Peak contracting is a trustworthy company. Richard is great at communicating, efficient with scheduling and taking care of the permit. His crew that came to do the work were polite, knowledgeable, and efficient and they cleaned up before they left. We had a beam installed to open a wall from our kitchen to the fmaily room. For the most part 90% of it went pretty smooth. We had some leftover work we had to take care of because a supporting wall caused damage in our family room ceiling and walls. However they did come back and plaster the damage. So unfortunately we just have to pay someone else now to sand and paint. But its a small price to pay to the efficiency and quality work that was done.

We hired Richard and Peak Contracting to repair our house that had extensive interior damage due to a storm that was covered by insurance we also hired him to remodel our bathroom and other minor updates to our house. The review for the insurance work during the inspection process for the insurance company any questions that came up he communicated with the insurance company and, or met the adjuster at the house to answer any questions that came up with the claim. The work performed was excellent. The bathroom remodel and the minor things was quality work the price charged for the bathroom wasnt the highest wasnt he lowest but was best value for the for what we received compared to other estimates we received from other contractors. The biggest points dealing with Richard He was always accessible if questions came up, he kept us involved and informed through the whole process, minor things that did come up he was right there ill take care of it and stood behind his work. Hes hands on with his jobs hes not a pencil pusher that sits home, I would recommend him for any contracting job and plan to hire him for the future for additional work on my house .

We hired Richard at Peak construction for our master bath remodel. The quote and statement of work was clear and fair. The work was completed in a timely manner and of excellent quality. The team of contractors that work with Richard are top notch.

I had an excellent experience using Peak Contracting. I had some rotting exterior facia boards on the front of my house. When they removed the boards, they discovered additional rot on some structural pieces that needed to be addressed and replaced. As I was out of town when they were doing these repairs, I couldnt see it for myself so they took pictures and forwarded them to me for my approval of the additional cost. I appreciated their honesty rather than merely making the initial repairs. I would definitely use Peak again for other issues around my house.

Rich and his team did a great job removing an old bar and tile floor in my basement. They were on time and finished a day early. Him and his team and professional and friendly. They take the time to explain what exactly needs to be done and how they’ll do it to achieve your dream.
