Geoff handled several jobs for us. He painted the exterior trim on my home, as well as the entire interior of our beach house at Wrightsville Beach. He is professional, prompt, and communicative. He kept us informed during the process about schedules. The end result of both projects is beautiful! Geoffs communication, attention to detail, and timeliness is what sets him apart from other contractors. Five stars!

We needed our wrightsville beach vacation home exterior and interior painted, Geoff came out and he was very professional and knowledgeable. The crew he put on the job was very friendly did top quality work. Will use again in the future!

I was in Omaha NE and looking for a painter to repaint a home in Wilmington, that we had been renting out since January, but were planning to move into in August. He was referred to us by Home Advisor and was one of several who submitted bids to re-paint the interior of the house. As far as price goes, his bid was in line with the others, but once I saw it, if he had been the highest bidder, he still would have gotten the job.All the other bids consisted of two figures one for labor and one for materials. His bid was by room and contained a picture of each room, so there could be no doubt as to what you were agreeing too. It is the kind of bid you normally only see in the business world. It showed me that I was dealing with a contractor but also a professional businessman. By the time we got things settled down, I gave him a about a 10-day window. I think he said he had six crews, so that time-frame would not be a problem. He got it done within the window I gave him and it only took him 3 days to complete the job.When he sent me pictures of the completed job, I realized that they had painted a wall that I thought that I had told them to leave the original color. One of the problems of being 1400 miles away, is that there is a good chance of communication problems and I made one. He happily corrected the situationin one day, without pointing out that it was my fault. My wife was once again happy, which makes me happy.About a week or so after he finished the job, my wife and I finally got to see his finished product. The house was painted perfectly and not a drop of paint anywhere it was not supposed to be. I’ve seen new homes that have paint jobs that didn’t look as good as this one.I highly recommend GBD Inc for all your painting needs and based on their professionalism, I’d feel confident in recommending that you use them for flooring and carpentry needs as well.

We’ve had GBD INC come out multiples times, to both the house we just sold and our new house. These guys work fast and the prices are extremely affordable. The owner does a walkthrough before his team leaves to ensure everything is tip top and that we are happy with the work. If theres even anything small wrong with the walkthrough, he has them fix it before they leave. Never have I seen an owner work so close with his team doing the work, it’s really great. He also is great at pointing out things that I wouldn’t have noticed, and has his team repair the wall before any further damage would be done. I’ve recommended him to multiple people already and will continue to do so. If you need something painted, check this company out first because they are amazing.
