I am very happy with Greg, Dave, and Justin Fraser - Fraser Home Services and their divisions JLF and Top Deck . Fraser family does outstanding work - top notch materials and construction.Superb communication and excellent customer service. I had no issues or problem with any of my construction. The project ran smoothly from beginning to end. I would HIGHLY recommend this highly skilled team to anyone. They are open, honest and communicative, willing to help in every way.

Justin put new floors in for us and they look amazing!! He also did a bunch of other work for us around our house and on our back deck that was just as amazing. Justin is professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy and a very talented carpenter. I would recommend JLF Construction 100%

We have used JLF for multiple projects from small jobs to larger multi contractor projects. From start to finish JLF construction did a great job with our front porch and back deck. Justin gave us several different design options and estimates to help us make the right choices, while also keeping cost in mind. Once the job was started, we were amazed at how quick and efficient Justin and his team were. They were meticulous with the construction, and also with clean up. In only 4 days, they finished the project exceeding our expectations and transforming our house. We will certainly be using JLF construction for future projects.
