recommend Bath Fitters/Windsor to anyone planning a bathroom renovation

    Bathfitter was great. I had a B.F. tub enclosed installed 21 years ago. In recent months felt like I was standing on a water mattress each time I showered. Called B.F. and even though it is 21 years old all the people on the phone were apologetic and polite.     We had just purchased a house and the bathroom had a number of issues, biggest project was replacing the shower. Reached out for a quote and was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and quality of this company from the start. The initial review was done through a Zoom call and only after we decided to go with the replacement was there an onsite visit. Each step was clearly provided and the installation itself was done in just a few hours. We have had no issues with the new shower and tub, and would highly recommend for any bathroom remodel.Added bonus, as mentioned we had just purchased this home, our first home, and the contractor that installed the shower was able to review our system and provide a ton of information from the water heater to plumbing throughout the home. Overall an excellent experience and they went above and beyond, really appreciate the job well done!

    When I went to see the work done by Dan D. and Kyle N. I was amazed at what I saw. My bath is a work of art. They spent from 7:30 till 4:00 working with a short break for lunch.     Bath Fitter (Windsor CT) is not inexpensive, but their Bath Shower Remodeling product and customer support is first class. Winton (sales), Jennifer (office), and Jesus ( instillation) provided exactly what I had hoped for - being accommodating and thoroughly professional. The job discovered an unforeseen flooring structural problem that turned a 1 day effort into 1 1/2 days. They stood by their original price quote. That office delivers an attractive quality product and I would recommend them to anyone. They rate 11 out of 10 in my book!

    Great service and long lasting products. I had a shower door installed many years ago and just recently needed a replacement piece on the bottom of the door. The office was extremely responsive and Michael was wonderful. Parts ordered and delivered right away. Way more than I expected for such an old door.     This was so easy I cant believe I didnt do it years ago! Tony arrived at our house right on time to give his sales presentation. He measured everything he needed, showed us samples and explained everything. We gave the deposit. After a month or so, we received word that all the parts were in and we made an appointment for a couple of days away! The installer arrived on time, covered all carpets and stairs and installed the tub by the afternoon, leaving everything clean! I cant say enough about them. We were very pleased with the whole process!

    They did a superb job installing a new tub and shower over our old tub and they were a pleasure to work with. They were also very quick in responding to any information that I requested. One concern that I had was why the water pressure was low. They said that all manufacturers are required by law to install flow restrictors in the shower head but theyre removable. After I removed the restrictor I was thrilled with everything. I highly recommend Bath Fitter.

    My experience with the bath fitter was excellent. It began with sales. Paul was accommodating and understood what I needed. Since I could not be at the house, we could build the project via Zoom. He was patient and provided options. He was always available to me if I had questions. The day of the installation could not have gone any better. They came in and completed the installation, cleaned up, and removed the old tub, walls, and plumbing materials. We had one completely understandable issue. The new shower head was gushing water everywhere. I called for service, and they were there within the hour. This happened because it could only be tested once the glue dried. Great service.Donna D
