Timeless Properties did an absolutely amazing job for us in Hampstead. Things that made a difference: ⭐️Tony and his team were on top of every step in the planning process. They worked with our budget and delivered a great finished product. ⭐️ Chris - the GC on site paid attention to Every. Single. Detail. He accommodated and began to anticipate last minute changes as he got to know me AND delivered AHEAD of schedule . Chris adopted my vision and brought it to life. The finished product was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend Timeless and will only make one phone call with any future projects commercial or residential.

Id like to start by saying Mandy is amazing. She came to look at our drywall issue and just made us feel like family, couldn’t have had a better person to interact with. Timeless Properties was a recommendation from a friend to repair my homes damage from Hurricane Florence. Tonys team arrived as soon as my roof was repaired and worked in a timely manner to repair the interior damage. Their team was very meticulous about preparing the areas and daily cleanup. Their work was superfluous!!! Looking at the ceilings that were replaced and wall damage that was repaired, youd never suspect that any damage every occurred! Beautiful job done, great team! Timeless Properties is by far the most amazing GC there is. We started out with them over 4 years ago with a concept of our dream home. Not only did Tony sit down and design our home with us, but he and his team were by our side each step of the way. Pauls (our PM) attention to detail and communication were top notch and exceeded ALL expectations. Building a home and moving a large family into it is very stressful...However, Timeless Properties made the process as painless as possible, and truly became like family by the end. We would never choose anyone else for another project.

Timeless Properties Construction Company remodeled and painted my house earlier this year. The quality of work is like no other. Im not easy to please and have high expectations when spending money on a service, but I am very happy with the results and feel like my return on investment is priceless. They are professional, accurate, on time, and care about their customers and work. I would 100% recommend them and give them 10 stars if I could. Also, their pricing is competitive because I compared to many other companies, but Im sure other companies wouldnt have made my house look like this!!!!

Tony with Timeless Properties took on a daunting task of making us happy through the building process of our house. Between the two of us we have had both good and bad building experiences and this was by far the best building experience yet. Tony was given an idea and brought it to life. He kept us on budget and on time throughout the entire building process. He gave us input on all aspects, giving his opinions of what was necessary and unnecessary. He was professional through the entirety of the project. His subs were of the highest quality and his job site was always spotless. Timeless Properties completely overhauled an existing commercial space, including gutting the interior and replacing everything from the floor to the ceiling per our architectural specifications and business requirements and in line with local codes. Tony and his team took care of all the details from permitting to obtaining final government approvals and our Certificate of Occupancy. The team stayed on schedule and stuck to their estimates, allowing us to focus on all the other aspects of opening a brand new business. The team was friendly, responsive to questions, and professional in every way and always made us feel like a valued client. The finished project was beautiful and they stand behind their work, making sure every detail was exactly as specified, and coming up with workable solutions when adjustments needed to be made.
