    Conner he was so friendly. He was so understanding, nothing about him was judgmental at all. He is just a wonderful person.     Mr Sparky was amazing and did a great job repairing a major electrical problem in my home. The technician was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding as we discussed the options and pricing for the repair. I called over a dozen electricians that Saturday and Mr Sparky was the only electrician to answer my calls. I would highly recommend Mr Sparky to anyone needing quality electrical work, especially on short notice and outside business hours.

    Kaleb was very through and answered all of our questions. We opted to do the whole house revitalize package. The process was quick and easy. He even arranged for a team to come out the same day to get started on our job.Timothy started our job today and did an awesome job with his team and will be back in the morning to complete the job.Timothy and his team returned to complete the job and even though we had to go without power for about 5 hours they did an awesome job. He did have to troubleshoot a couple things that his team had done. However they really did a great job. Will definitely use them again and recommend Mr Sparky.

    Anthony did a thorough inspection of the electric components of my home. He reviewed his findings and made suggestions regarding items posing possible issues. He then removed and replaced two vanity light fixtures in my master bathroom. He cleaned up after he finished. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable.

    Daniel was very professional, answered and explained all my questions. Because he checked all aspects of electrical in our home, I was able to upgrade smoke alarms along with having a designated outlet installed.     I needed an electrician and was drawn to Mr. Sparky because of background checks for their technicians. I also read other reviews and customers seemed happy. Anthony arrived early, which was great for me. He diagnosed my ceiling fan problem and gave me several options. Unfortunately, he wasn’t able to repair and I needed a replacement fan. I was able to run to the store and pick one up and Anthony returned, same day, to install. In my opinion, the prices are a little higher than I would have wanted, but if it had been a big problem, I could have declined the repair. For my situation today, I just decided the convenience was worth the price.Mr. Sparky offers a maintenance plan, but Anthony was not pushy. He was polite and respectful. He installed my new fan, disposed of the old one and the trash from the new fan’s packaging. He also replaced my furniture that I had moved to give him a space to work.

    Michael was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained what he was doing and why. Even though we did not determine why we had no power in the kitchen and bathroom I believe he will be able to resolve this issue when making basic improvements. Excellent work!!

    Very patient with all my questions.Daniel was really thorough explaining what items need to be upgraded. He also was very kind to share his taller ladder to help reach some personal items in a very high display area. Also I needed help to open cases that needed new batteries for a couple of my windows for safety. It was a true gift to have him in my home. With the hardwired smoke detectors replaced, I feel much better about being warned if I should have a problem. I also now have both upstairs and down for carbon monoxide warning which I have never had. I’m considering some other item being upgraded, but I am holding off until I can discuss with my financial person.👏🏻

    He was on time, did a check of all 3 fuse boxes and showed us possible repairs that might be made. He quickly replaced the outlet that was causing the problem. Heseemed to be a very thorough worker.

    Timothy was very prompt, especially for a weekend call. He was extremely thorough and was able to narrow down our issue in our old house. He was able to fix it and we are extremely satisfied with the repair and the cost. Will be recommending to anyone we know with electrical issues!

    Michael was knowledgeable and friendly and installed 2 wired/battery smoke detectors and one wired/battery smoke and CO2 detector. He did quote the price before the work was done and the installation was very quick. However, I had questions when it was time to pay because I wanted a breakdown of what each smoke detector cost and the cost of installation and he could not provide me that specifically. They also will replace the smoke detectors if they fail within 10 years free of charge, including the installation, so that is figured in the price, I was told. We are happy with his installation.

    Very impressed with company! On time! Received a text 10 minutes prior to arrival with a picture of the electrician. Nice safety measure. Timothy was polite & professional explaining each step of the process. Improvement suggestions were made as extra options, but there was no high pressure. Company has a 5 yr warranty on all work. Price quote good for 30 days & they offer 0% financing for 6 months! Repeating Im impressed.

    Tim Tobin renovated my home electric system including installing a 240v 16 amp outlet with cut off for charging my EV. He is a thorough professional and completed the job very efficiently in two days, causing minimum disturbance to us. Recommended highly for any domestic or commercial electrical project.     Great help, only company with 24/7 service listed that actually was 24/7 and had Michael out in less than an hour on a Sunday night. Timothy did the work, and advised me on a lot that I was clueless about. Some unexpected surprises came up in the process, my house is older and a lot of “DIY” shortcuts were done, but Tim was a quick problem solver, and made sure to keep me in the loop and explain everything he was doing and why. Financing helped me not get slapped in the face with a massive bill upfront. Not to be too corny, but we already feel much safer in our home, and everything just seems to be running smoother.

Timothy and Kaleb did an amazing job moving our electrical panel and upgrading our entire house to be up-to-code and safe. We also appreciate the thoroughness, patience, and knowledge of Michael P. who did the initial inspection and drew up the pricing. No one wants to have to unexpectedly redo their electrical on a house they just bought but Mr. Sparky made it so smooth.     After being scheduled several days earlier, then abruptly canceled on Monday June 10th, another appointment was made for June 13 (8 to 10). I called around 9AM and was told Kalob would be there within 30 minutes, and he was.Kalob provided excellent service. He’s very knowledgeable, professional and thoroughly explained the process to my understanding. He R&R our kitchen ceiling light and gave us a $100.00 discount for the inconvenience we experienced.     My well stopped working so I called a well company, first Street pump, which I highly recommend as well. They traced it to an electrical issue. So I called Mr Sparky and they were here within a couple of hours, in a snow storm, and resolved the issue same day. Highly recommend
