    The Impressive team did a fantastic job in our basement remodel! Shout out to all the hard work from Steve, Anthony & Tony on the job. Everything looks great and the sound dampening quality of these walls makes you feel like you are in a recording studio. We couldnt be happier with the results from Dave and his crew!

    Impressive is a great name for this company. They did a basement remodel for me that transformed the lower level of my older home into a beautiful living space with a luxury bath. They were very professional and the staff of on-site tradesman were longtime employees that were very neat, knowledgeable, courteous and reliable. Dave the owner took a personal interest in making sure the project was done to my satisfaction down to every detail. Thank you Impressive basements !!

    My experience with Impressive Basements was first rate from the initial consultation (w/ Mike) until the final day of installation. What sets this team apart from other basement companies is that they offer one-stop, all encompassing services in that the customer is not working with multiple suppliers. Impressive Basements uses their own trusted plumbers and electricians and carpet installers, etc - people that they have established relationships with already. This is a huge plus for a customer who isnt having to coordinate flooring with the carpet people, where no one is waiting on the other. All the necessary specialists to complete our basement were working and coordinating together to make the schedule work in order to complete the installation as committed. I appreciate the consistency in the crew who came. They were professional and NEAT! Before leaving each day, everything was safely put away. No messes left behind. We LOVE our basement and highly recommend Impressive Basements for their workmanship, quality wall system, and promised delivery of completion. Doug, the owner came out personally to check on the progress and that impressed me too! Communication was stress free! :)

    Wow! Impressive is the right name for this company! My basement has become the perfect place to hang out since recently having it finished with Impressive Basements. From start to finish I have been nothing but impressed with this company! The sales person who came out was very friendly and Was sure to mention every detail, I did not feel thaf he was pressure selling me at all! Then the workers who came to my home were very respectful, clean and efficient! I was told that the job would be done in two weeks, but they actually finished a few days early. I would definitely use this company again and am very glad that I chose them!

    I cant say enough good things about my experience with Impressive Basements. This company took my dark, unfinished basement and turned it into a warm, comfortable, and bright area that has been used again and again for entertaining and as a play area for our grandchildren. We have been able to have bridal and baby showers, holiday parties, and family gatherings, as well as a large space for the grandchildren to play, and not be concerned about the weather! Every aspect of the project was a pleasure and the workmanship was stellar. I feel that the price was extremely reasonable. I would gladly recommend Impressive Basements!

    Would have given more stars if possible.Original job done in May of 2011. Last week I had found a leak in my basement and had to take a panel down. I broke some molding while doing it. I wanted the panel replaced properly so I called on Monday and asked for an estimate. Not only did they give me a super inexpensive estimate to drive all the way out here and do the repair, they said they could be out the very next day.I had to decline because I still had to fix the leak (coming from gap in outdoor sprinkler system pipe) and test the repair. We agreed on a few days later.I just wanted panel replaced properly. They did the panel and the molding at no extra cost.If my basement had been drywall there would have been actual damage and the repair would have cost a hundreds.My repair to the gap that caused the leak cost me $4 and the panel was simply replaced.If you are thinking of finishing your basement, at least talk to this company. Get an estimate. I could not be more pleased with the finished product and this return visit.

    We had Impressive add a bathroom, wet bar, egress window, and some other improvements to our basement. Dave was very responsive and always willing to talk through change requests. The workers were very professional and respectful. We are happy with our basement.

    It is indeed rare these days when a company lives up to its advertising, let alone surpasses it. Our basement was completed in just under two weeks. A neighbor down the street had their basement done and the contractor took 11 weeks, and quite honestly we were happier with ours than they were with theirs. We have never had a second thought about our decision to use Impressive Basements. From beginning to end they lived up to their word. There was a point at which they told me they wanted to put in several extra lights that were not in the original quote, when i asked how much extra, I was told nothing. They were just doing it because it was the right thing to do. I was astounded. From meeting with Mike to the wonderful trades people, never have we been so satisfied.

    My salesman was very knowledgeable and courteous and the installers were extremely thorough and in and out within two weeks. Highly recommend if youre looking for a company that really pays attention to detail and goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.

    I asked so many questions and the sales team was very kind, and helped me with all my questions I had! They made everything really easy for me! The guys who came over to work did an amazing job, worked really hard and got my entire basement finished in 2 weeks! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

    We can always count on Impressive Basements to do a wonderful, professional job! They completely finished our basement about 13 years ago and since then we have had them out a couple times to install new flooring due to water damage. Last week they installed waterproof vinyl flooring in our basement office and it looks fantastic!

    We have multiple great experiences with Impressive Basements. Our initial remodel was in 2013 and in under 2 weeks they converted our completely unfinished basement into a beautiful living space. Most recently, we needed new flooring and repairs after having plumbing work done. Alex and the team were very accommodating given some of our personal needs and did an amazing job. Very professional, quality work, and the flooring price was very competitive compared to other companies.
