I feel like I’m in the movie ‘Money Pit’ with Tom Hanks sometimes with the various items that have gone wrong over the years. Fortunately Belland has always been there for us in so many ways without delay. We never had to worry about being down and out for any length of time. And service has always been equal worth to the cost if not of more value. They have a great team at Belland.

We had Belland replace our old Furnace, AC unit, and they added a Mini-Split upstairs. They were very competitive, did a great job on the install, even after we ran into a snags (always something in an older house). They still completed everything on time and the new systems have worked great, the new Mini Split upstairs was an awesome addition. We would absolutely recommend them and will continue to use them in the future.

Ive used Belland a few times, and theyve always been fast and happy to accommodate. I think Corey is name of the guy who does whatever work I need, and hes always respectful. Much appreciated, and will continue to work with them in the future.

Guys came and tore out the old shower, installing a new shower. Did it in record time, cleaning up after themselves. Communicated well with us about expectations and where they were in the job and how much time to finish. Excellent work.

I had been trying to reach anyone about a sewer back up and was having no luck. Finally as the problem worsened (at 10 pm too) I started calling plumbing emergency numbers. Belland was the only one to pick up.

Had a very nice young man stop for our service call. His name was Tate. He was kind, curtious, respectful and very knowledgeable. He fixed our sink problem in no time. I was mostly impressed by his caring attitude. When I told him that our 40th Wedding Anniversary was coming up this July and my husband thinks he possibly lost his wedding ring down the either the kitchen or bathroom sink. He immediately offered to check them both for me.We had no luck, but Thanks again for going the extra mile Tate. Belland hired a good man and I hope Tom gives you a raise!
