Norco was a find! After one of the big stores offered to replace my windows with theirs at double the price, I looked for something local and better. Rufus came out right away, measured, then came back to measure again, and soon our windows were replaced by two really nice and hard working guys. Couldnt have asked for better treatment. Thanks! -
