Thaddeous and the crew at stately were very clean, organized, and professional. He provided a fair estimate for the work and materials and the finished product was wonderful. Ill definitely be calling on him and his guys again should I have future need.

I watched Thaddeus work on neighbors house just after Christmas replacing heat tape. I was impressed by how uniform the tape was placed and his consideration for replacing skirting perfectly. ( Lennys always left it a shambles, allowing animals to get in)I hired him to do my heat tape also, he showed up promptly as promised.A few months earlier I placed 30 bags of mulch along 80 feet of skirting, he had to pull back all of that just to get to the track to remove skirting. The heat tape was again placed perfectly, evenly spaced and no puckers, he showed me a problem with other insulation piece that he fixed at no extra charge. Thaddeus is so considerate, he replaced all the skirting perfectly aligned and meticulously took the time to pull back all of the mulch back into its original location. In addition to his work ethics, also the great price he charged which is definitely below others and he charges by the job, not by the hour! Very conscientious, definitely will be hiring him again for a bathroom remodel and deck.

Thaddeus Pratt is amazing and I cannot recommend his company more highly ! He has constructed a paver walkway, constructed a kayak holder, replaced very old plumbing pipes and fixtures not to mention smaller jobs like straightening cabinets and replacing bathroom hardware ... I especially appreciate his creativity in designing the things he builds . Do yourself a favor and use this company !

Thaddeous was very responsive to my calls and texts which in this day and age is very welcoming. Hes also very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to fix a slow condensation leak in the vent pipe of my furnace. I highly recommend him!
