Absolutely thrilled with the service provided by Air Solutions, LLC! From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. Carmen and Nick, the owner and son who installed our new AC and furnace, were fantastic. They arrived right on time, were incredibly professional, and took the time to explain the process in detail. The installation was seamless, and they ensured everything was working perfectly before they left. Not only did they respect our home, but they also left the work area spotless. The new system is running smoothly, and we’ve already noticed a significant improvement in comfort. I can’t recommend Air Solutions, LLC enough – they truly went above and beyond! I called on a Sunday needing urgent service for a thermostat issue. Air Solutions was unable to schedule an appointment for that day but was able to walk me through troubleshooting the issue over the phone. Our thermostat is working great and I really appreciated the help!!

I have used Carmen for years repairing various units on my rentals so when BOTH split system nits failed simultaneously last month I called for his assistance. He came that afternoon and repaired our downstairs coil vs the standard must be replaced from competitors. This alone saved me money and got us ac or our main level immediately. 3 other warranty recommended companies all said coil needed to be replaced.He also ordered and replaced our 26 year old upstairs system within 5 days. His prices are very reasonable, he will repair vs replace to save homeowner money, he returns calls, arrives on time and does EXCEPTIONAL work.I heartily recommend this company!!

Heat pump starting making a very loud, clanking sound on a Saturday. Called my home warranty service and they advised service would be through Air Solutions on Monday. Per the home warranty instructions, called Air Solutions and left a message. Within the hour they called back and within 3 hours they were at my house, had diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Bottom Line- Incredible service.

Carmen is coming tomorrow to replace my furnace control board but I can already say I have received 5 star service. He accepted my call after hours, spoke with me at length about the issues I was having, and provided a very quick solution. He’s INCREDIBLY responsive, fair, generous with his time, and I don’t have to wait weeks for the repsir. I feel he went above and beyond and this was before the install. He made more progress and showed more initiative in 30 mins than the last company did over a few weeks.Will update after the actual repair, but I’ve already saved his number in my phone and he’s definitely my new go to. I’m thrilled that air solutions was recommended to me!!!Update- great communication day of appt, showed up right on time, quick fix and everything is back to normal. 5 stars all around.
