Manuel Valdez has become our neighborhood’s main contractor! I got his name from neighbors who had him come back for multiple projects, and I too have recommended him to friends and family since he did my deck. Manuel’s quotes are REASONABLE; he has multiple teams, and is able to schedule jobs and complete them QUICKLY; his people are GOOD and DETAILED; they SHOW UP when they say they will, and FINISH ON SCHEDULE. I feel so grateful to have found Manuel’s company. I just called him to schedule finishing my basement next, and I really look forward to working with him again.

Wow! We are relatively new to the area and were searching for a contractor to finish our basement before the summer. We received several different quotes from other companies. Still, when Manuel from Valdez Valdez Building and Remodeling responded, he was very professional and assured us our project could get done before our families arrived. We had family visiting for the summer, so we were looking for quality work and something that could be done within our time frame. We had our basement finished. Manuel responded to our needs and desires and offered input and suggestions for our basement design goal. We put a full bathroom, guest bedroom with closet, utility, storage closet, and closet under the steps! We love working with Valdez Builders and will use them in the future. We recommend them without hesitation to anyone. Thank you for a job well done!

We highly recommend Manuel and his builders! They are fantastic! We had our basement finished/remodeled and a beautiful Trex deck extension. Theyve also done painting and some electrical work for us. Manuel is very transparent about the plans before any work is started and answers our questions. We fully trust them with our home remodeling needs.
