    Everything went really well, very speedy. Called them on a Tuesday morning for hot water heater issues, it was replaced by Wednesday at noon. They did ding my walls twice coming up the stairs and never told me to my face, so 4 stars.

    Theyre a really understanding and compassionate business with many talents. My mom is an elderly woman who is on a very fixed income and had a company before them take advantage of her, but Eck Services helped her figure out what was going on and was willing to help her find ways to get stuff fixed which led her to get her hot water working again. So, thanks for everyone who came out to help her today and well be in contact with youll if there are any other issues shell need help with.

    Austin came right away to examine my electric meter box and to give me an estimate. He was veryprofessional and competent, explained what needed to done and answered all my questions. A few days later he returned and fixed the problem. I was impressed with the care he took and with the quality of his work. I will definitely call upon Eck again when I need help.

    Luis kept us informed as to tge issues and what he was doing to correct them. He did bot hesitate to share inforotmation as well as photos, pointing out potential issues. Im not happy of the fact that we needed the service, but I am happy of the knowledge and professionalism of the service provided. I wanted to add that Luis assistant noticed that I was on oxygen and immediately hooked my hose into my back-up tank so that contaminants and dust would not go through the filter of my home concentrator. I cannot express just how much I appreciated their concern and actions.

    Eck services were very prompt. I called in the late afternoon and the next morning by 8:30. I had a service man come and he was very professional, very personable extremely knowledgeable and took care of lights that had gone out in part of our house. repaired bad switches found a ceiling fan That was bad, very much appreciated. It took him only an hour to do all the repairs. He was very efficient with his time and even took our ceiling fan or the bad one to trash and recycle at his place of business. Thank you Eck services. Will recommend you to anyone that needs electrical help they work on new homes as well , our neighbor recommended Eck services because of his excellent experience with them

    I would give Blake 20 stars if I could! He arrived on time, pleasant personality, took about 20 mins to find and take care of our problem. A poor bird fell down the chimney probably just sitting on our roof half frozen. He did not mind if we took a video or photos of the process he did the same on his work and sent them to us. Very honest and knowledgeable!! We are going to buy a new filter today. He didn’t try to sell us anything. ❤️

    We called first thing in the morning, along with 6 other companies, and not only were they the only ones to make it out same day, they made it out within about 1.5 hours of us calling.Our exterior AC unit’s motor crapped out, and they had everything changed out and cleaned up in about 20 mins. We probably would have died in our house due to these 100 plus temps and no AC, but these guys were quick honest and friendly. Good price, definitely calling them for our next inevitable issue. Highly recommend.

    Eck Services are very professional and I understanding of my situation. They came the very next day on a Tuesday And communicated with me as I live in Kansas City, but the service was done for my mom and Wichita Kansas. The plumber, SHAWN explained everything to me, including what was wrong, and what he needed to do to fix The problem. he was so caring and wanted me to see the issue that we FaceTime. I appreciate their promptness As it took a lot of stress off of me as I live out of town and they made my mom feel very comfortable! Great job too!!! Thank you 🤩

    I called Eck because I had a leak in my AC unit in the basement. Blake came out, and figured out the issue in about 15 mins had everything squared away. He then took a look at my detached garage AC unit and diagnosed the issue with it.If you ever need HVAC/Plumbing services, Eck has some top performers in the industry. Blake took very good care of us and gave us options to fix our AC problems. Thanks for another great experience!

    I needed a water heater replacement. These guys were able to take the job within an hour of my call. Came out and looked at the setup and then procured the correct replacement tank, installed, cleaned and hauled off the old tank all within 3 hrs. Work was competent and quick and within the price I had in mind when I called them. For sure would call them again with other plumbing needs.

    Tony and Drew were extremely knowledgeable in their work which was apparent through their explanations when I had a question or concern. They treated the project professionally and with consideration. They put extra effort into leaving the yard better than they found it and went the additional mile of cleaning up the street.Matt walked me through the process of the plumbing in the interior of the house making sure to pay attention to detail and respecting my wishes. The upgrade to the plumbing will make for much easier access.I am pleased that I will now be drinking from a clean line!

    Blake and team were all very helpful and professional. We had a leak in one of our AC units and they were able to diagnose and resolve the leak quickly. They were very transparent with pricing and provided advice and reasonably cost plans for maintenance moving forward. Other local companies that we had hired to diagnose the same issue had instead quoted us for entirely new systems. Im glad we went for another opinion. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

    Had a capacitor starter installed because my ac fan wasnt moving. I already knew it was the capacitor and when the guys showed up they confirmed this. I called 3 different places and whoever showed up first got the job. Eck did a good job the only thing is I thought the price was a little on the high side it was a little over $290 close to $300 I think this job should have been in the low $200s. Will I use them again maybe Ill probably try another company first though.

    The only negative I have is about the clean-up. They didnt sweep off the porch. I would have appreciate a sweep into the grass off the front porch instead of all the splintered wood on the porch.They didnt vacuum the living room because of a broken hose so that I understand.     We hired Eck Services to install a walk in freezer at our store. They handled everything! They brought in the freezer, handled the roofing, all the electrical work and all installation. They were fast and extremely clean. The outcome was perfect. Works great, looks great, and were incredible to work with through out the entire process. You can really tell they care and were always readily available. Not at anytime did I feel like a was troubling them when talking or calling them. John and CJ were awesome to work with!     My ac condenser quit working right before winter came. Prior to it quiting it had other repairs done. It was made in 1997 and they dont make some of the parts anymore. So time for a new one. None of the other repair companies told me it was illegally wired or that I could just replace the ac part of my dual system. They all tried to sale me a whole new system. I couldnt afford a whole new system. Plus my heat still works. Benjamin explained everything to me took measurements and said that I will get a quote through email before deciding on buying. Im waiting for the quote. My overall experience was great. One thing I did dislike is paying 99.00 service fee for nothing to be fixed only looked at and measurements taken. I do understand companies need to make money and people need to be paid so overall understandable. Ill update again after I get quote and things are actually fixed. I called on Friday and seen at 4:30pm so understood a quote by Monday.

    I had a GREAT experience with Chet Brace at Eck Services. One of my breakers was continuously tripping and would not reactivate, so I called to set up an appointment. They offered to come look at it same day! I was out of the house, so I rescheduled for a couple days later when it would be more convenient for me; they were happy to respect the timing that worked best for me.When Chet came out for the diagnosis, he called 15 minutes beforehand to make sure that the timing was okay. When he got here, he was able to diagnose a faulty breaker and replace it all within the 30 minute diagnosis period -- I just had to pay for the diagnosis and the parts, which was a very fair price. Chet was respectful of my space, was pleasant to be around, and graciously entertained and answered my electrical questions -- even if they werent relevant to the immediate problem. I would 100% recommend Chet at Eck Services for your electrical service needs.

    Let me tell you about Eck. Here at the Shock house it can get crazy. Kids everywhere and animals. Well Eck first off beat the competition in their prices. Which having 4 kids means a lot.     We had a leak coming from the ceiling in our downstairs bathroom early Wednesday morning. I called right as Eck opened and within an hour the team was here. The pipe was in a very tight spot against the duct, so they had to maneuver in order to make the repair. Thankfully, we were all set by about lunch time and the price was very reasonable. We’ve lived here for almost two years and have had a hard time finding companies that are as professional as Eck. Should we have any further issues, they will be our first call.
