I can not even express how pleased I am with the craftsmanship. Patrick took a plain office space & transformed it into my dream space! I wanted a sitting/library room with shelves and a functional ladder. During our consult, he went over all the options & gave me ideas on what to do (I’m so thankful for his suggestions). It turned out amazing! Will definitely hire again for any type of cabinetry/woodwork. Patrick’s skill level is unmatched.

Patrick with Sureline Finishes did an incredible job on 3 projects in my house. All 3 exceeded my expectations. He did a complete fireplace/wall remodel in the living room with shiplap, a board and batten wall in the master bedroom and a basic shelf with hanging rod in my laundry room that added so much function. I have attached before and after pictures of the living room. It was a complete transformation, it doesnt even look like the same house! His workmanship was incredible! He is meticulous and takes great pride in his work, every detail was perfect. He offered great design suggestions that I never would have thought of. He even fixed/improved the existing doors on the built in. He also left the job site completely clean and buttoned up every night. Patrick was a pleasure to work with from start to finish!

If you’re looking for custom work done in your home, you should stop looking… and go with Sureline!We wanted a farmhouse look in our living room – ceiling beams, a shiplap fireplace and wall-to-wall built-in bookshelves.It was a huge project and we were delivered an incredible and stunning final product.From the initial, “no pressure” meeting and assessment, down to the final moments of detail, Patrick was such a pleasure to work with.With a city that is filled with subpar contractors (I’ve heard horror stories on Facebook), it’s really a breath of fresh air to have found someone who is not only super talented, but that also cares enough to ensure your complete satisfaction with the outcome of his work.That’s Patrick.He’s 100% dedicated to his craft and his work is just gorgeous.We will DEFINITELY be using him for every other project we want done in our home.Forewarned – he is popular and heavily booked, for good reason. I highly recommend working with Patrick to bring your vision to reality. He’s not only got an eye for design but he brought my functional space dreams to reality. He turned a laundry room into a beautiful multi-functional room that will now be so useful for my family for many years ahead. Not only is his craftsmanship and creativity top notch but he is thorough, keeps you informed and involved every step of the way and really makes it easy for you as the customer. Greatly appreciated as a busy working mom!! This type of home project could be stressful but not if you’re working with Patrick. He cares about his work, has an efficient system in place and is fair through and through. I can’t wait to have him back for the next project!!

I definitely recommend working with Patrick Mosca from Sureline Finishes. The fact that there is a waiting list speak for the high demand of his work. From beginning to end of the process Patrick has been professional, understanding and creative to design and exceed the expectation for our project. It was a bookshelf with cabinets to cover a full wall and it was exactly how we imagine it was going to be plus a few perks that he added. The quality of his workmanship and the attention to detail has no comparison. I will definitely work with him on my next project

Patricks talent is off the charts. We contacted him about having a custom bar made that would house all our favorite beverages, gadgets, souvenirs and drinkware. Cannot say enough about Patrick and the amazing custom built-ins he created for our playroom. We were in desperate need of a beautiful and functional way to maximize storage in this area and boy did he deliver! He was so communicative and helpful throughout the process and finished the job in a matter of days. He even came back to modify the job after it was finished when I had an additional request. I am so excited to work with him again later this year on some additional projects and see more of his work throughout our home!

Dependable, hardworking, respectful, detail-oriented and kind are just some of the words I would use to describe Patrick and his work. We hired Sureline Finishes to install beadboard, baseboards and chair rail in our powder room and I couldn’t be more pleased with how it turned out! The attention to detail with his woodworking around corners makes the space look extremely custom and complete. He even moved my light switch to ensure it would be even with the outlet so that the beadboard spacing above both would look perfect. I am thrilled with the job and am already thinking of the next projects I will hire Patrick to complete 🤗

We wanted to have them build a wall unit with shiplap backing.They listened and sketched and measured. Sureline Finishes greatly exceeded our expectations! Patrick is an amazing craftsman and was so wonderful to work with. He is the real deal-professional, organized, punctual, super tidy, and ridiculously detail oriented. We started with a completely blank wall with a mantel just stuck onto the wall. Patrick built custom storage window seats, bumped out the fireplace and added beautiful trim to make it the showcase of our home. He added finishing touches we never would have thought of that made our room perfect. He had great ideas to finish off the space that really completed the project, and it is obvious he takes pride in his work. We have been through major renovations and Patrick made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I can’t recommend Patrick and Sureline Finishes highly enough.
