We recently hired Flores design and construction for our exterior stairs and second floor balcony replacement. From the start, Rigo and his crew were prompt and professional. They arrived early for the demolition and worked tirelessly to complete this first step. They quickly removed the debris and began the process of building our replacement structure. The whole process took time but we were happy to see their attention to detail and their caring attitudes were greatly appreciated. The project involved tying the new structure into our existing deck and this was done with care and expertise. The whole project was a success and we would highly recommended Rigo and his team for your next home project. We will also be using his company for our next big renovation project!

I highly recommend Flores Designs & Construction. Rigo listened to what I envisioned, submitted plans to the historic commission in my town, and worked well with the borough inspector to obtain all approvals and permits needed. His crews were excellent. My project entailed tear down of an old unstable garage and a rebuild that included retaining walls with proper drainage. Rigo went over and above to ensure I was happy, made minor adjustments as requested, and the finished product is exceptional.

We have used Flores Design and Construction for five (5) bathroom renovation projects at our church, over the past two years, including adding a bathroom in a space where one did not already exist. Rigo has been great to deal with and has an excellent vision for how to make the most of the available space. He stays in touch throughout the project and I trust his judgment, when he makes suggestions on the design and materials. We will definitely use this company again for future projects.

I highly recommend Flores for high-quality building and construction work. Rigo and his team built a newly designed house for us that turned out beautifully. The foundation, framing, and drywall work was very solid and expertly rendered. The finishes inside were stunning, including a custom staircase, a beautiful, vaulted ceiling, and great tilework in the baths and kitchen. The house is so tight and well insulated that we rarely have to turn on the heat. Rigo is easy to work with and very responsive. I would work with him again.

Rigo and his team helped us remodel our second floor laundry room and design an additional full bathroom. Rigo was professional and extremely knowledgeable. The outcome was beautiful and exactly what we wanted. The project started right away and took about one month to complete. Price was very reasonable as well.

Rigo and his teams built a two-bedroom two-bathroom addition to my house; I just moved in last week and everything is perfect. The entire experience was an absolute delight. Right from the start, Rigo returned phone calls, provided estimates when he said he would. Rigo’s knowledge of design and building, the skill of all his crews and selected subcontractors is incredible. Rigo can solve any problem or challenge; we found some issues with the existing house; he and his team provided detailed recommendations and implemented the appropriate fix to all the issues. Attention to detail and considering how the house would be used and by whom was apparent throughout the project; Rigo patiently listened to my ideas and requirements and provided ideas and creative solutions. The entire team was extremely respectful of me and the family as well as with the property. I have already recommended Rigo to others. The main house still needs work, I will be calling Rigo!

Highly highly recommend!! 5 stars without a doubt! As a new homeowner, I got 5 or 6 estimates for converting our spare bedroom to a laundry room. Rigo came for a walk through, gave a thorough (and accurate) estimate, and was very responsive to my questions. He sourced flooring on the spot that you would never know if different from our current flooring. His team started working as soon as possible and were finished in basically 2 days (a third day when the machines and additional flooring arrived). The whole Flores team was excellent, professional, and very kind. They were respectful of my home, my pets, my neighbors. All throughout their work and kept very tidy and polite. The results are amazing! I felt like it was effortless. And done so quickly! I am so pleased with their work and my new laundry room. For sure I will be calling Flores for any other renovations in my home.UPDATE: we booked the Flores team for a full yard fence install - that was quick, seamless, high quality and very affordable. They asked question along the way, respected my neighbors property, kept the yard clean and tidy while working.I would hire Flores again and again. I recommend them to everyone.

If you need any project done please do not hesitate to use these guys! Absolutely awesome company and staff! There is nothing to big or to small, whatever your vision they will make it happen! From the owner to all of his staff they are so willing to make sure that you are above and beyond happy with what they’ve done! They have recently finished an in law suite for us and I couldn’t be happier with every part of the process!

I have contracted with Rigo for 3 separate jobs in my 60s home in North Wilmington: kitchen renovation, master bathroom and building a screened in porch in my backyard. He is a pleasure to work with. His crew is punctual, hard working and do an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves. He is always willing to discuss any concerns and issues you might have. He even returned 2 years later to fix an issue in my bathroom. I would highly recommend Flores construction company

Flores Designs & Construction has been at my house since 10/25/2022. Mr. Rigo Flores is extremely professional, educated and respectful in helping us with the removal of our screened in porch to build an addition. He held our hand through the entire design, demolition and is now building our addition. His crew shows up everyday ON TIME! Like 7 or 8 men. They are also very professional and very respectful. They dont stop working all day! Amazing!! These men show pride in their work. One of the men in Mr. Floress crew, Ray, is outstanding, extremely friendly and everything he touches turns out beautiful! Everything is custom. At this speed it will be done in no time. Ive also added an egress window in the basement. And new flooring/paint on the entire first level. I will never use anyone else but Flores Design & Construction!

I had some damage to my garage and house from the recent rain/wind storm so i reached out to Flores Designs and Construction off of a recommendation from a friend. They came out today for what i thought was just going to be an estimate but to my surprise, they were able to complete the job during today and they did a GREAT job, i highly recommend!! And I’ll be calling them again!

They finished our basement - making it a walk out, adding a bathroom, a bar, and an exercise room plus all of the storage that I wanted and an entertainment area where we can watch TV and movies/play games/etc. Rigo and his crew were very professional throughout the entire process. We cannot wait to start using the basement now! It looks so much better than I could have imagined.

For the 2nd time we have worked with Flores (Rigo & his team) and we will work with them again and again. This time they installed a privacy fence for us, fully enclosing our back and side yards. Rigo came and took measurements and gave me a very reasonable estimate. I was very specific and he took everything into consideration. Once the materials came in, his team took only two day to fully install the fence and it was incredibly impressive. They took such care to ensure that everything was level, made nice even lines. They took special care when working around our neighbors tree. They asked before hauling away the dirt and rock and left nothing in my yard when they left. They even washed the fence, and sprayed down the patio to make sure it was shining when they left.We will use Flores again and again- it seems there is nothing they can’t do and do very very well! We are so impressed!

We recently used Flores to remove and rebuild our 60 foot deck. At the same time we had them build a screened in porch. The work was done very professionally and the quality was exceptional. They were extremely diligent about keeping the workplace clean and all debris was promplty removed. A truly excellent company that I would be proud to recommend to anyone. Rigo and his crew did an outstanding job. Great followup on the small number of punch list items as well.
