If you are looking for Fast, Friendly, Informative, and a real do it right guy, Brooks Payne is the plumber for you. He followed instructions from my property manager and came in with a fix in mind but because he does things the right way the first time, he replaced the old cracked toilet with a proper new one. I am one happy renter... Bless him with your business if you want it done right! -
