Today Scott came out to service tankless water heater and found a manufacturing defect. He called the manufacturer and arranged for the warrantied parts. That is full service and the added value of Plumb Perfection. Use them!

    Plumb Perfection provided superb service from start to finish. I needed two plumbing jobs completed in a basement apartment. Scott Sande responded in a timely manner to my request for an estimate and assessed the overall job, timeframe and cost accurately - there were no surprises either in the process or in the final bill. I needed adjustments made to two drain pipes - one for the kitchen sink and one for the bathroom sink. Both required connections to an existing drain pipe located in the crawl space. The kitchen sink drain pipe had been worked on before by at least two other companies however they never actually sorted out the drainage/back gas issue - leaving a situation which often left a residual odor due to poor drainage. Plumb Perfection corrected this long term issue. The kitchen drainage required cutting a channel vertically (approx 2 ft) through cinder block in order to connect to the overall house water drainage system in the crawl space. Additionally, this job required access from the crawl space through he cinder block which meant digging down 2 ft into the ground inside the crawl space and connecting the access by drilling through the cinder block. Small space, tight area to maneuver. The second job, the bathroom sink drainage required an adjustment to the drain pipe which meant cutting drywall and aligning the pipe to the appropriate location and length. This second job also required accuracy in exact measurement due to the position and type of bathroom vanity being installed. I can not say enough about the skill, professionalism, and quality of workmanship done by Quinton Engelking! These were tough jobs and Quinton did both in a timely manner, superb clean up after each job. How he managed to dig the 2 ft access point while in the crawl space - still amazing! Lasting Quinton installed both sinks and also helped sort out the toilet flange.The entire team at Plumb Perfection really bailed me out of a time crunch, completing all before my daughter and husband needed to move in. I felt Plumb Perfection team understood my sense of urgency and partnered with me in completing in order to meet the time lines.All around 5 +++++ stars - will have them do my work in all future plumbing needs!

    Katie in the office is amazing at ensuring youre scheduled timely. Scott is super helpful and kind. Even though they didnt install our hot water heater, they recognized the warranty information on the tank and worked to resolve our problems under the extended warranty.     Had an opening and came early (which was good), they now have to do some research to find the stem parts for the house we just purchased but hopefully it will all work. After a first attempt that did not have the correct parts, they found a matching US replacement for a European model and installed today. Scott was a great technician and showed us some other things about the tankless hot water heater he had installed for the previous owners of the house.

    I have had a problem with my tankless water heater for the last year and one half. The hot water would turn luke warm very quickly in certain parts of my home.     Weve used Plumb Perfection exclusively for the past 5 years. We discovered a water stain on our family room ceiling. Scott and his team came the same day, walked us through what the issue was, what they suggested as a repair, answered all of our questions and replaced the pipes that same day. After, all was clean, they asked if we had any questions and the job was complete. Every time we need them they respond quickly and the job is completed quickly and professionally. We would not consider using anyone else!We just had Plumb Perfection replace all the copper pipes in our crawlspace with PEX. They insulated all the pipes and even installed new frost free hose bibs. After the was done, Scott (the owner) came out to do a final check, then came back again in add a few more straps, which werent really needed, but he wanted to make sure.They have also replaced all the toilets (5) in the house with comfort height, new frost free hose bibs outside and many other items!We also had a leak in one of the toilet shutoff valves and Plumb Perfection, despite being swamped, came out the same day to repair. They are the absolute best!This attention to detail and professionalism is why we would never consider using anyone else!

    This is the third time we’ve used Plumb Perfection and each time, they’ve been nothing but kind.     Scott was recommended by my electrician to hook up gas to a whole home generator. I was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. He was also very reasonable in pricing. I had him come back to put a regulator on my grill as it was originally plumbed with no regulator, thus burning through grill parts.     YOU NEED THESE GUYS. Do yourself a favor – and call them FIRST. Days before Thanksgiving, inbound family and a burst main water line: spoke to every plumbing company answering to (757) and met with either “can get you after Thanksgiving” to high diagnostic and “travel” fees (watching water seep out of the ground – seemed pointless for $250-first-hour “leak detection” team). At Plumb Perfection, Katie took details at 3pm on a Friday afternoon – and Scott was out there an hour later. He recognized the issues, the scope of what needed to replace a line running under our concrete driveway, patiently explained all, took care of the permit and put his team into action. They came when scheduled, and (our luck again) with driving rain trying to fill the necessary trench work – Quentin was there in the mud, remaining after dark, making sure the line was connected. The county inspector later remarked on how tight and clean all the new connections were. Left things so clean - yard appears undisturbed. Their rates are reasonable. We are so grateful for that holiday rescue – and we will be back for future plumbing needs.

    This is the second time we have used Plumb Perfection. This time they replaced the main water shut off valve and a valve to turn off water to the outside spigots located inside the house. They also replaced three old outside spigots with valves I provided. Two plumbers showed up to perform the work. The main water shut off valve was frozen and could not turn the water off. It also had not previously been installed correctly. Plumb Perfection replaced and rerouted the supply pipes with quarter turn valves that they were able to install within the wall cavity and provided a cover so that they could be hidden. A much cleaner solution than the original plumbing was. They also replaced the three outside spigots from under the house using the crawl space. Both plumbers were very friendly and respectful of our property. Excellent work at a reasonable cost. Highly recommended.

    Shortly before my father-in-law passed away, the dishwasher failed at my mother-in-laws house. We tried to look at one or two big box stores but supply chains being what they are in COVID times, we kept running up against the products we wanted being unavailable. So we contacted Scott at Plumb Perfection to see if he could help us in our search for a good white dishwasher that would work as a replacement.He said buying and installing appliances wasnt his normal gig, but given my mother-in-laws recent bereavement, and that she was located in his home neighborhood, he would help. I know he had no idea what he was getting into.Over the course of the next month, it became clear that decent white dishwashers were very rare. Scott scoured the big box listings online, made personal trips to multiple stores, and finally, at the end, found one that was shippable from a builders supply website online. We traded probably thirty emails. He worked on this on weekends. Then he arrived first thing, on time, on a weekend when it finally arrived, masked up and ready to work. His install was fast and perfect. And when he was cleaning up (also perfect), we asked him advice on replacing an in-line water filter and he said, you need that done today? and knocked it out in five minutes.No only is he a consummate pro, hes a nice guy, responsible, dependable, and reasonably priced.
