We feel fortunate that we found Rick Ward when we were looking for help with a small carpentry job of adding a handrail leading up to our 2nd floor. After meeting with Rick and seeing his excellent work, we added other projects that were way overdue. Rick always listened to and offered suggestions including helpful resources for suppliers, etc. He replaced the top plate of the railing of our deck and he was instrumental in the planning of the upgrades of our bathrooms. He went over and above every time in his assistance to us. He gave us quotes every step of the way and communicated with us as to when he was available. We hired Rick to re-do our stairs to our second floor. The stairs were 60 yrs old and in poor shape. Rick was very detailed about what needed to be done and always on time when he told us when he would be arriving to our home. He was great with communication and giving us options on what could be done. He did an awesome job taking his time and paying close attention to detail to make sure all was leveled. We will definitely use him again here in our home for any carpentry needs.
